This post is for the UPS Store on Camino AL Norte I am very please with the services I received here the ladies that work there are very helpful and knowledgeable they always have a smile on their face and they greet each customer the same time they walk in the door. I've usually had a pretty decent experience with this location. Service was decent for returning Amazon packages and a few other services. BUT THEN...I went into the store on 8/27 around 5 pm and requested a Notary. There was one woman at the desk assisting another customer and another young woman that came from the back and said the person that does the notary is "done". I ask done for the day and she replied "yes". She works up to 5pm. The other woman assisting the other customer that I travel to Skypointe which is a few miles away. I asked what time would the Notary be available on 8/28 and was told up to 4 pm or so. On 8/28 arrived at the location by 4 pm and the woman who was assisting the other customer and suggested I go to Skyepointe location WAS THE NOTARY!!!! She notarized the form! Now, how long does it take to notarize a piece of paper? So customer service for this this store gets a zero! And I will just take my business elsewhere. read more

I really like this UPS Store! The staff is always friendly, fast, and helpful. No matter how busy they are they seem to get everyone in and out as fast as they could and are extremely helpful. If I could I would give it zero stars. I made an appointment online on Tuesday 5/13 for Friday 5/16 at 5:30pm. That is what online confirmed with me by email. I needed to have forms notarized. I arrived at 4:50pm to be told the only person they have has already left. I did not receive a call to reschedule or to let me know to go to a different place. The young ladies in this store seem very lazy & not willing to help. I walked in and no one greeted me . She proceeded to take another customer when I was there first. I interjected & she had an attitude saying,"Well I asked you." Umm... I can't hear whispering. There was another gentleman in there trying to print a label after multiple attempts. I recently used UPS to have an important document delivered to an attorney's office 7/12 hours away from my home in North Vegas. I used next day delivery paid $118 for the service. Needless to say the package never arrived the next day an currently has not reached its destination. One would expect a large package delivery company could handle a 4 of envelope, evidently not. This entire process has been stressful and costly for myself. I wouldn't recommend using UPS to anyone. I should of driven the envelope there myself, at least I would of known it arrived at the designated destination. read more

In terms of shipping packaging, it's perfect & convenient since they're right next to my parents' house. However, they really NEED to take down their NOTARY sign bc this location does not have notary services! On the UPS website, we were able to make an appt for notary services for THIS LOCATION, we arrived for our appt & to find out they don't even do NOTARY SERVICES! WHAT A WASTE OF OUR TIME! The ladies at the front weren't that helpful when we asked what locations actually do notaries, & come to find out, each location is financed independently so naw they don't know at all. UPS store at 6935 Aliante suite number 5580 N. Las Vegas. Store was unclean unreliable. Standing in line For 15 minutes, the lady at the counter told me if I needed to print anything. I need to go to the corner to the computer and login and print my God. I wish it was that easy. There was no instructions on the wall or desk I was instructed to sit at the table the chair was so torn i afraid to sit in. I asked several time for her help she kept saying send it to your email. It was already in my email I just need copies. She refused to help. I asked her again what was the problem my credit card was approved .She said I would need to insert and go from there which I did still no instructions all the while my credit card is running. It keeps asking me for more time and no such luck at printing nor did she care I asked my husband to please turn the machine off and I asked her for a receipt. She said there was no receipt. I said you must have a receipt because I never got my printed copies. She said your cost is $21.68 charge to your credit card and did I want start over wow I never experienced anything like it before especially living in a senior community via 70 years old lady asking assistance for I requested a full refund she said no that was my price gave me my receipt and walked away. I would never recommend the store to anyone and if anyone read this post, I would recommend you not go because I think it is all just a gimmick. They are charging people credit cards by the minute with no such help. read more

I've come here a time or two to send eBay items or send back lousy products from Amazon. A lot of confused people who need extra attention and help frequent this store. I always get stuck in line behind needy customers. The last time I went here, I was in line for over fifteen minutes behind two older senior ladies who had no idea what the hell they were doing. I shouldn't have to wait fifteen or more minutes just to have an Amazon QR code scanned and be on my way. I think the franchise owner of this UPS can't afford to keep his store fully staffed, leading to poor customer service. My hospitality class textbook leads me to believe this is causing the employees here to look as stressed as they do. read more

What a great location. Easily accessible near the Smith's grocery store. Very easy to find. The store itself is somewhat small but nicely laid out. It's easy to get around in the store even when they are busy. The girl who helped me was very efficient, professional and polite. She helped me with shipping two boxes and gave me my options on both. I was in and out of the store in no time. The only thing I found disappointing were the UPS shipping prices. They tend to be high in my opinion. I normally go to a different ups store that is on my way home from my sons school but they told me they can only take 9 of my packages. I'm a small business and have anywhere up to 80 packages any given week. It was a pain but I understood. Policy is policy. Until! I randomly went into this Aliante store and they made the mistake of telling me to bring everything to them. They don't have limits. It is out of my way but when I came in one day with 4 international packages and my friend for life Brandon helped me out. I never realized what a pain international packages are and he was so kind and so patient with me. There store is usually super busy (please be patient and kind to them in return, it is worth it) and he made it seem like I was the only person there. He would occasionally help others in between my complicated transactions and I was totally ok with that. I felt terrible. Brandon, if you see this I appreciate you! If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. I came into this establishment to do a return with Amazon. The lady at the front desk was so rude. At other ups stores, they let me forward my label to them and they print it out (with a charge of course). She claimed I had to log into their business computer and pay to use it per minute, then pay to print it out. Ridiculous! The ups store on Al Camino Norte prints it out for you. This Aliante location just lost my business! Update- I just left the Al Camino Norte location and he was so nice and professional. I wanted to ship a package to California. The girl asked for my phone number. I told her that I didn't want to give it out and I asked why she needed it. She said that they couldn't mail anything without a phone number. Another girl chimed in and confirmed it. What??? When I left, I googled it and apparently you would only need a phone number to send internationally. I wonder how many customers they lose a day because they don't know what they're doing. Due to the length of time it was taking, another lady came and started helping me with the notary I needed. She was new to the process but very efficient and expedient. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever received at a UPS Store. The women behind the counter are snooty and obnoxious. They had me jumping thru all kinds of hoops just to print a label! When I told her I've never been treated like this at any other store, she told me I could go try another store, then. Before I left, I told them that they don't have to put customers through such a hassle just to print a label when I gladly would've paid them whatever fee they wanted to print it for me and she said " you did pay us"! I am absolutely impressed with the manager Korri. When I arrived, there were about five people ahead of me and shortly after, a few more people showed up. I am not a patient person so I was not excited about having to wait. But within minutes Korri was able to take care of everybody right away all at the same time!
