He requested info from me on my job application "wired" as I'm not applying for a job through him. I told him "no, the employer broke the step down for me as I ONLY need to provide my email with a valid token number" he got upset and said I need everything in documents form. I kindly declined and told him I'll that my business elsewhere. I have never experienced this type of service from a place that is supposed to be helpful to individuals and the community. Since the new owner took over, the level of professionalism and reliability has changed dramatically. My last three visits in November were all problematic. On one morning, the owner arrived about eight minutes late, and another customer was waiting with me. On the other two mornings, I arrived at 9:00 AM (their posted opening time) and the store was still closed at around 9:12 AM. I never saw the owner arrive on those days, and I eventually had to leave because I couldn't wait indefinitely. I have photos documenting these late openings. These late openings were not isolated mistakes. They formed a clear pattern over multiple visits. After failing to pick up my mail during these three visits, I stopped going in person because I could no longer trust that the business would open at its posted hours. Because of these repeated delays, I asked the new owner to confirm a 9 AM pickup time for my remaining mail. I wasn't asking for anything outside their posted business hours. I even gave a wide range of possible days. Despite that, my messages were ignored for two full business days, even though I replied within a couple of hours during their business hours. When I finally received a response, it was a single word "Monday" with no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the previous delays or missed openings. The communication was consistently cold, minimal, and unprofessional. Update: I went in on 1/26/2026 to pick up my remaining mail. The owner arrived at 8:58 AM, and I was finally able to collect everything. I asked for a one‑month refund because I was unable to access my mailbox on two separate mornings in November. I waited until around 9:10-9:12 AM both times, and the store never opened while I was there. When I requested a refund, the owner responded by saying, "I called you," even though I never spoke with her. Regardless of whether she called, the issue was that I physically showed up during posted business hours and could not access the mailbox I was paying for. The time I lost waiting outside cannot be recovered, and her response showed no understanding of that point. This experience is completely different from the reliable service I received for years under the previous owners. After 8-9 years as a customer, I ultimately decided to cancel my account because the service under the new ownership no longer meets basic expectations. Everything in this review is based on my actual experience, with photos and message timestamps to support it. I also want to note that the current 4.6 rating on Yelp was built over many years by the previous owners, George and Kay, who were consistently reliable and professional. My recent experience reflects the new ownership, not the service that earned those earlier reviews.

Closing early and then being rude to a customer who arrived during business hours is unacceptable. At minimum, this location should honor its posted hours and train its staff on how to handle customers respectfully.

Her customer service has been consistently outstanding over the years, and she's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. For TSA pre-check we were going to do a walk-in due to the site having issues but noticed they didn't do walk-ins but the guy working that day said he can probably help us out. He went as far as check the site to see if it was down and we got lucky that it wasn't! We filled out the application on our phone and immediately got helped afterwards. Was in and out for TSA pre-check stuff in also 10-15 minutes. Recommend coming here for passport photos, TSA-precheck and other needs.

But with attitude. Once he noticed there were 2 people in line he told her that was it and we ended up going to the kiosk to do it ourselves. While we're at the kiosk when people would come in she would say, "Welcome." But not in a friendly way or ready to help. An older lady came in, went to the counter, said hello and tried to make small talk with the associate. The associate didn't greet her or go along with the small talk. No smile, nothing. I felt bad for the lady. Then other people start coming in and all of a sudden her attitude changes. She starts greeting them by name, asking how they're doing and being all nice. The other associate in the back also comes to the counter and starts small talk with one of those customers. I was like, wow. So now you know, if you come in here, just get straight to business, don't expect friendliness and good customer service....unless you are a regular & they know you. Unfortunately, this one is about 4 min from where I live, but won't be coming here anymore. Don't want to go somewhere where I feel like I'm bothering them and feel rushed. I'll drive the extra 5 min to the Woodburry location. Nicer, cleaner and better customer service.

Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. I recently visited the UPS Store located at 3419 E Chapman Ave in Orange CA and, unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I cannot express how disappointed I am with the way they handle pricing, which seems to be completely arbitrary and inconsistent. First and foremost, the pricing they charged me for their services was absolutely wrong. As a busy small business owner, to save time I weigh, measure, and pre pay for my packages prior to dropping it off at the store. However, after dropping off my last package, I was shocked to find out that this UPS store charged my account extra for a package that was almost double the size and 5 times the weight. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. What makes this experience even more infuriating is the complete lack of transparency and accountability from the staff. When I questioned the unexpected price increase, the employee was dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed either unaware of their own pricing structure or deliberately deceptive. Either way, it reflects poorly on the store's professionalism and integrity. I disputed this extra charge directly to UPS and they let me know that my dispute was accepted. Inaccurate pricing is not only misleading but also a blatant breach of trust. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, where I can hopefully find a more honest and reliable service provider. My favorite UPS store is truly a gem and my go-to place for everything I need, whether it's returning a package, sending letters, or even getting fingerprints done. The staff here is absolutely wonderful, always so friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. This place had really gone down hill, The daily mail won't go into your box until after the place closes, my packages and mail constantly get lost or misplaced with no explanation. A few months ago, they finally created a separate line for Amazon returns, which is nice for the occasional time I actually do want to buy something. Staples is not inexpensive, and I could probably find things on Amazon for less, but you pay for the convenience of being to able to actually see what you're buying. I purchased my last few chair mats here, as well as my printer paper, which I usually have delivered so I don't have to carry it or load it into my car. Their text message deals are actually pretty good if you pay attention. The people who work there are nice enough, though one guy swore they didn't make what I was looking for, even though I had bought one there years ago. I simply waited a couple of weeks, and it turns out it was just out of stock.

I visited the store to return an Amazon package and waited in the designated Amazon return line for…read moreapproximately 30 minutes. During that entire time, the return line barely moved while every customer who entered the purchase line was consistently served before those of us waiting to make returns. As both the purchase and return lines continued to grow, I asked the cashier if additional assistance could be called because it was clear that one employee could not keep up with the volume of customers. She informed me that she was the only employee available. While I understand that staffing shortages can happen and I appreciate that she was doing the best she could under the circumstances, the current system is clearly inefficient and unfair. After waiting for 30 minutes with no meaningful progress in the return line, I ultimately had no choice but to leave the store without even being able to return my package. It was extremely frustrating to spend that much time waiting only to walk away without accomplishing the reason I came to the store. Customers who have already been waiting in the Amazon return line should not continually lose priority to newly arriving customers in the purchase line. The current process results in excessive wait times for returns and creates a poor customer experience. I encourage Staples to review how this location manages checkout and Amazon returns. Whether that means scheduling additional staff during busy periods, providing dedicated coverage for Amazon returns when possible, or implementing a fairer queue management system, the current process is not working.

Since the new owner took over, the level of professionalism and reliability has changed dramatically. My last three visits in November were all problematic. On one morning, the owner arrived about eight minutes late, and another customer was waiting with me. On the other two mornings, I arrived at 9:00 AM (their posted opening time) and the store was still closed at around 9:12 AM. I never saw the owner arrive on those days, and I eventually had to leave because I couldn't wait indefinitely. I have photos documenting these late openings. These late openings were not isolated mistakes. They formed a clear pattern over multiple visits. After failing to pick up my mail during these three visits, I stopped going in person because I could no longer trust that the business would open at its posted hours. Because of these repeated delays, I asked the new owner to confirm a 9 AM pickup time for my remaining mail. I wasn't asking for anything outside their posted business hours. I even gave a wide range of possible days. Despite that, my messages were ignored for two full business days, even though I replied within a couple of hours during their business hours. When I finally received a response, it was a single word "Monday" with no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the previous delays or missed openings. The communication was consistently cold, minimal, and unprofessional. Update: I went in on 1/26/2026 to pick up my remaining mail. The owner arrived at 8:58 AM, and I was finally able to collect everything. I asked for a one‑month refund because I was unable to access my mailbox on two separate mornings in November. I waited until around 9:10-9:12 AM both times, and the store never opened while I was there. When I requested a refund, the owner responded by saying, "I called you," even though I never spoke with her. Regardless of whether she called, the issue was that I physically showed up during posted business hours and could not access the mailbox I was paying for. The time I lost waiting outside cannot be recovered, and her response showed no understanding of that point. This experience is completely different from the reliable service I received for years under the previous owners. After 8-9 years as a customer, I ultimately decided to cancel my account because the service under the new ownership no longer meets basic expectations. Everything in this review is based on my actual experience, with photos and message timestamps to support it. I also want to note that the current 4.6 rating on Yelp was built over many years by the previous owners, George and Kay, who were consistently reliable and professional. My recent experience reflects the new ownership, not the service that earned those earlier reviews.

He requested info from me on my job application "wired" as I'm not applying for a job through him. I told him "no, the employer broke the step down for me as I ONLY need to provide my email with a valid token number" he got upset and said I need everything in documents form. I kindly declined and told him I'll that my business elsewhere. I have never experienced this type of service from a place that is supposed to be helpful to individuals and the community. The lady there took care of my package, printed the label etc. It was wonderful! She emailed me the time it shipped to being delivered. She was very accomodating and very sweet. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and allowing me to not have to go to the Post Office!

You can renew as often as needed. 24-hour mailbox is convenient and the door to entry is locked with a security code. Parking is available in the street and in the back of the location, NOT in the driveway (there are signs that state this clearly). Service is excellent. I interacted with all of the workers here during the 3 months that I've had my mailbox and they're all friendly! I rode my motorcycle on the hottest day of the week to turn in my mailbox key, it was a painful goodbye :').
