What the receipt actually says is "Items designated NR are NOT eligible for Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges." The boxes did not show a NR on the receipt and I was not told at the time of purchase that it was non-returnable. When I pointed this out to the customer service person she told me that NO items purchased in the store are returnable. Then she ignored me. This procedure is very deceptive and it is BAD business practice.
