The fedex next door had MUCH better customer service and doesn't charge you for tape or to print labels in fact the fedex does it all for you for free!!! This ups is always trying to nickel and dime you and the guy w the dreads that is always there is rude 80% of the time then nice out of nowhere like he's bipolar or something. I think, based on my personal experiences, that this store is getting the negative reviews intended for the separate and independent location at 20th street and Biscayne. After an awful experience at 20th street, I drove up to the 68th street location. Plenty of easy parking in its lot behind the store. In contrast to my bad experience at 20th street, John quickly and attentively helped me at this location (68th and Biscayne). He measured my package, brought out the perfect box, packed it with popcorn, filled out a shipping label, provided multiple options and prices, and made me feel safe about shipping my items. I recommend the UPS store at 68th and Biscayne. Avoid 20th street. read more

Parking is a mess, there is always a line and they definitely are not following Covid safety standard. The only thing I use it for is to drop off Amazon returns and I dread the times I have to get here. It's not all their fault, they usually are understaffed and customers get very demanding. I would not recommend getting a box here, their schedule is not the best either. read more

I hate UPS. I can't even describe to you how much I hate UPS. I bought something from Amazon that took weeks beyond the delivery date to get to me, after 3 phone calls with customer service, all of which said a manager would call me back (not one did), and a package that finally arrived in shreds and missing parts. I returned it to this UPS store today and was told there was a $2 tape fee to close the box (which arrived pretty much open anyways). Are you kidding me?!? (Did I mention just how much I hate UPS?!) as a result of my frustration absolutely boiling over, and some personal stuff on my mind as well, I just started to cry. In the store. Totally embarrassed, I went to pull out my purse and the Manager (I don't know this for sure, but he seems in charge, tall, long dreads) said "don't worry about it, really" and he took out $2 and covered the tape fee for me. He said "I don't know what's going on but I hope your day gets better." I've noticed him on previous visits before, hard working at a demanding job. The UPS Store located here is super convenient with early and late hours that can service your mail/package needs. They've got a decent sized parking lot behind the building with a back door entrance which makes it easy to enter and exit. One of my favorite things is that when you receive a package here, they'll text you and even send an email notifying that something's come for you, and you have a couple days to pick it up free of charge; if you come after that then you'll pay a small fee. Another great thing here is that you can send almost anything or receive almost anything large and it's secure with no one trying to take it from the front of your house. They can also pack something for you and offer bubble wrap for those fragile items. Those points alone are worth having a box here. They also have a computer for those who need get online for whateve reason. Service has always been quick and professional with no issues. read more

Drive to another UPS Store, the owner of this store does not understand the concept of customer service. If you ask for an UPS adhesive pouch (which is free by UPS), he will tell you he has limited supply, only to charge your $2.14 for taping a 12" box. He will deny you the pouch because he will assume you will use it instead of tape. read more

As per their contract with amazon, they should not be charging you for tape, they should not even be charging you for a box to put your items in. The amazon return labels say : no need to box it, it's free. So I guess they charge you, and amazon for the packing. read more

Store opens 10 min late and the employee blames traffic - what is this middle school? Then the store's equipment doesn't work (again), so I can't get a receipt for the dropped off package. The. their system isnt integrated with UPS, so no tracking number until late tonight. Hopefully! In other words you I could have dropped off the package with anybody and asked them to call a UPS truck for pick up. I would have gotten better service. I recently ordered two bathroom sinks on Amazon. I opened one box and the sink was broken so it was necessary to return the sinks. I went to the UPS store located at 6815 Biscayne Blvd Ste 103 in Miami for their assistance. Neither box had been unpacked and only one box was opened. The man which I later learned was the owner of that store, John Tsialas, appeared to be annoyed with returning the boxes since I did not have them both sealed. I asked him for a 2 foot piece of packing tape to seal the box and he rudely explained that he would be charging me for the tape. I explained that I had a couple of businesses in the area and that I always try to support the local businesses. He replied "if you own businesses then you understand its the cost of doing business". A that point I asked to speak with the owner and he replied "I am the owner". Being a business owner myself I cannot imagine a senario in which I would ever be so disrespectful to a valued customer. That being said it seems Mr. Tsialas has lost sight of the value of the customer. When I left I needed to go to Fort Lauderdale so I stopped in the UPS store located at 1007 Federal Hwy. They were very pleasant. The attendant took the box from me, taped it without my asking and gave me a return receipt. There are several other UPS stores in our area, I would suggest going to one of the others. I will never use Mr. Tsialas's store again. read more

I agree with Shaun B. this UPS store gets one star because I had a box to send back to QVC a package and I didn't tape down the top of the box previously. at the post office , they have tape for you to use but UPS wants to charge you two dollars for a strip of tape to tape down a box flap! what a bunch of cheap bastards! Bring your own roll of tape and if you don't , go next door to subway they have tape that you can use if you ask nicely. I give that subway five stars for helping me out in a pinch. read more

Is there no requirement to use a mask indoors? Only me and one other person had mask, the other 9 in the time I had to be waiting did NOT have a mask. The store is terribly dirty, full of boxes, dusty suitcases and there is hardly any room for people. I do not recommend this place, it is a disaster. read more

5 start for service and flexibility. I don't give out 5 stars easily. I have been with this UPS store for 3 years. They have always done right by me. The staff knows me by name and always say hello. They are truly genuine. The manager and Dani are awesome. All my mail/packages come in my name or my business' name. If a package doesn't fit in my box They will hold my packages for a few days if needed. I receive an email alert every time a package arrives and doesn't fit on my box. They have dollies if you need it to get your big and heavy items out to your car. Dani has even helped me carry stuff outside a number of times. Great service is why I stick to them 3 years in a row. read more

It's really not that hard to screw up running a UPS Store but these guys manage to excel at it. One of the worst customer service experiences, in Miami at that. I go to drop off my packages & every time I have to get an unnecessary rude harassment comment from the African American gentleman with dreadlocks, when my wife drops packages off she tells me that same gentleman hits on her and tries to give her his phone number and tells her to call him. And now the total is up to 5 instances where a package was dropped off at this particular UPS Store & never received by the client, something that has never happened at any facility but this one. I put up with this because this store is the closet one to my house but not anymore, drive a little further and get better service this location is horrible. read more
