We were not notified of the amount beforehand; otherwise, we'd have just done it ourselves and saved $20. That being said, it was exceptionally well packaged and taped. I feel a little ripped off. We should have asked, I guess, but we had no idea how expensive it was to have help. This is the cost before shipping, which will likely be a fortune. As a regular customer, I have seen firsthand how hard the employees mentioned in this review work. I've watched them deal with customers all day long, answer the same questions over and over, help people who aren't familiar with the equipment or services, handle busy periods, and still try to remain professional and helpful. This is a FedEx Office, not a restaurant. Employees are there to provide a service--not to be treated like personal servants or expected to accommodate every demand with a smile while someone stands over them criticizing everything they do. And honestly, some customers require an incredible amount of patience. Watching these employees work with people who don't know how to use the machines, don't understand the process, or need extra assistance really makes you appreciate how much patience they have. I have consistently seen the staff working hard, including management, trying to keep things moving even when the store is busy. Despite the pressure, they are generally professional, helpful, and respectful. So when I read a review that goes down a list of individual employees and criticizes them one by one, I have to wonder whether the reviewer ever stopped to consider the other side of the interaction. There is a difference between giving legitimate feedback and treating hardworking employees like they are beneath you. To the employees at this location: keep doing what you're doing. The regular customers who actually come in and see you working know how much effort you put in. My experience with this location and its staff has been very positive, and they deserve recognition for the patience and professionalism they show every day.

This post office is notorious for telling you that a package has been delivered when it has not…read more You run all over the place looking for a package, checking with neighbors, parcel lockers, the floor, someone else's mailbox, etc and the package is 9/10 nowhere to be found because the person delivering cannot read that the instructions say to leave in a parcel locker or deliver right to the residents' door. This is about the 15th time this has happened and I have lost my patience. When you try to call the actual post office, there is usually someone rude wh is no help at all and you have to end up fighting with either Amazon or whatever store you purchased from.
