This is one of the UPS stores I go to most frequently. The staff is always super friendly and even if there is no line, instead of directing me to the self serve machine for returns, they call me over, which a lot of other stores do not, or ask you to use it. I don't typically purchase their services and more utilize for various returns that are pre-arranged, but it's always a breeze and they are well staffed and move quickly when busy too. read more

So I stopped coming to the UPS because every single time I come here there always seems to be an issue amongst the staff or helping me with returns/ shipping and, low and behold, there was BUT Yadira, made the experience a little bit better. It's a long story and though I will lean towards, it was mostly Amazon's fault, and at first nobody was interested in helping me except for a kind stranger, but after getting Amazon on the phone and finding my own solutions, Yadira stepped up. She overheard me talking to Amazon and was anticipating next steps like measuring my items finding a box for them and making sure I had all the receipts I needed to send to customer service. You wouldn't normally appreciate someone listening to your phone calls lol but I'm so grateful that she had the apprehension to do so. Super helpful, very grateful. I will also openly admit that frustration obviously almost overtook my attitude, but she did not change hers towards me, and I would publicly on yelp apologize to her and thank her for maintaining her attitude. Not my best moment and so many "little fires" is not an excuse. Anyway, Maybe I'll come back here again. (But if she's not here, no, I won't) read more

I come here often but have not been in a couple months. CLEARLY the store changed ownership. The older woman behind the desk is Rude. I needed tape to tape up my box, was taping and she barks at me "that is enough tape, it will not open". Mind you my box had a hole in the top so I was taping the hole. Hey rude lady, when you read this, know that your store will go down quick with this attitude. If you are worried about a regular customer using your tape, afraid of the cost factor. You have other issues in your business that you should focus on. As well as....Customer SERVICE. I assume with all of the other people complaining about the same exact issue, it's a YOU problem. I will be finding another store, unfortunate as this is very close to my house. BUT I will drive the distance to give a better store my business. Boy-cot this store. Owners are horrible. read more

This is my favorite UPS store. They are friendly and professional. The manager Maria Tichy was very helpful when I had to return an Amazon item this week. Maria made the experience so easy! On another occasion my friend needed a notary for an out of state real estate transaction and the staff here knew how to assist with this as well. The store is clean and well run. Waited 15 minutes after they were supposed to open for a scheduled Amazon return and as soon as I walk in they ask if it's a return and say that they don't do them yet I had scheduled the return through Amazon, based on the other reviews of this place I won't be going back. read more

Needs hours extended on weekends. Closes at 4 on Saturday and Sunday. Then during the week switches to 6 pm. Should be more consistent so people aren't lining up right after close to return a package. Watched 4 people within the span of a minute walk up the the doors on a Saturday at 4:30 and turn around. The employees lack friendliness and customer service. I have tried this location multiple times since I live close thinking it was just those employees. But after 4 times this last year proves it's the employees and management as a whole. The employees stare at u without greeting, talk to you rudely, are not helpful in anyway and dismiss you when the transaction is done... even my children walk away chatting about how weird or rude their service was. read more

For my needs (expedient shipping and returns) this business has been great since the "new" franchisee took over. While the prior staff seemed to become easily overwhelmed and sometimes a bit intense when customer flow ramped up, the new staff are unfailingly polite and seem to be unflappable. (Hint: management, please work to retain these young people!) Very pleasant experience AND they were able to get the automatic doors working! Luxurious!! It is 8:06 AM and their hours indicate that they open at 8:00 AM on Saturday not one employee in sight. We were here thinking that this would be a convenient place to drop off our UPS package. There was already a lineup of people waiting and abandoning their posts to go seek another UPS store elsewhere. That's one way to ensure efficient service: get your customers to abandon their posts so they all leave. read more

I went to the store to print out 4 sheets of paper. The standard cost of black and white paper is only 0.10$ to 0.20$ a sheet. The guy who runs the store, Barry, did not know how to use the computer with my usb drive, and kept printing out the wrong one. If I had been left alone on the computer, I would have printed out the correct sheets and been done in less than a minute. Instead it took a riduculous amount of time due to his lack of tech-knowledge. There is only one computer in the store, and it does not state the amount that it costs. They do not allow you to use the computer by yourself, as any other location would. He ended up wasting a total of 10 sheets of paper, each time increasing in anger, ending up yelling "Oh, stop ringing," to a phone, slamming paper in the trash, and stomping around the store. If the phone stops ringing, you all are out of business. Then, he says, "How many pages are we charging you for?" I had only listed 4 original sheets... Why should I have to pay for more than due to your incompetence with Adobe Reader and a USB stick, all basic parts of anything past 2010? He charged me for 4 sheets, and for all the time that he wasted on the computer, totaling almost 3$. So, congrats, you made up for your lost papers, and lost a potential customer. No wonder the store was empty. I will go to print and ship St. Elsewhere from now on, even though it may cost me an extra 3 miles out of my way. I encourage you to do the same. read more

I have been going to this UPS store for years with no problems. Recently, I went in to mail a package. They had no record of me in their system despite my previous visits. I waited a long time for a counter rep who finally came over, got my details and walked away from the computer. Within a minute or so he casually walked out of the store with his skateboard saying he was "Off Shift." Then I had to wait all over again as the counter agents tried to work something out with people speaking a foreign tongue. The service was terrible and even others in line noticed and commented on the treatment I had received. While this UPS store is closest to me, I will never use it again. Apparently, there had been a change in ownership. The new owners need to get with the program and keep customers in mind if they want to be successful. Clearly, the owners in that store either don't care or have not properly trained their staff. My business will move elsewhere. read more

I have used The UPS Store in cities across North America and this location is by far the worst I've seen. It's TERRIBLE. It's not just one of the worst UPS Stores I've ever been to but one of the worst businesses I've come across, period. The owner/ manager, Barry A. Spath (his name is right on the website and on his nametag), behaves spitefully and hatefully. Things that should be simple tasks--making photocopies, wrapping up a package--are treated here for some reason as if they are extremely difficult, but if you question anything Barry has done, no matter how polite and deferential you try to be, he loses his temper and just SCREAMS at you. DON'T GO HERE. This nasty man does not deserve your business, and there's a good chance he'll damage whatever what you want shipped. Luckily there's another place offering the same services just a mile north: Mail and More, in a little strip mall on the southwest corner of Gilbert and Brown. Go there! It's run by really lovely people who will make you feel glad you had to run errands. read more

They don't answer their phones, I called multiple times to ask a simple question, Every time I called it would either ring once or twice and goes to a busy signal, or would ring five or six times and go to a busy signal. Ended up driving down there since they are fairly close. While I was there, the phone rang and she hit the button to refuse the call. And of course, wouldn't do what I needed so had to go elsewhere. read more

Two stars due to the fact the location is convenient and quick service. I had to mail a gift via ground service. The price was outrageous... $12 bucks! Next time I will purchase the gift on the website and pay shipping charges. Also purchase an envelope to mail the item which was another $4 bucks. I literally live just down the street from this location, but I will drive the extra couple of miles to the Lindsay & Broadway location just to avoid going into this place. The older gentleman and lady that are always there are miserable, don't greet you with a smile or even ask what they can do for you. There is a cloud of depression hanging in the air. From the time I walk through the door until I leave I feel tense and uncomfortable - like I was a bother. I am not a particularly picky person and don't expect more than the obligatory greeting and basic level of service from anyone, so for me to notice AND comment says something. Meanwhile, the larger, brighter and more friendly Lindsay & Brown location always takes very good care of me. Trust me it's worth the extra little drive to that location. read more

After they gave me lip about not using UPS and choosing USPS, my package never made it to the location and it cost me $100 in refund to the guy buying from me! My transactions are usually quick and painless that consist of dropping off a package with a prepaid label. I never have to wait and they always gave me the option of a receipt. The employees have been courteous to me and so far have not had any issues. read more

When i have to repeat my phone number 12 times and you still cant input it correctly, thats your issue, not mine. I also sent my daughter in to mail a package and the guy treated her so poorly. Denise told me " good leave a bad review" where has customer service even gone. Came in the other day and was treated very poorly from the start, as if I was interrupting their day. Was tempted to turn around and walk out right then and there. They hurriedly sorted through the items I needed shipped and treated me as if I had three heads for wanting to ship simple gifts back to family in Kansas.
