This is also a nice UPS store located closer to downtown Miami and on my way to run errands and drop off packages. It is similar to every other UPS store. It is a busy store with customers but the staff work quickly and the lines aren't long. The store has a lot of supplies and boxes. You can rent mailboxes here. The staff were very helpful and even accepted my USPS packages so I didn't need to make a trip to a post office. I really appreciated this time-saver service. I plan to use them again for their services. read more

I've been a customer at this location for quite sometime now and I've had a Pleasant experience when it comes to returns, shipping and simple inquires; On this particular day I had a very important document that needed to be Notarized the store was super busy and the Location Manager was not helpful, very unprofessional to help assist his employees with customers that have been waiting to be tended to. The Manger just sat around the store lazy much!!!! I was finally assisted by an Associate after waiting for over 15-20 mins only to be told that I had to wait for my Notary inquiry because he was going to Lunch!!!! This location needs a serious re-evaluation of staff members, working in the industry whether it's Retail or Medical you always tend to Customers first no matter the situation, The lack of Professionalism is Beyond mind-blowing!!!!! read more

I have used this location half a dozen times. The last five times it was to ship an item. Today I came in to get a document notarized. Every time they help me quickly, correctly, and with a friendly smile. Had to write a review because I don't think they get enough recognition. read more

if I could give negative stars I would: I have a small business and wanted to change my service from USPS to ups, well frankly because of the hours of access. I went inside to inquire about service. One or two concise questions, seems easy enough, right? No! When I got inside there were 4 employees at the front of the store, I approached then and attempted to ask a question. However, behind me was a very portly policeman, who seemed to be in no hurry, I assumed he was going for a service same as I. All of a sudden they all start yelling. Now Miami has a lot of Hispanics and thy use the excuse that they are loud. I say keep that bombastic behavior at home and come to work prepared for just about anything. Apparently the customer who had already exited had his items"lost" by the employees and after reading the reviews. Yeah okay. I. An understanding why he had demanded strongly that the better I've him his packages. They had called the police. All befor I entered the door. Mind you it took 4 of them howling and ignoring a potential customer. When I asked for one of them to step out of the fray to respond as for me it was none of my business, she was like a bloodhound with a bone. Then she tried to set the police officer on me. I shut him down in quick order. I left the store and decided to write a review. Employees- unprofessional, ill trained, obnoxious and rude. Venue - Top heavy management. No direction. This is a place of business not your backyard or a park. Attitude- Dont clap your hands at the customer. Excuse me, please, pardon etc goes a long way. Rude looks , rolling eyes, flicking heads do nothing but discourage customer interaction and initiate negative reviews. UPS this store is ruining your business model. The whole lot of them need to be fired! Replace them with employees that understand empathy and respect. Repeat business should be your main goal. So, in my preferences I selected to have my UPS deliveries rerouted to your THE UPS STORE 2045 Biscayne Blvd MIAMI, FL 33137. My wife bought something online, you made the delivery, so the package was at this ups store. So yesterday 2/12/21 I went to pick it up for my wife. Mind you, I get the notifications because I am the account holder, I have ID and the full email with the tracking number. After spending sometime in line with my six year old son, one attendant offered to help me, I assume she is new because she asked for help from another attendant who was industriously counting her till probably to get on out of her shift. Too bad the attendant asked her for help because this rushing attendant was very rude, short, unwilling to help. She asked if my address was the same as my wife. When I said it was not, she was done trying to help me. Told me I would not get the package, my wife needed to get it. She suddenly just walked away after clenching her lips to the side. Her bevahior was so out of line, her own co worker seemed also surprised. I felt like the trap doors from under me were going to open and the alligators were going to eat me because the punisher was done dealing with me. It was so bad I broke in laughter and said: what just happened? So, as I am walking out, another third attendant who may or may not be a member or management attempted from afar to shout and try to rationalize the second attendants behavior by saying some permutation of a "what if" scenario of someone else trying to get my package. That also was far from the point. Customer service has baseline expectations. For starters a helpful, nice, friendly tone of voice of any explanation they may have. Really bad experience. Been using the services of this UPSStore for the last 2.5years and couldn't be happier. Alex has constructed a well functioning team, and manager Alian has the store running smoothly. As a previous employee at a ups store in Illinois I do have an idea on how hard it is with all the changing rules and I can only imagine how things changed through Covid years, they are always up to date and have done well to make my life easy with incoming packages, printing and have had an hundred percent delivery rate with my outgoing mail and packages. If you are ever in miami I highly suggest you stop by, they will surely greet you with a smile and will treat you and your packages with pride. read more

Yesterday I was attended by a gentleman named Felix he refused to sell me a first class mail stamp which I do all the time by a young lady in the same store with no problem as I try to explain to him he kept telling me that they do not offer that service in a very rude manner as if I was bothering . I suggest you guys to better train him since he lacks basic information I will be taking my money to another ups store that is farther from my home than to be humiliated and treated like an idiot . read more

Love this location! Alex is such a nice guy. I came in just before closing and he helped me tape up a few boxes and get organized for the final pickup. I had stuff everywhere Also found out that parking garage is free on 19th street. Update***** came back again!!! was assisted by janelle she is super sweet. gave me a few extra minutes to arrange my packaging just after close. The young lady at the counter is the WORST. Twice she responded with not only a rude attitude but rushing me when there was literally no one else in the store, as if serving my basic shipping needs were disrupting something else more important she had to do?! Wtf! It makes me cringe to go there, I actually prefer driving to another ups location. I had to pick up a package from this store. I came one day and checked in the system under my name and they told me that the package wasn't there, although the tracking showed it was. I insisted but rather than checking on their back office, that would have taken 30 seconds they told me to come back with the tracking number (which I did not have at the time). I came back and this girl Tatiana was very arrogant and inconsiderate. The package was there. The lady said it was $10 to pickup, I said I did not think it was fair and after a long argument she told me she would drop $2. I swiped the credit card and she charged me $10 "because the system wouldn't allow to make a discount". I talked to a gentleman that appeared to be the manager. He was not as rude and arrogant as Tatiana but he was not nice at all. After another argument he ended up giving me back $2. I did not choose to send the package to this UPS location, it was the online store that for some reason they told me it had to be shipped to a different zip code and offered me to pickup from my closest UPS at no cost. If that store misinterpreted the UPS policies and Ms. Tatiana would have explained to me politely I would have happily paid, but she treated me so arrogantly and made me feel so bad. Why would they treat customers so disrespectfully? BTW, I come to this store all the time. read more

For some reason the store doesn't take packages with cell phones. This is odd to me but okay!!!! Representive stated that the owner did not want to take cell phones which I was mailing back to ATT. ‍ other than that I have no other concerns. read more

The staff at this UPS store are very helpful and efficient. Even when there is a line to mail packages, you don't have to wait very long to get help. They are really smart about handling Amazon returns quickly with a separate associate. I think this place is just great and it's made life in the pandemic (where I buy almost everything from Amazon) much easier because you don't have to wait forever to send back returns. read more
