They not only print but can make professional bound booklets for me. I also use them for all off my Amazon returns. You can take to the counter or do a self drop off if they are busy. I mainly use this UPS store, and I have had nothing but good experiences with UPS. They are friendly, helpful, and thorough. Where almost everywhere good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this place has excellent service on a consistent basis. Also, a great alternative to the Post Office. If you have a choice DON'T USE UPS!!!!!!!!! Because if your package is not delivered, even though the tracking status says for seven days that it's "OUT FOR DELIVERY" and you call them and try to find out what has happened YOU DON"T GET TO TALK TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! I spent 15 minutes on the phone with their stupid automated service being given the run around and at the end of it all the automated voice says "we don't have anyone that can talk to you at this time because of covid-19". Why didn't they say that to begin with??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've tried contacting them online through chat and it's the same thing!!!!!! No one to help!!!!! I HATE UPS and if there is another way to ship something or receive a package I will choose it even if it takes two weeks longer I will NEVER use UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still don't know when I will receive my package and it's a live plant that is probably DEAD BY NOW! read more

My understanding is that since each location is franchised the owner can set their own prices and wow does this location have high prices! I have given them several tries and each time I'm amazed at the cost; not just for my own items but as I watch them charge the people ahead of me in line. After they quoted me a price the last time I was there I left and went to the USPS for a much better price! There's a USPS store inside the gas station in the same plaza...go there first! read more

Absolutely terrible location. I'll do everything I can to not deal with them. I sent two packages here because I wasn't going to be around to sign on delivery. I went to pick it them up, and they charged me $10 per package on something I had ALREADY paid UPS shipping for. Something they called a "holding" fee, because they held the package in an empty room for a little under an hour. I called corporate, this is apparently a policy only at this location because it's a franchise. Scummy, scammy policies that aren't advertised anywhere, but I wasn't able to get my packages until after I paid the $20 fee. I'll do my best to keep others from dealing with them as well. I had horrible service at this location. My hands were full of heavy boxes as I was trying to come through the door, and one of the workers was grabbing something off the printer by the door, looking me directly in my eye trying to get the door open, and ignored my struggle. I had to make 2 separate trips to the car for my stuff since he didn't want to help. Then when I walked in I waited 10-15 minutes before even being spoken to. Finally, when I was, I told him I was going to need help figuring out the packing slips/labels for my boxes and he told me that was my responsibility to figure it out and he wasn't going to help me. I will NOT be going back to this location and would NOT recommend it. The Wards Rd location was MUCH better. read more

I visit this store as many as five times a week due to my online business. I have never had a bad transaction. They are quick and friendly.
