Now he is extremely rude to his customers! I had an issue with a lost package. When I went in and asked for help tracking the package Chris became very rude!!!!! When I told him that he had just lost me as a customer he kicked me out of his store and told me to go f_ck my self. He did this in front of other customers!! Keep reading the other reviews. You will read reviews that are very similar to mine. I will never use Chris at Shipping by Eli again!! if you drive away your customers you don't stay in business for long!! Your response to my review shows your true colors Chris!! it's not at all hard for my wife to quit using you for her shipping needs!! You have also been rude to her!! Our friends have a similar story to tell!! They will never ship with you either!! What happened to you????!!! You use to be a great guy!! Now you are a pathetic foul mouth bully!! You can't treat your customers the way you do and expect them to come back!! Both Ann and I look forward to using Shipping With Eli again once a new owner takes over!! I used to buy things here, but my last experience, along with all the negative reviews, forced me to go to another shipping center 13 miles round trip from my house, even though this place is a few blocks away. I understand that business owners need to maximize revenues, but as a former marketing manager for a $60 billion company, I would suggest that customer service goes a long way toward building a brand and providing some complimentary services are just part of serving the public.

The customer experience I had from this location was amazing! One of my Amazon returns got mixed up with some other return returns and left at the UPS store. As a result, it didn't have a shipping tag. The owner of the store personally came to my home to get the shipping information so my package didn't get lost. There are no words to describe my surprise of this remarkable act of customer service. In addition to this one very special situation, every time I go into the store, I've had great service.

    I've shipped my ladder and toolbox through UPS Stores for the past three years while traveling for…read morework, and I've used hundreds of UPS locations without ever being told my ladder couldn't be shipped. My experience at this Higley Road location was completely different. The manager, Serena, refused to accept my ladder, stating that their store policy requires it to be boxed because of concerns that it could open during transit. I tried to explain that the ladder cannot open unless it is intentionally activated, and even offered a simple solution by securing it with zip ties, as other UPS Stores have allowed in the past. Rather than trying to find a solution, Serena repeatedly interrupted me, dismissed what I was saying, and told me she wasn't going to "go back and forth" with me. She also told me to take my shipment to another UPS Store. Whether the store has a different policy is one thing, but the lack of professionalism and customer service was the real issue. At no point did I feel like she was interested in helping me--only in rejecting my shipment. I understand that individual franchise locations may have their own policies, but there's a respectful and professional way to communicate those policies. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the interaction.
