"Reliable" is the word I would use when describing this UPS Store. I've been here so many times over the past few months that the employees working there recognize me when I walk in. They probably dread my presence, I've always got a ton of items to print and lots of things to send, but this store handles all of the my requests very well. Prices do get high, even for printing a page or two, but I think the quality of the service makes this store worth visiting. You can tell everyone enjoys being with each other, and it brings good energy to the store. Everyone is super polite, and will get you through. In the end, my stuff gets where it needs to go, so I cannot complain about that. read more

If I could give this location negative stars, I would... I have been refused several times for Amazon order returns. They want to upsell you packaging materials and they lie and tell you that what you put it in is not acceptable. Everything that I have packaged and put together is in accordance with shipping requirements and Amazon return information.. go to any other location in the area and they will accept the exact same item that is refused at the Morrisville location. Bottom line: This UPS Store handled my item quickly and then delivery occurred as needed. Of course, not as cheap as going USPS but it was a dependable and quick way to deliver my package on time in this instance. The Deets: I had something to get to my parents rather quickly during the Easter weekend. I chose the UPS Store within walking distance of where I live for this one. Opening the doors promptly at 10am Saturday, I went in and the staff person handled my item quickly and efficiently. She pulled up the cheapest option for me to get the item there by Monday for me...unfortunately UPS is, of course, not as cheap as USPS for shipping but to be expected. My item was weighed, packaged with UPS packaging, labeled for sending, and then they accepted my payment. The package arrived to its destination as intended, so the transaction was a good one all around (for the price, it should of course). I am happy to know that this UPS Store is near and available for use when needed! read more

I sent a box from this location to Portugal and they charged me $203.00 and the package came back undelivered 7 months later. In the meantime we went to the store to check on the package and they said they did not know where it was at. After I received the box back I went back to the store and asked for a refund i spoke to the store manager who was rude and told me that he told me he could not even reimburse me any of the money. He told me that he told my husband that he told him it may not make it. Which is a lie. If that is true why would you charge a customer for a package. If you have a business and you cannot deliver what you pay for then they should reimburse the customer if you cannot deliver what you charged a customer for. Excellent! Polite and fast. The associates actually seem happy to be at work and they have a walk up service for those without masks. I love this location and wish it was closer to my house instead of my job but it works. I was able to ship my package even though I had to print one sheet of paper for $2, the only downside, but it's the fault of the vendor, not UPS. I'll use this location from now on. The ones in Durham and the other one in Morrisville are AWFUL. No customer service at all. read more

Friendly staff. Gentleman helping me was very informative. Service was a bit slow though... I got there at the right time because the line began piling up after I came in. As for price... it's hard to say because I am not 100% sure how much my packages would have cost to ship through USPS. I had 3 packages: 2 boxes and a small padded envelope. The boxes were each around $12-13. The small padded mailer was going to be $11!!! I said no way! (Ended up mailing that USPS for $3.50). The guy working here said that for boxes, it's usually cheaper here but small items are cheaper at the post office. Another odd occurrence from a previous visit... I had a package to mail (an Amazon return) by UPS. I also had a USPS Amazon return to mail as well and I was pleasantly surprised I could drop my USPS package off here as well! Saved me a trip! Well... the strange thing is that I mailed it back in early March. It's now mid/late May and it hasn't been received by the merchant. Hmmmm... 2 months in transit now. The service is always polite & professional, and the staff goes above & beyond to ensure that we are waited on in a timely manner. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were addressed with courtesy & respect. Today I inadvertently boxed an item that I did not mean to send. This location used to be much better before. They have a team of 3 people working at this UPS store. The middle aged lady is rude and not at all helpful. They made a mistake of not delivering to an address where I have sent packages before. This time it came undelivered. This lady is telling me that it is my mistake and I have to pay once more to resend the package. Not sure what address she entered while I sent the package. I was very clear this was a business. The delivery issue was not having an apartment number. This was not a residence. I am never going to go to this location again. Other two at this UPS store are extremely nice and helpful. For printing/copy services there's a $2.00 minimum that I was shocked to learn while checking out....after I had only 2 pages to print. The other UPS store in West Cary doesn't have this ridiculous minimum. UPDATE addressing mgr's response... Dropped two usps outgoing packages off at lunch Thursday. One was going to VA and as of Saturday lunch still has not scanned anywhere in UPS. Employees were not helpful when I called. No, I didn't stand there and make them scan and give me a receipt because they didn't ask me if I needed one, and it didn't occur to me that I couldn't trust them to handle my package correctly. The one I dropped off at the same time scanned in MA last night and the one to Virginia is nowhere to be found, which makes me wonder what happened to it. Big mistake using this location because I happened to be around the corner, will not return. read more

I've been using this store for a small business address for a few years. Some time in 2019, the store was sold and things have gone downhill since then. They play music loud. And I don't mean whiny old guy loud, I mean two employees standing 4 feet from each other couldn't hear what each other was saying when dealing with an issue one needed help on. I like music, just turn it down a couple notches in a place of business. They used to allow you free use of the computer to print a document that you were paying for the print job. Not anymore. Pay for a mailbox, paid $25 for a box and shipping and still had to pay the minimum charge to print the invoice to go in the box. Just not as customer friendly as they used to be. read more

Fast, efficient and friendly! What else could you ask for? Even though I live in Cary, this is my go to UPS store because it has great service and it's on the way to work for me. The employees will strike up friendly conversation and I've even been complimented by one of them here. I've been here numerous times and they will even tape up your packages for you! I came here when my scanner broke and needed to send a pdf. I had to come back twice because the internet in the shop was down but in the end it all worked out. They offer postage needs, notary services, scanning, printing, etc and I went for the location since it was very close to my house. The staff that works there is very friendly and helped me tremendously. The prices are decent and they charge $1 per page to scan to a PDF. Faxing is $1.50 per page I believe. read more

This is why people use fedex. When I go to Fedex it feels like a business center. I can use the fedex express boxes because I'm shipping via FedEx. This place made it clear that because I was using a UPS account (so they aren't making any money off me, I guess) they didn't really care or consider me to be a customer. I've shipped from this store in the past where I did pay directly but I'll take my business back to FedEx where they don't hoard their shipping boxes and refuse to provide a customs form unless I complete the shipment with them. read more

UPS is the absolute worst shipping company! I paid for 2 day air on a package, got confirmation emails that it would be on time and the day of delivery get an email stating it would be another 3 days. When I call to inquire I'm told that the high volume for the holidays is to blame, meanwhile the tracking info shows the package sat in their facility for 2 days. Now my math says it's impossible to ship a package in 2 days when it sits in a warehouse for 2 days, no matter what holiday it is. If you can't meet the obligations then you shouldn't sell the option! $50 dollars in shipping for 2 day air and it's going to arrive the same time as a $7 ground package. read more

After my issue with the United State Postal refusing to provide me a P.O. Box key after I purchased it on their website, I went to this place and open a box in few minutes. The service is great. Went in to the UPS store at Morrisville to scan and email some documents. The staff there was very courteous and walked me through the process, which was done within a couple of minutes, since they had the latest equipment that scanned and emailed the documents within seconds. An added note: I forgot my wallet at the store, but realized 10 minutes later and called them back. They'd already kept my wallet safe and I picked it up 45 minutes later with everything intact. Courteous, quick and honest. Couldn't ask for more. read more

ZERO STARS! This place is god awful and the absolute worst!!!! My boyfriend sold 2 items on eBay and went here to ship the two items. One was a computer worth about $900 the other was a car part worth about $20. The staff is incompetent. He asked to have insurance put on the computer because obviously, it's an expensive item. Not only did the lady put the insurance on the wrong package, but she made a label for each package, forgot to add the insurance on the computer, so she made a new label with the wrong address and put it on the computer. The computer and car part were shipped to the same person and the insurance was put on the car part because of her error. THEN the guy who got both packages kept them both and sold the computer!! When he tried to call ups the store owner asked him to commit insurance fraud and call the guy who got the package on accident and have him call ups and LIE to them and say he never got the package. This way the insurance would refund the store for a "lost package". My boyfriend and the scum bag who kept and sold his computer both did not feel comfortable helping the owner commit insurance fraud, as it's ILLEGAL, and she refused to give him any money or even refund him anything for the error that her employee made! After multiple phone calls and emails, she gave him a check for about $600...not only is he out the shipping cost and the cost for the insurance, but he had to refund the person who bought the computer his $900 and he's lost his computer because of these people! It was a horrible experience and because of the employees multiple mistakes and incompetence we are now at a loss for $300. This store should be closed and you can bet I will be reporting them for trying to have us commit insurance fraud. We have a voicemail of her asking us to do that. She just wanted to push the cost off to ups corporate so she wouldn't pay anything. Every company has insurance that covers employee mistakes. It's called Errors and Omissions. This would have covered her as well as refunded us the full amount. We even spoke to a lawyer about this all because of her multiple attempts to have us commit illegal acts. She will be in a lot of hot water for this. We are reporting her and the store to ups corporate and the BBB. Horrible customer service, horrible place, the store owner should lose her store.
