I find this store to be extremely friendly and helpful. Lived in Maricopa 5 years and never had an issue with UPS store in Maricopa and use it a lot. I never have been treated rudely and usually two people are working the front counter. Sorry some feel differently. read more

The lady was extremely pleasant, but was incapable of sending my letter to Vietnam. Since the local Post Office is closed on Saturdays, she recommended the next closest Post Office which is about 25 miles away. I went into this place hoping to avoid that drive. This was a complete waste of my time and her time. If you are in the shipping business, you should be able to handle international deliveries. read more

This is my first time ever in this establishment and it will be my last, unfortunately. I've been in Maricopa now for two and half years and really have not experienced really rude customer service before. Maybe the gal working was ready to go home or maybe she just wanted to get back to chatting with one of patrons. Either way, I only wanted to mail out a thank you card but they do not do metered mail on something so small. They just changed their policy 11/2 (today is 11/11) to selling a book of stamps, which she rudely tapped her finger on. I rarely send out cards and never had a problem sending out my random mail. I guess I will be asking my mom for a stamp. Please do not go to this place unless you have more than one piece of mail and want to deal with rude service. read more

This place lacks any type of customer service. I went in to send a fax. The clerk, never acknowledged me. He just stood and stared at me. I told him I wanted to send a fax. He took my papers and went to the fax machine and started sending it. He never came back to return my papers or collect my money for the 'service'. Finally another rep came up and finished the transaction. I can't image this place staying in business much longer. read more

If you need to send something out by mail the same day, don't bother coming here. Two of the times I've come here, the mail was apparently picked up earlier than the website says. Once when I called to ask where else I could get something in the mail that day, the employee was very rude in responding, and also gave me an incorrect answer to boot. Other UPS locations have been much more helpful than this one. read more

I had an experience today that I haven't had to deal with in a while. I was trying to get out an important package or that was important to me. I took it to my local UPS store and asked them if they can help me pack it a little bit better and of course they charged me for that. However no big deal as everything has a price. The lady who was taking my order was not very friendly and was kind of irritated that there was more work to do on this little box. She then told me it was going to go UPS ground and I would get an email with tracking information later today. After waiting a hour or so with no email I decided to go back and check on my little box. I told her that I had not gotten an email yet and was just checking on the progress as I needed the tracking number. She then got very irritated and her tone changed to anger. She proceeded to tell me she was busy and now I will not get an email with a tracking number till Monday as she is busy and does not have time for that box there is other priorities. I actually was stunned and dumbfounded for a second as I was caught completely off guard. I asked for a manager that wasn't there. I though waiting finally got my tracking number. However no one should be treated like that read more

I usually come here to drop off packages and ita1's a quick transaction so I've never had anything to go off as far as customer service until today. I'm standing in line waiting amongst 2 other ladies. One of the customers waiting gets helped and then a new customer walks into the store. A woman walks in asks and gets greeted and assisted. Myself and the other lady had CLEARLY been waiting before this other woman who just walked in and cut us both in line. After the lady was serviced Jennifer the worker then asked who was next between me and the other customer. If she wasn't sure the employee should have asked this question to begin with. The situation made me feel profiled especially given the circumstances and customers waiting. read more
