I told him I had a bunch of items already boxed up in my car that needed to be repacked properly for shipping. Without hesitation, he offered to help bring everything inside and asked if it would be okay for them to repack everything to make sure it was secure and shipping-ready. Since it would have been a lot of work for me to do myself, I gladly accepted. I asked the front desk for his name -- Suhan. Soon after, another team member came out, helped bring all my boxes in, consolidated some of them into larger boxes, packed everything professionally, and got them ready to ship. Since I had arrived close to the end-of-day shipping cutoff, Suhan even told me he could personally drive my packages to the UPS center to make sure they went out that same day. That level of service is rare. As a business owner myself, I pay close attention to customer service, and the service I received here was truly exceptional. These guys are professionals and clearly care about their customers. From now on, anytime I need to ship something, Box City will be my go-to place.
