After several attempts I was able to locate the store due the presence of Amazon advertising on a ground decal. Had I needed to use the UPS services I would have not found the store. It was difficult to go inside because the store is not American Disability Act Disability friendly. I had to sit at the entrance door for a while as I looked at the employees in the window. They stared at me, but did not offer any assistance. Luckily a person walking but opened the door so I could get into the small building. I needed something printed last minute on a Sunday morning, and almost every FedEx Office location…read morewas closed until the afternoon. I found ABG Print on Yelp and headed to their location. Upon arriving at the address listed on Yelp and their website (which is a multi occupancy office building) - the doors were locked with a nondescript intercom system. I called them to try to figure out how to get in. Nobody picked up, but the message proclaimed that they were 'open and operating but couldn't get to the phone.' I wandered around a bit more and found the REAL entrance, located at 520 8th Avenue. I went to check in at the security desk as required, and was turned away by the security guard because apparently, they are appointment-only. That seems odd for a supposedly 24 hour establishment. I did not see this on the website, nor was it mentioned in their phone message. Long story short, wasted so much time going to this place, trying to get in, trying to get a hold of them, trying to get past security, and with nothing to show for it. Will not be trying this business again.
