They used to offer online print ordering at this location until recently. Now, you have to request prints via email. I've been getting printed materials here for a couple of years, and it was usually around $2-3 for multiple colored pages, though sometimes it was a hassle because they'd occasionally miss a page. Recently, I requested a print via email, but they didn't provide a price. When I picked them up, they charged me over $4 for a SINGLE page. I only paid because I needed the document asap. They refused to give me a receipt or explain why it was so expensive. It's very suspicious that the price jumped after they stopped offering the UPS online order feature. It seems like a scam, so I'll be driving the extra mile to Staples or the Milford library from now on. read more

The owner asks you to pay $2.99 for a piece of tape if you bring in a box that is open. Ridiculous and unnecessary even if every single customer needed an 18" piece of tape it would take a week to get through a roll of tape at $2.75 a roll. I love this ups location!! The staff is efficient and friendly. I've never had an issue utilizing their shipping nor have I ever had an issue dropping off items here, such as Amazon returns. Parking is super easy and the location gets busy but they always have multiple people working. I go out of my way to come to specifically this location. read more

Owner is an abrasive asshole. There are FIVE other UPS drop off locations (learned that after my last encounter) so I will be using one of those. UPS is the most expensive way to ship so I only use them when returning items anyway. read more

I received my item in as described condition. Thank you for being accurate and answering my questions prior to bidding. However I do have a complaint in regards to shipping. First off I do a lot of shipping myself and have a UPS account so I was able to reverse the shipping destination and calculate the actual shipping fee for myself. When I originally spoke to the UPS provided in your shipping information, I spoke with a man and let him know I was looking for a shipping quote and was referred by Kabe auctions. I gave him the lot number and described the item and dimensions that you gave me in prior message. Glass candy bowl 4x4.5 inches that weighed 3 pounds. I also gave him my zip code and suggestion of using a 10x10x10 inch box to ship it in. He agreed that would be a good size box to safely ship this item. He then quoted my 37 dollars for pick up, materials, and shipping fee through UPS. I though to myself that was reasonable so I gave permission to use them. After a few days, I contacted the UPS store and was told the total was now 82.00 dollars. I said that was a big difference from the original quote of 37 dollars. He then took a moment to double check the price and realized the item was less than 100 dollars so there was no insurance needed. The final cost I paid was 79 dollars. At this point, I felt like he had me over a barrel because the item was paid for, packaged and ready to ship, and in their possession. I also do not like to argue over money. I am too old for that type of thing so I went ahead and paid. I received the item and it was shipped in 3 boxes. Triple boxed. I did not request 3 boxes. I asked for a single 10x10x10 box with bubble wrap and foam peanuts. The exterior box dimension ended up being 12x12x12 weighing about 4 pounds. I also happened to know the reason it was shipped in 3 boxes. They use the extra packaging materials to justify the inflated price they ultimately charge the customer. No explanation was really given to me on why such a big difference from 37 to 79 dollars to ship such a small item and I did not receive a detailed receipt breaking down the shipping charge. I did a reverse shipping label purchase to see what the actual shipping cost would be. I entered your address with a box dimension of 12x12x12 weighing 4 pounds. It came up to be 25.34. So I was basically charged 54 dollars for the materials and labor. I understand a business wanting to make a profit. I really do. I get it. My problem is The difference from the original quote of 37 to actual fee of 79 knowing it cost 25 to actually ship. I feel like a victim. I feel like I was bamboozled. That is not good feeling. That is not good business. To tell someone one thing then not even coming close to living up to your word. I understand their may have been a difference from the original quote to the final cost but really? That much? At this point it is not about the money but the principle. As a customer, I do not have any recourse in this situation other than to log my complaint to you and take this experience to whatever forum that allows folks like me to vent their frustration. Maybe if more people like myself warned other people of this kind of behavior, that something will be done to prevent this from happening. I really do have time to be messaging and posting my bad experiences with companies and their bad business practices but in this particular situation, I feel compelled to warn other people that this king of behavior exists and is attached to your company. I do not blame Kabe directly but just like anything else, Kabe should be aware of what their vendors are doing to their customers. Like poor management. If you do not know how your vendor is treating people then shame on you. I suggest that you not use that vendor anymore. This was not an innocent mistake. This was a calculated strategy to extract as much money possible from me. It is very obvious. You should also follow the lead of the more established auction companies and focus on transparency. Another suggestion is to put the shipping cost in the item description so the bidder knows exactly what they are paying. No surprises and no complaint or warning postings on social media. Anyone with a grain of intelligence can easily figure out how to do that. read more

On Wednesday I went in to ship a package to California. This was between 3:00 &3:15 EST. I told the individual there that I wanted to package to arrive by Friday. He said no problem he could overnight it and it would get there by Thursday. I said as long as it got there by Friday that would be fine. he asked what was in the package and I said cookies and a couple of checks. When I went on line on Friday morning to check the status I was stunned to see that this pkg. will not arrive until next Thursday the 30th not on the 24th or 25th as requested. This will be a week late. I called customer service at UPS and was told I only paid for ground service. I explained that I was not familiar with there rates and since I was told it would be overnight the fee meant nothing to me. How was I supposed to know this was not the correct fee for overnight.This was an error by an agent for UPS and UPS should be doing their best to rectify this. Customer service suggested I go back to the store. I offered to provide my credit card number for the additional cost if they could just pull the pkge. and get it there by tomorrow. Not able to do this because they don't know where the pkg. is. Won't know until it lands somewhere. This was very careless on the part of the store employee representing UPS and UPS does not stand behind there work. I was told the best they could do was register a complaint against the store. Those checks were important and now they are going to be a week late. Basically the attitude is sorry nothing we can do. read more

Kind and friendly staff. I come here to ship and also print brochures and business cards, banners, flyers, and wide format printing for my business. Their prices are better than Staples! Notary on site at all times and they do everything the post office does but with a friendlier staff and quicker service. Definitely recommend for any business (or personal) needs! read more

Worst ever. Tried to send a box of framed photos weighing 11lbs. After 10 minutes of measuring the items (which I brought in a grocery bag) I was told it would be $94. I never even got to the part where it was going or how soon I needed it there. I left and spent $9 including a box from elsewhere. read more

I needed about 100 pages printed off my USB and the owner helped me out. It came to just under $10, and for that amount, which would have surly depleted my ink supply at home, it was well worth it. They also laminate which is great for my start up small business. Always helpful with packages as well. read more

We used them recently to ship a big package down south. I had called a week before for a price, but when I came in it ended up about $130 higher. The package did get there OK,which is good, but I'm not sure I would use them again. Generally we use FedEx, which we'll probably go back to use. read more

The customer service at this store is a ZERO! First, they shipped 3 boxes to the same address for me and sent them as individual boxes (shipment = 1 of 1). When I questioned the labeling, I was told "it all ships the same way". So, 2 boxes made it and big surprise, 1 of the boxes was lost. That was the week before Thanksgiving. I did purchase insurance for all 3 boxes, so I began the UPS investigation process. Finally after 6 phone calls and 2 emails UPS admitted that they could not find the shipment and would be issuing me the insurance check. At that point I was told to work with the UPS store in Milford because UPS would be sending the check to them. After calling Milford and speaking directly with the owner, I was assured that he would keep me posted on the progress. One week goes by, NO PHONE CALL. So I call him, he tries to tell me he spoke with my husband, so I put my husband on the phone. Again, the owner tells me he will keep me posted and call me when the check comes in. That was the week before Christmas..... No phone calls. Today, New Years Eve, I call the Milford store, he has not received a check, and thinks that is has gotten lost in the mail. REALLY!! UPS lost a box of my Grandmother's antique crystal glass set AND they lost the check too!!! NEVER AGAIN will I ship from UPS. And for the record, the Milford store owner has not followed through on his word. It is a family owned business, so one would think that they would provide excellent service ....
