I contacted the store and spoke with Gene, who identified himself as the manager. He advised me to visit the nearest USPS location, stating the documents should have already been picked up. When I went to USPS, I was informed that the tracking code had never been activated and that they could not assist me because the mailing service was purchased through UPS. I then called the store again and spoke with an associate named Chloe. I requested to speak directly with Gene. She refused to transfer the call, continued repeating information I had already discussed with Gene, and ultimately hung up on me. She also made false accusations regarding my conduct on the call, which I strongly deny. I encourage the store to review the recorded phone call for accuracy. When I eventually spoke with Gene again, his behavior was highly unprofessional. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and unwilling to help resolve the issue. He told me to "shut my mouth and stop talking," which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I went into the store in person to address the matter, his behavior escalated. He continued to be rude, aggressive, and sarcastic in front of other customers, displaying anger and harassment that are completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I even have a video I would love to share so you can see his behavior. He denied me access to any higher-ups to resolve this issue. I am a long-time customer and have spent my hard-earned money at this location for years. This experience crossed a line. My documents were lost, no solution or accountability was offered, and I was treated with disrespect throughout the process. Nothing was done to make the situation right. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it reflects very poorly on the management of this location. Saturday afternoon, with less than 24 hours of notice till start of event, I called them very last minute with zero hope. Owner came in after he left to print my brochures and the guy working the front came in before his shift started and FOLDED every brochure for me. They went above and beyond and I will ONLY be going here from now on. I cannot recommend them enough and so thankful I found them!

The only thing it needed was 6 inches of box tape to close the lid. I was informed that I would be charged next time to tape the box. I asked if this was UPS policy or specific to this store. The employee said it was this stores policy to charge for tape. Never has this been an issue. After 1 minute of research and I find out that a UPS store gets 1-2 dollars for packages that have been just dropped off. So these people make money off your box and still charge for tape. 0 is their true score.
