I wish Amazon had more of these locations around LA because they are SUPER convenient. This location is at the USC Village, which boasts free garage parking and a number of eateries and shops (Trader Joe's and Target). So, it's a great one stop shop for getting multiple things done. Inside you'll find a wall of lockers and a couple of monitors to scan a return code. You scan the code and a locker opens up. If there is an issue, there will be an attendant at the desk or you can ring the bell and they'll come out to assist you. There is also a bin for recycling boxes/packaging, which is VERY APPRECIATED. There is a random chute labeled returns...possibly for larger returns?Can't tell you what it's for since it all needs to get scanned in. I'd recommend ignoring it and just go to the customer service desk. Definitely would recommend this drop off location if you're in the area! read more

I really dislike that there are only TWO amazon hub locations in LA (this location at USC) or in Westwood. However, I will say that I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to make a return here. Make sure you have everything ready before you arrive (your box and code and return label). First, this is located at USC Village. You can park in the underground lot (2 hours free you don't even have to pull a ticket, it's automated) that shares with Trader Joe's. Then take the elevator up to the first floor and walk to Amazon Hub. Open Mon-Fri 9am-9pm and Sat-Sun 9am-7pm. There's food/dining options here also so you could grab a bite or do grocery shopping after dropping off your package (which is what I did). read more

This was a fantastic spot for package pickups and returns! It's located right in the heart of the village, which makes it incredibly convenient if you're already out running errands or on campus. The locker system is always functional and much more secure than having packages left at an apartment door. The staff is usually quick to help if you have a return that doesn't fit the lockers. Since we live nearby and stealing is rampant in our apartment, we usually pick up our packages here. At times, this is also where we return some of our Amazon packages. We are fortunate that everytime we have to pick up or return packages, we really have not encountered long lines. Maybe it is because it is located at the USC Village, that is why most of its customers are from the USC Campus. So far, so good! read more

I came to this location about a week ago to return a package with a friend. We waited by the counter but there was no one in the vicinity, which is not a big deal because I know it's probably busy in the back full of returns. When the male employee came out he didn't take one look at us, got something and left to the back again. When he came back out again, he didn't say anything until I said, "good afternoon, can I return this package?" He finally turned and said nothing. So I continued. I had an issue with getting the wrong barcode and I explained that I mistakenly clicked ups instead of Amazon for return. He then interjected, "I can't take it". I understood that so I explained that I just wanted to be able to return the package so how could I update the barcode. Again, he said, "I can't take that". My friend then suggested to me to cancel the return and click Amazon. So I did but the employee left to the back. We waited for him to come back and I told him I fixed it, he wordlessly took my phone, printed the sticker, and left. My concern is that there was no customer service. No hello, no how can I help you, not even eye contact or an attempt at customer service. I am not asking for a whole conversation but when you can even look at the customer and acknowledge them, it just gets weird. read more

Very Disappointing Experience at Amazon Hub USC Today, July 19th, 2025, my sister and I went to the Amazon Hub at USC to return about three boxes of clothing and accessories. We've had a tough week, losing our grandmother just seven days ago, and were returning things we didn't need for her service. While we were already in the middle of our return process, an employee named Brenda Hernandez asked us to "step to the side." We did so without question, thinking there was an important reason, only to find out she wanted to let a man behind us go ahead to pick up his package because, in her words, we had "a lot of stuff" and "it was going to take long." She even mentioned his hub number was #2, which was the one we were using. I immediately asked why she would do that, and instead of addressing the issue, she and the man both tried to justify it. He said it would only take "10 seconds" and that we had too much stuff. Meanwhile, Brenda apologized to him, as if my sister and I were in the wrong for being there first and already started with our return. In my opinion, if you're at a grocery store and someone has a full cart while you only have one item, the polite thing is to wait your turn, not skip ahead, especially when someone is already being helped. This man showed his privilege, and Brenda had no remorse for her actions. The whole situation was rude and unprofessional, and it left us feeling completely disrespected. Amazon needs to train staff better on fairness, professionalism, and basic customer service etiquette. I also highly advise management to check the cameras to see the incident for them selves between the times of 4:50pm-5:09pm. Also a note for Brenda Hernandez, you may want to reconsider how you treat people being that you never know what people are truly dealing with. read more

Good experience here at the Amazon Hub & Locker within the USC campus. We needed to come here on a recent Friday night because I ordered a Hypervolt from Amazon but I changed my mind about it. We checked through Amazon's site how to initiate a return and it showed that USC was the closest Hub & Locker for it. I was hoping the return could be done at any Amazon Locker as there are plenty near where I live. Being it was during Covid-19 when we went, the area wasnt packed at all and we were able to find parking just across the street and walk onto campus. We needed to see the campus map to figure out exactly where it was because there were no specific signs for it. Once inside we were in line for a short while. There are lockers for picking up items here and there is also an Amazon employee on duty here. Now I get why we were directed to come here. That employee will take your return item and scan it into the system. That gave us the peace of mind that the package we were returning was being processed right away, therefore initiating our return ASAP. Located within the University Village on the USC campus near Trader Joe's (yes, also on campus). Street or pay lot only. They close at 9pm on Fridays. read more

I needed to return an air cooler. For some reason, I was given a choice to come here or the Long Beach hub. I chose my alma mater. Ok. I read the Yelp reviews about the parking, and thought, not me. Well, yeah me. But I eventually found the free underground parking on a game day Saturday (Fight On) Parking is off of Hoover though- look for the small blue sign with the white P. The arm was up. And it was super packed. Watch out for locals, college kids, and the Trader joe's associates picking up the carts. I grabbed a cart to put the cooler in, found the elevator, marveled at all the places the USC Village had on the directory on the way up to Level 1 and got out. I couldn't take the cart to Amazon, left it in front of TJ, and was in my way. I put all the labels in prior to arriving so I didn't have to check in. I walked up to the counter and gave them the large package. They scanned the code and that was it. I'm writing this in the car to let you all know how easy it was. It very pretty and there are lots of places to go to after you drop off your package. read more

Amazon is always telling us that our package will be coming tomorrow and then it comes a week later. After telling us it'll come the next day, it'll come 2-3 days later. When it finally comes, it has been so long that you don't even want it anymore. For example, 2 days ago I ordered some candy for the trick-or-treaters and literally it said it would come tomorrow and guess what happened, it still hasn't come! I advise you to order when it's not something that you need in the next 2 days cuz it'll probably not come at any time soon or near that. I'm disappointed. read more

I love the team that works here at this hub. They are very positive and helpful. They really enjoy doing their jobs. I love the brefity and quickness of the label machines and I find that doing returns are so simple. There was no line, allowing for an expedited pick-up and drop off. Unfortunately, I have to dock one star due to my experience with store associate Lemico, who was impolite with poor customer service.
