the staff has no sense of urgency, it sucks that the employees honestly dont care, I understand it's busy and never ending but them taking forever and taking the shipping line before anyone in the mail line is horrible. I am often sending packages to friends and family through the year. I go between the UPS Store and regular Post Office. I have been to several different UPS Stores throughout Las Vegas, and this location is by far the best location. The office is always clean, stocked with materials and smells good. The best thing is that the employees are always friendly, get through lines if it's busy and are always apologetic. The service has always been true to their delivery guaranteed policy. It is on the expensive side to send to other states for over night. However, it's always been on time. read more

Service was amazing! Tod and Michelle helped us greatly with our baby shower signage. We had a really bad quality sign delivered by another printing company and this UPS store offered live size cut outs and was able to meet our deadline. They need more workers and clearer instructions on where to stand in line. If you wait over 20 minutes in the wrong line, they'll send you to the back of the correct one. It's completely disorganized and chaotic. Only one guy was working efficiently. read more

The El Camino UPS store has to be one of the best! I come visit this store frequently since started my business to have my order labels printed and shipped, and each one of the employees has been very helpful each time I come in. Selena (whom I believe is the manager) is always a please to talk to and make my shipping process a breeze! There was even a time I came in while they had a rush and one of the other employees already have my labels printed by the time it was my turn! Grade A service at fair prices. I rarely go into the UPS store as I use a local mailbox service for all my packages. I had to return something to Bloomingdales online as we have no Bloomies in Vegas. I was in the area and stopped in at this local UPS store. I walked in and from the minute I walked in Shelby was so helpful and kind. I didn't have a package and also need to print out the shipping label. She did it with ease and was very patient and kind. Even though I had to pay for the label to be printed, it was my fault and she explained the whole process thoroughly. Thank you for your patience and assistance Shelby! So I have a mailbox here and just picked up my packages. It's May 6th 2022 @2:28pm and the employee Brandon did not greet me, he just looked at me crazy. He just took the slip from my hand that was in my mailbox that I had in my hand and still didn't speak! This has happened too many times with Brandon and it's unacceptable! There was another employee there as well and no other customers but me inside. I'm tired of coming here and not being treated with a welcome, smile etc like I am use to when I bought this box two years ago! read more

Long line but Brandon was alone and handled everyone superbly. Friendly to all the children present helping parents to get their business done. Knowledgeable answering everyone's questions calmly. Great customer service. I went in to return a Dyson Vacuum. Dyson makes you go to a UPS Store in order to get a return label. After receiving the wrong vacuum Dyson customer service gave me an exchange number that the UPS Store needs to print the return label. My exchange number did work and the lovely woman behind the counter took the time to call Dyson Customer Service to get the issue fixed. She spent 15 minutes of her time to fix Dyson's issue and get my package shipped back. I work in shipping and the employees of this store are professionals. read more

I paid to them $60 for a 10 day service. This are very important documents, papers need to be at destination by 4/24 Here it is 4/17 and paperwork has not arrived yet! I had to open a claim number to find out where my package is at! If those papers dont areivebon time my mother could loose her retirement ! It's so upsetting, I wi never reccomend UPS! read more

The store was closed 20 minutes before it was supposed to. We walked in the front door (which was still unlocked) and no one was at the counter, and a cage had been set up to lock around the counter. We yelled to see if anyone was there, but no one answered. We were also not the only customers waiting. It was bizarre. This place is unreliable. read more

I visited Store #2504 and was more impressed than I can express. A few days before my visit, I called and spoke with Burl. I explained I needed to send a package to Samsung but the company had sent me a printable label in email. Having no current printer that would not work for me. Burl said, "No problem. Send me the email and I will take care of it for you". When I walked in the store, without ever having seen me before, Burl immediately knew who I was. He grabbed the label, put it on my package and it was all done. He was so very professional and friendly. I was in and out within minutes. Burl made me a customer for life. This store is so terrible. Save your self the time and energy and go to a better location. The Manager is never there. The girl working behind the counter could not even figure out how to open a box for me to use as a temporary address. 45 minutes later, she still could not do it. The guy making the key did not know what he was doing either. How can anyone leave 2 inept employees alone that can not do the simplest of jobs? And why take a job if you can not do it. HORRIBLE. But on the good side, there is a Way better location down the street. And they are terrific and less money. read more

Store 2504 - Collected $66 for a Guaranteed Service delivery. Never stated that there was a suspension of Guaranteed Service by UPS. Package not delivered based on times stated at drop-off. Submitted a refund request to UPS who declined the refund due to the suspension. Then they say that there is nothing that they can do....UPS points to them saying that it is their responsibility and the store says too bad! Very unprofessional. Some old guy thinks he knows everything. I went there to get my dependency form notarize. An old,black guy claiming to be retired marine have no respect, arrogant, and racist. My husband and I had to get some paperwork notarized. Had a bit of a wait. 2 people there, but one was in the back working. We wait for our turn, get our papers notarized and then move on to purchase stamps and a money order. $2 for ONE money order and $1.50 for 2 stamps. LOL And to top it off, when I asked how many stamps I will need to mail a greeting card to Canada I was told one first stamp class would work. Ummmm no. It turns out, after doing my own research it is going to cost more. So sky high prices and inaccurate information = not going back. It's too bad Goin' Postal up the street closed. Had no issues with the store. The lady was friendly and courteous. There was a small issue with them printing off the item I needed because part of the image I needed printed wasn't showing up when they received the email. To make it easier for me they gave me the option to use the computer that they normally charge for at no cost in order to make it printable. Sure it's only a couple of dollars or quarters that I saved but I appreciate the customer service! I specifically came to this store instead of the other two or three in the area because of these yelp reviews so the store is doing something right! read more
