I have been using this location for a long time. The employees have always been helpful. If thev don't know an answer, thev find out from someone that does know. About two weeks ago, I was in line waiting for my turn. All of a sudden lennifer (I asked who she was' velled loudlv at two other emplovees, chewing them out in front of everyone. It got real quiet, it felt very uncomfortable. |ennifer however just went about her business like nothing happened. I feel like that was uncalled for. Professionally, she should have walked over to these employees and helped them, not yell at them. I found out later that she is the manager. NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL!! read more

This store is an absolute joke. I've spent 2 months trying to get a package from them and they keep returning to sender over stupid policies that they don't tell me over the phone when I call to confirm I can pick up. Avoid them at all costs. Woodinville is much more competent. Edit: what they don't mention is that I showed my tracking number that "they" claimed didn't match. I find it hard to believe they don't have any latitude to say yep this is the persons goods considering there was nothing being scanned. I also had the invoice with the sellers info. Not to mention I have proof of delivery with this store owners name off my tracking. This also wasn't the first problem it's been back and forth for weeks. This is just the latest issue with this same package. I'll get my refund and avoid this store at all costs. I recommend to avoid them... read more

I absolutely love this UPS. I have been coming here for 5 years, for Amazon returns and such. They recently did a remodel (not sure of new ownership possibly?) and the customer service has been even better. Today we got 3 sets of passport photos taken on my elementary aged children. A young man and woman helped us and were beyond patient and kind. One of my kids even cried at one point since the store was very busy, and we had to leave and come back for him. I felt like I was getting first class service from the two young people when we were able to get the first two kids pictures taken and have to come back for the third. I also did a handful of Amazon returns with the machine and with people the same day. Everything moved flawlessly, the facility is clean, the staff was happy and helpful, and it seemed even the people waiting in line were in good spirits. Hang onto your wallets if you go to this store. It cost me 90.00 to send a 6 pound package with "expected" delivery date noted. I was happy to pay that, it was very important. Well that date came and went, no package. When I checked at USPS what the price would be if I used them, it was 50.00 cheaper. Seriously? When I questioned why so much more than the post office: "we don't make the policies here". I made a mistake by using them, and I won't do it again. And "expected" delivery date also means no guarantees. Just so you know. read more

This location is nearly always crowded with a long line. However, the workers behind the counter make the trip worthwhile. Most recently, I was helped by a young man named Jackson. Went in this morning to send off a package. It was all ready to send, box taped and all. The gal proceeded to offer me one of their boxes for $3.59 because she thought it would be more secure and not damage the product inside. Nice of her but I declined. Trying to decide on postage, she asked if I there was a specific time line. I said no. She asked if I wanted to know the cheapest and slowest option. I replied, yes. The cost was going to be just over $15. I had mailed this item out before and knew it was around $7-9 the last time. I asked her why so much. She THEN said if you want to not use UPS and do US ground it will be $7.09. Really?!? Trying to guide me to buying a new box from them and use their services for a substantial increase of cost. If I wouldn't have known from previous service on this exact item I would have been fooled into spending just over $12 for her suggestions. Nice upselling and playing me as a fool. Seriously will think twice for using this UPS store again. Don't want to be ripped off. Money is money even if it was $12's. Shame on this store. The Duvall UPS would never try this type of business approach. read more

The sign says UPS wears masks. The 2 store employees spent 15 minutes vacuuming etc to get store ready to open with NO MASKS ON. Then when opening doors, they put masks on. NOT SAFE AND not as UPS represents. read more

I went in this morning with 3 funko pop figurines. I let it be known i was looking at the prices and how much effort i went to keep them pristine to send to a friend. So between me and the lovely girl who had to have been new... we decided on fragile shipping. be sure it didn't get kicked around or whatnot. I paid 25 bucks in store for shipping, boxes, bubblewrap. I get called 2 hours later that "yeah, we didn't account for this other thing and you owe us an additional 22 dollars." Which as this is how i woke up i paid over the phone. Then i realized they were asking me to pay more than the product so i called back and asked for a refund. If thats where it ended it would have been fine. I went to go pick up my pop collectables, While trying to itemize the refund they exclaim how she rang me up wrong even besides the initial screw up that would have cost me 22 bucks. Even with the product insured and fragile, I was returned items that were dented up. the manager told me "well when you ask us to bubble wrap cardboard and plastic they will get dented"I asked for it to be recieved in the pristine condition i handed them over in. dont get me wrong, they werent stomped on. But when its in their hands for only 3 hours and gets damaged before it leaves the store and the managers response is "what do you expect"... nope i am done. That being said, with how pissed off this whole situation made me... The girls in the store atleast were very nice and understanding about why it was so infuriating. I have well over a decade in customer service and this whole thing to me was 12 shades of just wrong. the only thing they did right was refund me the nearly 50 dollars in shipping. read more

I went to UPS store for mailing the international letters with tracking number. The person who produced the sticker for the handling and shipping to the international did so many mistakes. Though the addresses and names were all on capital letters so anybody can thoroughly read it. She doesn't wrote name right, she doesn't write address right, she does even skip the name of city where mail is going. I hope these documents go direct to the addressee, but I have to further investigate to the postal service people about the sticker and the address on the envelope cause any problem to reached out the correct place. read more

From shipping to PO Box management to customer service to notary services, I'm completely happy. I wish it were open on Saturday but understand that's tough in a small town. I recently had something packed and shipped by this store that was large, heavy, and potentially breakable with numerous glass panes. I can't say enough about their professionalism, customer service, and skill. The item (an accent furniture piece) arrived IN PERFECT CONDITION. Their packing was simple but masterful, and I received it quickly. I've mail-ordered similar items in the past from retail vendors, and every one arrived with at least one broken pane of glass. What's more, the store went to considerable effort to coordinate between a Craigslist seller in Washington and me, in Oregon, to make this transaction work. It all worked so smoothly. Nice location and good customer service. After dealing with the USPS in Monroe, this place is heaven sent.

I ship packages and sometimes need shipping supplies, and the UPS Store always does a good job of helping prepare my package. They offer all the options including USPS, but most of the time I choose UPS because of the tracking capability and reliability. Recently I needed some large 24" x 36" architectural plans printed, and Birju at the UPS Store was able to get them printed SUPER FAST and had them ready to pick-up. I will definitely have more things printed here in the future. read more

I think this store has changed hands and I am disappointed. The rates for boxes, packing, and even shipping seems to have gone up tremendously and when I mentioned that I was surprised at the cost of the box which was 5.95 and packing charge which was 2.95 to place a ziploc bag of peanut brittle into for shipping, the owner was rude and dismissive. I really loved the older couple that managed it and the assortment of cute cards they had (they have changed greeting card vendors). I really love UPS and trust their service, but my husband and I are setting up home pick-up and delivery since he works from home anyway. I shipped some Xmas parcels just to give them a second chance, but was still disappointed with cost and service. read more

I've been to this UPS location and number of times and every time I leave feeling disappointed. I don't mind the markups, I understand. But there's a slender long haired blonde lady who works there is an utter Terror to deal with. Every time I've inquired about the price to ship something she interrupts me to ask what it is and tell me all the things that they're not allowed to ship. Today when I walked in halfway through our conversation a FedEx driver came in and walked right to the front of the line interrupted our conversation and she helps him. Five minutes later she got back to me while I stood there with my thumbs in my pockets waiting for service yet again. When I asked for a tape gun to tape up my box she, huffing, told me she can't just let me walk out of the store with a tape gun. I explained that I wasn't trying to walk out of the store the tape gun I just wanted to walk over to the counter and tape up my box, inside the store. She huffed again and handed me the tape gun. When I came back over to the counter she pointed to the other young lady inside and said "I'm going to have her help you". I never really leave reviews and I'm not a customer who is difficult to deal with, but this store is. I'll take my business somewhere else from now on. I'll wait in lines at the post office and pay a cheaper price . You know you get tracking on priority shipments to and they're a lot cheaper there. There's also the mail stop in town they're always great. I do not recommend this UPS location. read more

Super overpriced here. $10 for a simple notary. No prices listed on their signs inside the store. Assumed it would be $10 for a notary service that required 4 signatures. Oh no, they charged me $40 for something that took him 2 minutes. I will never return.... read more
