5 start for service and flexibility. I don't give out 5 stars easily. I have been with this UPS store for 3 years. They have always done right by me. The staff knows me by name and always say hello. They are truly genuine. The manager and Dani are awesome. All my mail/packages come in my name or my business' name. If a package doesn't fit in my box They will hold my packages for a few days if needed. I receive an email alert every time a package arrives and doesn't fit on my box. They have dollies if you need it to get your big and heavy items out to your car. Dani has even helped me carry stuff outside a number of times. Great service is why I stick to them 3 years in a row. read more

I do not know why this place has bad reviews. Price wise it is comparable to every other UPS store. If you want cheap packaging go to walmart. The UPS store is great for shipping. It's really not that hard to screw up running a UPS Store but these guys manage to excel at it. One of the worst customer service experiences, in Miami at that. I go to drop off my packages & every time I have to get an unnecessary rude harassment comment from the African American gentleman with dreadlocks, when my wife drops packages off she tells me that same gentleman hits on her and tries to give her his phone number and tells her to call him. And now the total is up to 5 instances where a package was dropped off at this particular UPS Store & never received by the client, something that has never happened at any facility but this one. I put up with this because this store is the closet one to my house but not anymore, drive a little further and get better service this location is horrible. read more

This is the WORST UPS franchised store in the history of UPS stores. Incredible, they ALWAYS find a way to price gauge you. They charge you for tape, they are incredibly rude. They ALWAYS have an excuse as to why your shipment needs to be a headache, nothing can go smooth there. We showed up with a package and wanted to use our company account to ship, the RUDE salesperson said that we could not do so because we didn't have the Waybill printed and they could not print the label for us. I'm telling you, EVERYTHING is a problem. This store is located less than a minute from my house, I will make sure to drive elsewhere and will never take my business there again. A+ service for 8 years now. I would never go anywhere else. It does amaze me to listen to the rudeness the employees and owner are subjected to, and while they bend over backwards to help when they can, I am glad they don't allow people to abuse them. He refused to give me a price for a mailing tube over the phone, claiming it was policy, and pretended not to understand me when I asked him twice why they had that policy. So I rented a locker for my business and the agent that enrolled me in the program informed me that as long the items I was going to receive where under my business name there wouldn't be a problem. Today I went and picked up a package from my customer and was told by the agent at the store that it would be the first and last time they would hold a package for me because the items did not have my name. Im very upset and disappointed on how UPS is running business. To get my money they provided me false information and now they do not want to fall through with what I was promised. If I could give it a -0 I would. First the staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. I went to get a document printed and after signing it I needed scanned. I clearly asked if I could make sure it was erased in my presence, the owner assured me it would be done. After he scanned my document he went into an office and when I requested watch him deleted he refused and said I had to "trust" him, why i have no idea who this person is. Any way I had to leave not knowing if this person deleted my document which was a confidential document and contained personal information. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB read more

Be forewarned: don't forget to tape your box at home because otherwise this UPS location will charge you $2 and change as a "service charge" for tape, or alternatively, sell you a roll of tape for $3.99. I was attended by a gentleman named John, he looked at me like in a despicable manner, I politely ask him that is my first time using ups services and probably I would be using more frequent due my new job. I asked him if I can use internet for printing labels that was sended to me through my company, he replied very rude that the use of internet is $5 for 3 minutes and $1 for every label printed, I asked him if this rate applied to all ups stores he said yes. I came back to Miami beach (6518 and Collins) and it was like day and night, people more friendly and smiling. I ended up paying $1.40 for using the internet and printing 3 labels that I have assigned. I'll never going back to that creepy place on Biscayne anymore. read more

We were so pleased with the service and packing the UPS store did for us! We were shipping things from the house were I grew up in Miami to our home in California, there were times when we came in not long before closing with boxes of precious family memories, everyone was very helpful, friendly, and patient with us. I don't know why this place has received such bad reviews. I've only been in twice, but both times I was helped by the same guy who is probably the friendliest person in all of Miami. (I should have gotten his name but unfortunately didn't.) The first time I went was a few days before Christmas and there was a long line and boxes piled everywhere waiting for pick up, but he took care with each customer and had the others in line smiling while they waited. Not the friendliest staff.... There's a pretty boy that works there who thinks he's hot sh** and wanted to charge me $3 for a strip of tape to secure my box closed. I wanted to inform everyone of your very rude and unprofessional staff I had the displeasure of dealing with. An employee approached me when I entered the store. I processed an online order and was in the store to retrieve the print. From the moment I encountered him he had an unwillingness to help. He told me my order wasn't processed and told me to process a refund online and walked off. After getting his attention again and showing him proof of the confirmation number I asked again for my print. I believe his words were "you gave us 10 minutes to process a print what kind of shit is that." Keep in mind there is no notice on the website that it can take as he said 'multiple days'. He further told me he wasn't going to process the print at all and again walked off. I asked if he would honor the price I had already paid paid for the inconvenience, and of course he met this proposal with hostility. This was my first and only time printing from a UPS store and it will definitely be the last. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Now, not only do I not have had the prints I paid for. I have to go through the hassle of refunding my money and find somewhere else to print. This is completely unacceptable behavior from an employee of UPS. I've never had a customer service representative become visibly agitated at me and scream at me over a potential business transaction. This behavior was completely unacceptable. read more
