Thanks for being helpful to me when needed, and thanks for taking care of my shipping needs. This went from a location I avoided unless I just HAD to get something out quick as can be due to time constraints with my own schedule, to a place I actively go to do my business at. The turnaround is something I genuinely appreciate from the bottom of my heart, and thanks for letting that guy from years back at this point walk, retire, or whatever because my goodness he was a genuine drag, he ran his mouth so much and he was so unpleasant to deal with just a little rage monster of a man without good cause or reasoning, or at least none caused by the people he was taking his issues out on I should say at the very least. I noticed 3 people behind the counter. John was busily taping boxes, while the other two were doing some kind of paper work. No one bothered acknowledging the line that was now 5 deep. The self service kiosk was not working. Finally after about 15 mins, John, one of the employees barked out, 'WHO IS NEXT. He never apologized for the wait. About 5 mins later, the lady then repeated the order and said, 'NEXT'. Again, she never apologized for the wait. I asked if they were short handed and why the wait. I never got a response. They should really take a lesson from UPS on how to treat customers. Stay away from this place if possible. They care very little about their customers.
