Ever looking for the worst possible customer service possible? Well go to this place! Line moves slower than the DMV... the staff are high school dropouts that don't give a damn about your or your needs. Today there was a line 15 deep and mind you my package was postage paid, all I needed to do is "drop it off". The store won't allow a simple drop off and run... so you must wait in que to hand your package to the worker who then turns and tosses it on the floor. Wow Worst customer service ever. I paid a courier to pick up and to package a special gift for a friend to be delivered on July 5th. The courier dropped it of at 9:30 am on July 3rd, paid 128.00 for guaranteed arrival by July 5th. When I checked tracking number on July 5th it stated package was waiting for pickup. I called the store and was told package was out and would arrive that day. I called UPS and was told the driver did go to the store on the 3rd but that package wasn't picked up. I called back and after 20 minutes someone finally admitted that they forgot to put it in the outgoing mail. I then paid the courier to pick up package and mail by fedex who has never let me down. I asked for refund and was told I'd need to talk to manager. I left my number and today, 4 days after package was to arrive I received a call from the store owner Steve. He said I had to come in to get a refund. I asked why package wasn't sent and he yelled at me "how the hell should I know that just happens and I'm not taking the blame" never accepted responsibility, never offered to reimburse my cost for the courier, never even apologized. He said it probably went to the shipping center and got missed, when I said they never picked up and my courier cane on July 5th and package was still sitting in his store he said that he has no idea what happened and I couldn't prove anything and if I wanted a refund he would mail a check otherwise I need to come to him and refused to apologize saying he couldn't be sure it was his fault. Look at the other reviews. This guy needs a reminder that overnight delivery is a promise and that if he can't hire people that can do their job correctly he shouldn't be in business. Go somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation Oh and still waiting for refund which he will probably never send read more

Went to return a package which I told Matt that I needed to ship the package cheaply but with a tracking number so when I got home I could email the company the tracking number. When I got home I looked at the receipt which it was marked First Class letter not package and no tracking number. I contacted the store and Matt said that it didn't matter about the wording on the receipt for the shipping of it and that it didn't have a tracking number on it. That I needed to come back the next day since it was too late to get to the store before it closed and pay the 75 cents to put tracking number on it. First, the customer service and attitude from the employee definitely needs to get better. Second, I don't appreciate my time being wasted due to their mistake. So after paying the 75 cents I definitely won't be back. read more

I dropped off a package to return to Amazon and I still have not gotten anything back. It still says it is at the store. I might add that it has been over two weeks. I all so went in to talk to a employee and he was disrespectful and had no customer service skills what so ever. Another customer behind me was having the same problem. Great service! I dropped in one day to send out a textbook I had on loan. Unfortunately, my printer didn't fully print the scan label and their machines weren't picking it up. The employee explained that it's important for the machine to read it so it doesn't get kicked out and wait for a manual read. I explained it need to get back so I didn't get charged late fees and of course he had a solution! He allowed me to email my packing slip to them and he printed it out for free. He definitely went the extra mile and I will be a loyal customer for life! read more

Been coming here periodically through the Coronavirus period to mail masks I make to loved ones. I've always found the service to be good with friendly guys working in store and I appreciate them staying open through this period. I only wish that through this dangerous time for the elderly that they would all wear masks, as recommended by the CDC. read more

Yikes.... As you can see, the other reviews say it all. The owner of this ups store is a joke. He spends his free time trying to come up with smirky remarks to other people's reviews. "Sorry you feel that way" give me a break. Instead of wasting your time coming to this ups store go to one where the owner doesn't act like a 5 year old. I regularly use UPS stores for business and personal needs. This location is conveniently located for me, but after a half dozen or so visits, I finally concluded i was better off going out of my way to a different location. Customer service was consistently bad on every visit. In some cases, they were just clueless about simple things; other times, they just didn't seem to care. Look at the owners' responses to other reviews on this site and Google maps ("your [sic] a liar," was their response to one recent review) and you get a good idea about how they view customer care. read more

I've never been treated so rudely. Horrible horrible costumer service!! Never coming back to this UPS store. Made me very very uncomfortable when I came in. Pass on this UPS Store there are many others who offer a better customer experience. Went to pickup a package this am that I was notified about two days ago. The young lady tried to find my package. She was wonderful and did the best she could with a bad situation. The owner in his infinite wisdom only schedules one person to work the counter when the store opens. Get a clue, this is the Christmas season, you know the time when people are shipping frequently. I should mention there were customer waiting on the store to open so the young lady was swamped immediately. When my turn came she could not find my package so after several minutes she told me she would call when it was found. She did as promised. Like I said she deserves five stars. The owner was in when I arrived and it was obvious to me he had been warned about the unhappy customer. After my transaction I looked over at him and told him what he did to his employee was unfair to her. I also told him it was ridiculous to have only one person during this time of year. His response, Yes. Not another word. Where did this guy get his customer service training. I come from the automotive industry, this guy should deal with a customer who is unhappy about their car. They would eat him alive. Should anyone need a great employee who can handle stress I know one. Too bad she works for this guy. read more

UPS is another line of companies that outsource their phone centers to the Philippines and there's no way to contact local offices to have faster service update I believe these companies should be heavily tax for outsourcing because customer service is lacking in this country my daughter is special needs and they're Miss handling the package being delivered for her and her needsI've seen drivers drop packages on people's doors without ringing the doorbell or even knocking I've seen drivers not drop off at apartment locations with drop off service and because of outsourcing phone calls drivers cannot receive proper information in a timely order to either leave packages here or at a secondary location read more

The costumer service here is awful! I told the worker that my package was delivered ( I got an email from the post office saying it was there) and the worker refused to look where the boxes were. She said "nope sorry nothing" without looking. I told her I got an email from them and she refused to look. The owner came out and said they had just got a new shipment and I explained I got the email earlier in the day. The owner ignored me and refused to look. I walked into my car and checked my email again then walked back inside. Another completely different worker saw my package sitting there and handed it to me. The content in the package was extremely important. I have never been treated so rude and when asking the previous worker why she didn't hand me my box beforehand she was extremely rude and said "sorry if I offended you" I JUST NEEDED MY PACKAGE that I was emailed to pick up!!!
