Easy and fast are two things I love about this store. They have two automated systems at the door for quick returns that you can do yourself without having to wait in a line. I was in and out within 15 seconds because there was an available machine at the ready. The enhanced technology gave several options to take your receipt. I would definitely return to this store if I had to return Amazon items via UPS. read more

Hans is an absolute star employee! He was helpful, friendly, and informative with our notary, copy, and email tasks. As an added bonus, this is one of the cleanest and nicely appointed UPS stores I've ever been in. Sadaires also helped us and she was wonderful. Terrible experience. They did not have my flyers ready after 2 days of emailing them. On top no apology and took their time even though store was empty and no customers waiting. I asked for my regular discount as I give them lot of business, and the guy rudely says ' there is no reason for discount' and charges my card. Will not go there ever again! 9 am in the morning you expect them to be fresh and happy, not rude and zero customer service. read more

I have used this store for over 15 years and with different owners. The current owner/ staff are absolutely terrible. If you are going to be rude and condescending, you should at least be efficient. They certainly do well with rudeness and the " why are you bothering me attitude", but struggle to answer the most basic of questions. read more

This was my first time having to ship something off my-self and at first the costumer service was good. That why it gets two stars. But after that I learned that I was sold high on ups supplies, and shipping. It's not about the money but some after I was told that the package will get to its destination on January 5th after shipping it on January 3rd; it never arrived! From the tracking number and going to another ups store to see what happened. Both said that the package never left. And this is me checking on January 17th. Now my package of important documents is lost or was missing placed at the store. Now i have to file a claim and wait 3-5 days to get my money back and to start the process over again. Very disappointed! First impressions do matter and probably will not be going back thee again. read more

I've shipped from this store multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. They have enough staff that lines aren't long and employee Corry provided exceptional service to me when I had a recent issue. There was a mixup with packages I shipped and Corry swiftly took care of the problem to make it right. He followed up with emails exactly like he said he was and he was so friendly and willing to help. I really appreciate the care he provided to me and will be back to ship here! read more

Came in to drop off a package. Suzette was so sweet and only talked to my six year old as though she was the customer. My girls asked for two receipts and she made sure they each got one! Treating an adult customer with kindness and going the extra mile is one thing. But treating a kid that way and making their day is the BEST! I arrived to this store at 7:03pm with a boxed package and printed label. I literally just needed to hand them the package and put tape on the box. It was a package that needed to be there the next day. I was waved off by one rep and ignored by the other two in the store. one person finally opened the door and did not even give me a chance to speak but waved me off and said she could not help me. I asked nicely knowing I was 3 minutes too late. Yes I realize I was late but it just kills me that there is no consideration for circumstances. Where is the customer service out there? We go by the book and that's it! No exceptions. all the best with that! read more

BEWARE... Dropped off two packages, show receipt of it but no record of it where it had gone from there. They refused to help and asked me to call UPS customer service and UPS Customer service refers me back to the store. Asked the manager if I could speak to the owner I was told that the owner does not take calls. Exact same experience to my friend as well. I lost two boxes of merchandise worth about $4000. Refused to step into that store again. Hope this helps as a warning to others. read more

The associate was very rude. I walked in and asked if they had some tape. She reluctantly gave me the tape. After trying to put a couple pieces of tape on the box, she comes over and says that is enough and pretty much takes the tape from my hand and walks back over to another customer. I asked if there was a fee for the tape which I would have been happy to pay. She did not respond so I left without maintenance my package. It is disappointing because this location is most convenient but I will not be back. read more
