Custom Barefaced TWO10 speaker cab with TUKI cover.

Today, this location suffered a loss of $160, all thanks to the despicable conduct of the RUDE and DISHONEST manager, Jordan. But I won't let this injustice slide. I possess concrete VIDEO evidence of the entire encounter, ensuring that the truth will come to light. My attempt to address this grievance was met with further disdain when store owner Jeffrey was unavailable to speak to, whose last name I have chosen to omit. It is a total disregard for customer satisfaction. Let me recount the egregious series of events that transpired. With the utmost care, I entrusted this UPS establishment to ship a boutique speaker cabinet valued at a hefty $900 to Seattle, Washington. Not only did I take the precaution of insuring it for its full value, but I also explicitly requested proper packaging. Yet, despite my diligence, I soon discovered that the tracking number provided was INVALID. Upon speaking with Jordan, the epitome of incompetence and laziness, she callously brushed off my concerns, asserting the accuracy of the Tracking number without any verification. She told me the Item already shipped out. I thought, how it that possible, I only dropped it off minutes earlier and it needed to be packed by UPS. Her nonchalant attitude towards such a substantial transaction left me incredulous and outraged. And when I returned to find my item neglected on sitting the floor, her feeble attempt to deflect blame only further fueled my fury. I refuse to tolerate such flagrant disregard for customer trust and satisfaction. As a business owner myself with three decades of experience in customer service, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by Jordan and the apathy demonstrated by Jeffrey towards customer grievances. In light of this appalling experience, I wanted a REFUND and asked to reclaim my item and demanded a refund of the exorbitant fee charged for their abysmal service. Then Jordan proceeded to play a GAME. She asked me WHERE it was being shipped to. I said Seattle Washington. She says AUSTIN? I said NO, it's going to Seattle Washington, she again said AUSTIN? I know we are in Texas and NO it is not shipping to Austin, it is shipping to Seattle WA. The persons name I was shipping to was Austin. Remember, she asked me WHERE was I shipping the item, NOT to WHOM.. Fv$%^& game playing garbage by her LOWIQ . I vow never to patronize this UPS location on Eldorado in McKinney, Texas, again. And as I share my harrowing experience on social media, I am dismayed to find that others have endured similar mistreatment under Jeffrey's management. At this writing the location has 2 star rating. It's clear that the ROT extends from the top down, and until Jeffrey takes responsibility for the caliber of individuals he employs and the standards he upholds, I fear that this UPS location will continue to be a breeding ground for incompetence and deceit.

I only wish there was a zero stars or negative stars. Let me tell you why you should NEVER do any kind of business with these jerks. I have had a mailbox at another UPS Store in Dallas for several years before moving to Mckinney and I had a deal with the mgr about never accepting any Certified mail on my behalf and they never did. When I rented the mailbox at this store several years ago I asked the owner, Jeff the Jerk, if he would never accept Certified Mail on my behalf and my renting the box depended on his answer. He assured me that he had several customers that requested the same thing and that they would not sign for any Certified mail so i went ahead and rented the box and changed all my shipping addresses. Well it wasn't long before they started signing for Certified Mail on my behalf. When it was time for my renewal I complained and asked for a discount on my renewal since they did not hold up their end of the bargain. I got a small discount but was then told for them to be able to do what they agreed to do it would cost me $5.00 for every one they didn't sign for and demanded I put a credit card on file for them to charge me for not signing for Certified mail. They charged me a couple of times for doing something they had agreed to do in exchanged for my long term rental. Then they started signing for Certified mail again and when I would complain to Jeff Jerk's jerk employees they would get this deer in a head light look to them and just shrug. When it came time to renew my box (which went up each and every year) I sent them a check for $15.00 less since they had signed for three pieces during that rental period. They immediately blocked me from getting my mail in my box and that the $5.00 charge was only for them not signing and not for me for them signing. They DO NOT CARE about their customers regardless of what they say in response to all the other negative reviews. Another thing that they try to screw you with is they make you pay in advance for your box between 3 months and 12 months. There is NO DISCOUNT for paying in advance for months but if you are a day late in paying your renewal they want to charge you a late fee. Oh there is more. I took a friend of mine up there one day for him to mail via UPS a package of ten books as he is an author and he already had a prepaid UPS label. He knows for a fact that his package weighs exactly 10lbs but when he just sat it on the counter scale to attach the label the girl behind the counter said it was 15lbs. Their scale was weighing things at 150% over what they actually weighed and were charging their customers for the false weight. Well my friend called the Weights and Measures Dept of the Texas Dept of Agriculture to file a complaint. As luck would have it was was in this store to pick up my mail and saw the Weights and Measures inspector and called him outside to tell him the actual story of why he was called there in the first place. He said he was going to fine them for deliberately having a scale that was cheating the public. Do you really want to trust these crooks with any of your business...??? The final straw was about a month ago when I had ordered some product to be shipped to this store for me. I was not told by the company/shipper than they had put it on a pallet. On the day of delivery I received a call from Yellow Freight that their driver was at the location and that they didn't know anything about any delivery and I told the dispatcher that yes that was the proper delivery address. I got a call from this UPS store 5 minutes later saying it was on a pallet and that they did not have room in their store to put the pallet and would I come up there to get my product. I dropped what I was doing and was there within about 4 minutes. The Yellow Freight truck driver was still there and the pallet was sitting on the sidewalk behind the store. I asked him if he could put it back on his truck and follow me about a mile away and drop if off there. He said he would but he had spent an hour there already. But he did use his pallet jack to move the pallet out to the back of my SUV in the parking lot so i could load up, then he left. As I was finishing loading the last of the boxes in my vehicle, here comes a UPS store employee telling me I owe them $50. And of course I ask for what. They said for receiving/handling a pallet. I told them that was the first that I had heard of that and that they had not handled anything as they never touched the pallet of product. I told him that there was "no f***ing way" I was paying them $50 for just signing for something but never really taking possession of it. I get a call the next day from the owner Jeff the Jerk telling me he is canceling my mailbox even though there was 2 months left on the contract and that the $50 basically was a wash. I told him i would sue him for all he was worth so he gave me my two months refund. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE JERKS!!!!!!!!!! read more

He, who appeared to be the owner, was extremely gracious, very friendly, courteous, easy-going and knowledgeable. But when I went to go to my favorite BR I realized that this Post & Parcel was just two doors down and decided to go there, simply for the sake of convenience. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted. I was recently in this store one afternoon recently. There were 3 young men working. They were all fairly young (I am in my mid 60s so everyone is young). I was disturbed by the foul language (cussing and swearing) coming from the young black man (to identify which one he was). He was standing toward the back of the store and the two white men (just for identifying purposes) were at the front of the store. The store was pretty busy. He had to know there were customers inside. It wasn't just one foul word, but several, and he was hollering them over and over. Is this the way to do business? Besides this incident, I am very pleased with your store. I just do not think this is the way to run a business. read more

Avoid this UPS Store off Eldorado in McKinney TX like the ebola plaque. The owner "Jeff" is a total and complete ripoff master not to mention an uneducated crook. He trains his under paid employees to over charge "any and everyone who walks through the door" He insists on selling you "insurance" for your packages, knowing he can keep the money and then when you do file a claim he says, "I'm just a franchisee. Take it up with UPS..." What? This place should be shut down. Trust me, the USPS or any Fedex location is better, cheaper and honest than this rat hole. This guy is a crook. Plain and simple. I never review so this is special. I went to this location tonight and they were closed by 2 minutes, and i get its time to go. You have to draw the line (hell Disney land would never close). Any way the staff saw me through the door, and saw i had just a drop off. They allowed me in even with a full house. These employee's took the extra effort to make my day a little easier and man let me tell you it is the little things for sure. I don't do many reviews, but after the woman at this store told me your prices I was shocked. Just wanted to send about 10 pieces of paper one state over, and in no hurry (ground would be fine). Was told that was not an option, and $45 was the most inexpensive price for you to do this. I decided to go through USPS for $5 for this simple task. I don't like unethical people taking advantage of others for money. After probably 50+ times using this store, my family and business will not use this store anymore. read more

Very sad to see the quality of this McKinney UPS store to go down, and the price to go up. Check with USPS first as I was just quoted $40 was the cheapest cost for UPS to send a letter to Arkansas, and I had my own envelope! While it was very hard to understand her talking, she said that they couldn't send by ground, and she said they had nothing more for affordable to mail letters. Very Strange, and never heard such a thing! Just mailed the same with USPS for $3. Be aware people, there are choices! read more

I have been using the UPS store on Eldorado near Orchid in Mckinney for several years now and have always had a good experience. I recently needed to ship a package to South Korea and they did a fantastic job of helping me complete the customs forms and get it shipped. The manager of the store even contacted me to let me know when the customs department in Korea needed some more information. I will continue using this store. read more

Store 4094 at 4100 W Eldorado in McKinney - polished professional and courteous service from Jake and Luke and the rest of the staff. I had never used a UPS store but needed delivery help. In the past three years, I've been constantly amazed as I observed the attitude and helpfulness offered to all customers. My week wasn't complete unless I visited even if I had nothing to pick up. My experience was phenomenal and the people are great customer service is just so exquisiteI can't compare it to FedEx I can't compare it to USPS or UPS store you're getting what you're paying for it might be a little bit more expensive than your traditional USPS mailing service but it's also a lot more professional it's up to you do you want quality or do you want quantity. read more

I had a lot off mail to my old house in Dallas and she assist me into getting a personal mailbox. The store is not perfect, but anytime there was an issue it has always been resolved. I do not have any bad comments about the UPS store at this location. I came there trying to get a duplicate of my passport made because I need to notarize for legal documents thought it was going to take a long time. Surprisingly to my astonishment it was rather quick the customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this location out of any other UPS store. read more
