8/5/26 First Visit to this FedEx ship center in the hood, shipping heavyweights today. Parking 5/5 Arrived ~10 AM-ish. Business access to this location is from the southbound lane on Power Road and the eastbound lane on Superstition Springs Blvd entrance on Superstition Springs Blvd west of Power. This FedEx location is a full service copy, Print shop and shipping center. There is Parking that is dedicated to FedEx customers convenient for shipping customers as well as shared parking with adjacent businesses like the HonorHealth Urgent Care. There is plenty of additional parking in the back. Service requested 5/5 Today I was returning heavy duty dining room table chair set in their original un-opened shipping boxes. Did I mention heavyweights? I was fortunate the Manufacturer was willing to take them back at no cost and even sent me two pre-paid shipping labels to attach. Customer service 5/5 These boxes took everything I had to get them in my Telluride and getting them out and in the store was going to be another challenge had it not been for the help I received from an employee. I was backed in up front making dismounting and transferring to a cart easier. The extra mussel was truly appreciated! Value 5/5 Literally priceless. Pro-tip 5/5 Many FedEx shipping store locations are now accepting Amazon returns! This is one that does! It's a larger than a UPS store has more employees and lines if existent move quickly! I've never had any issues at this FedEx location. I have always found their staff to be courteous and service is quick and efficient both when sending out returns and regular packages. They open late and have convenient weekend hours which I can appreciate as a working professional. read more

This fed ex office was amazing and Alexa helped me put together the best 18 x 24 game for a baby shower. Fed ex does everything and printed it out for me, laminated, with corner protectors and put it on an easel. They even proofed it to make sure the pictures I was putting on it weren't blurry. It wasn't too expensive and Alexa helped me so much and explained it all perfect and it came out better than I expected. Thank you Alexa! read more

Rude, inconsiderate and on a power trip at the post office is a new kind of low in life. They wouldn't take my package unless I bought a new box, they're just trying to get money out of you because this location obviously isn't doing well. These people seriously need to check themselves and actually do their jobs instead trying to squeeze money out of their customers. I went to FedEx Office to drop off a couple of DirecTV boxes and get some very nice colored pages that my daughter made laminated. The young man that helped me, Michael S., was very competent, patient and had all around great customer skills. Love that this place is still requiring masks to protect everyone. Was at Walmart yesterday and several employees talking about how they did not get vaccinated and what would be the point of that. Simply incredibly poor customer service. I recently moved and do not have bills in my name. I had a package redirected and held at this location since I work nights and didn't want the package sitting on the porch. Shawn apparently is the fedex owner and customer service overlord with very poor personal skills and professional attitude. Me being tired from work apparently did not please Shawn and I was asked to fix my attitude and leave. I had every single bit of information you could need to identify the package. I showed the email and even a government drivers license. Apparently I can go through airport security with this ID but not Shawn. FedEx, feel free to promote this character since he lost you a customer for life. Actually double promotion since my family and our business used to use fedex as our main shipper. I FedEx. I was a customer of Kinkos when they started and was so happy to see FedEx squire them. Of course shipping is very well run. Read the book "Absolutely Positively Overnight written by FedEx founder Fred Smith. Incredible story. Think about it... if you owned a business with a department that printed, bound, etc AND shipped.. it would cost millions to build the setup FedEx has at each location. All that equipment and expert help... for the cost of 1 copy if that's all you're doing. Then they will deliver that copy by personal courier the next day maybe anywhere in the world. Don't ship from this FedEX. The guy at the shipping counter has no idea what he is doing. I ordered product from a manufacturer and had it delivered via FedEx. I was then forwarding this on to another office in the same package. This is a process I have done hundreds of times from other Fedex locations. This guy says I can't use the box the manufacturer used because it wasn't thick enough. What? No other locations have given me a problem like this. Ended up having to stand in line add another location, which happily accepted the box. One star for unnecessarily wasting my time. read more

After going in here and ordering two small magnet signs, looking over the print out, signing it ok, going back the next day. The signs were there but the asst mgr would not sell them to me. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told to wait a half hour til he finished his lunch. Very poor customer service and a complete waste of my time. And not once but TWO visits to the store. So I'm sure a little mom & pop print shop would like my business, which will NEVER go back to Fed-Ex. NEVER!! read more

This place is terrible, the ask you what you need directly when you walk in and walk away. We were welcomed but then after needing assistance were ignored. We got someone else to assist us and detour us twice before sending us back to the line that I was originally in when called. They charged are card within the first 5 min of arriving and state it wouldn't charge if there was no print out, wrong my card was charged over $20 after waiting in a long line the attendant told us we can not print anything from what we sent. Why did the two other fed ex people who helped us send us to him. He couldn't help us at all. If you know how to get your card charged and no service definitely come to this spot. Lastly when finally sending a photo because they do not support files, my card was charged AGAIN. I got one black and white paper and spent over 50 minutes in here. All I can say is the worst experience at this location. We ship here and have print jobs handled through the year. Today we were barked at and ordered around. We did not realize they closed at 6 nor were we told that when we walked in. As we were getting boxes ready they were short and snappy and we felt as if we were doing something illegal. Instead of asking us to leave id on the counter, the gentleman shared commands as if we were insubordinates. Seems processes changed since reopening, but how are we to know that unless told. I had a very important, 36 page fax that needed to be sent. I got up early at 5am and headed to this FedEx Kinkos. Would you believe they wanted $55, YES, FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS to send a fax to a LOCAL PHONE NUMBER. $1.99 for the first page and $1.50 for each addtl page. Now, I'm all for a guy making an honest profit, but this should be illegal. Their costs for said fax would have been about $0.18 and they were going to charge me $55. Fortunately (or not) the counter person was not well trained and was unable to get the fax to go through. I took it to another location and they faxed it right away without any problems - and FOR FREE !! SHAME on you FedEx Kinkos, SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. This FEDEX location is greedy as hell: I asked them to fax a FEDEX claim form to the FEDEX claims department. (I received a FEDEX shipment which had been opened during transit and items were stolen from the box). I have a fax machine but in these days nobody has a landline anymore which is necessary to send faxes. The manager told me that she would have to charge me for sending the fax to the claims department "Unfortunately, it is our policy...." and then with a bitter-sweet smile on her face: "If you don't want to pay for the fax you could just drive to the FEDEX hub in Chandler and hand deliver the form..." She already had the driving instructions handy (only 19 minutes and 13.4 miles, one way). What a great customer service !!! read more

I had to return my equipment when I cancelled my directv cable services. I brought 5 boxes in and they scanned them, labeled them, packed and sealed them for me. I literally didn't have to do anything. It only took about 10 minutes too!! I would definitely use them again for my shipping needs!! read more

I use this location for all of my FedEx shipping. I LOVE the staff! Rhonda is so great and patient and knows everything! There is a FedEx self service drop off and all the supplies you need to get your package sent off. The copy services are great, too. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, even when it is busy. read more

My friend Kyle notified me about the terrible customer service he was getting (or lack there of), and his package was never scanned or sent, and never received a receipt either. Whatever you do, DO NOT use this center to mail a package. I dropped off the package in person. It was never scanned, never got shipped out. When i asked the managers to review the footage to find my package, they refused saying that they didn't have access to security footage. Their corporate customer service will not help at all- you're on your own. I've spent over 8 hours on the phone with the same response- "we're sorry, there's nothing we can do, but we understand your frustration". Management is rude, unprofessional, and definitely not devoted to customer service of any sort. I've spent the last 5 weeks trying to get them to cooperate and find my package and they are completely unwilling. read more

Not sure why this location has such poor reviews, but personally had a great experience overall. Employees here may seem busy at first, but are more than willing to help. One instance, I had to print out and hand cut 300 name tags for a large event and was cutting it close to the store's closing time. The employee stayed extra long to keep the store open for me. On the second occasion, I came in to get something printed and realized the quote was out of my budget. The employee understood and recommended other options for me. She even helped me get quotes on other projects so that I would know ahead of time what price range to expect. read more

3 times I've tried returning warranty returns in the original factory boxes that FEDEX DELIVERED to me in only to have this store refuse them for various reasons. The other locations gladly accepted them and could not explain why the packages would be refused. And yes they are very rude with no care for customers.
