I was told that because of the carrier it originated from, it couldn't simply be dropped back in for re-delivery. That's when Sunny stepped in. Even though it wasn't something they typically handle, Sunny offered to help by creating a new label and getting it back into the system to make sure it reached the right recipient. It appeared to be something urgent for a law firm, so that extra effort really meant a lot. I truly appreciate those small acts of kindness especially when you're unfamiliar with the process. Sunny went above and beyond, and it's a great reminder of why we should continue supporting small businesses like this.

However, something happened during my most recent visit that really caught me off guard. As my young son and I walked into the store, a customer had a full-grown dog with her. The dog had a leash attached, but she was not holding onto it and was allowing the dog to roam freely around the store. As soon as we walked in, the dog came right up to us and started sniffing us. I was visibly uncomfortable and actually put the box I was carrying in front of us to keep the dog from getting any closer. What surprised me most was that none of the employees said anything to the owner or asked her to hold onto the dog's leash, even though what was happening was noticeable. I understand that many people love dogs and that the dog may have been friendly, but customers have no way of knowing that. Not everyone is comfortable with an unfamiliar full-grown dog walking directly up to them, especially when they have a young child with them. My son also has a reaction if he touches a dog and then touches his eyes--they become red and swollen. You just don't expect to walk into a FedEx store and have someone's loose dog immediately come up and start sniffing you. This isn't a dog park or somewhere I would expect dogs to be roaming freely. If dogs are allowed inside, I think owners should at least be required to actually hold onto the leash and keep their dog from approaching other customers. I still like this location because they're usually fast and friendly, but I really hope the employees pay more attention to this in the future. It was uncomfortable and completely took me off guard.

While I was trying to find information, she harassed me, spoke to me aggressively, and acted as though I was an inconvenience simply for being present. To make matters worse, she got on her cell phone and was cursing and speaking negatively about the customers that she encounters, which was completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. At one point, she told me I needed to "hurry up" because "you have literally 5 minutes before I go to lunch," as if her schedule mattered more than providing basic customer service. I asked for her name, and she said it was Michelle, but by that point her behavior had made me feel so uneasy that I couldn't trust her with my package--or even trust that she was being truthful. I took a photo and informed her that I did not feel comfortable mailing my package there and would be taking my business elsewhere. She didn't stop there she continued to harass me until I was outside the building. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are being polite and asking for help. This experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a federal service facility. I will never return to this location, and I strongly caution others unless serious changes are made.

I just called the drop off location and the person who answered (Brandon) the phone was completely rude. Told me he has no clue what I want him to do. I was then told it was my fault for not asking for a receipt. He laughed over the phone and said he has no clue what I even want from him. Said system was old and left me on hold for 30 mins... Definitely reported this drop off location to Fedex, he's very careless with packages and doesn't care at all about customers.

The staff here is very friendly and they have a UPS drop box outside so if you have a package you can leave it there. There is a size restriction though. They also sell packing supplies and other items.
