This morning I went to return an item I ordered from Amazon that took a very long time to arrive and I no longer needed. I put everything in a box, printed the QR code with the barcode, and went to the nearest UPS to drop it off. What impressed me was the cleanliness, the good service, and how fast everything was. I've had such great service here but today is by far the best. Marcus painstakingly packed an old kids rocking chair that I hand painted for my grandkids in TN (go vols!). I'm checking it on the plane and it needed to be within a certain size and therefore needed a custom box created and careful packing of the chair inside. I've been going here for years and have never had anything but the greatest service. The staff is always so kind, helpful and patient. They also don't charge for USPS drop offs as many of the other stores do. I highly recommend this location!! The owner is the best, usually there working- which shows she really cares, and she is doing a great job training her staff to continue treat customers in the same way. This is by far the best UPS store I have ever gone to. Fortunately, it is close by my house, but even when I am out of the area, I will wait to do my UPS returns until I am back home and can go to this location. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful at this location. Many locations charge when doing Amazon returns even when the return instructions from Amazon say "no box no label needed." I have literally been charged for tape and boxes at other locations only to be told to "try to request a refund from Amazon." Not only do they not charge unnecessarily at this location, but they are very friendly and fast with their service. Highly recommend this UPS store! read more

I've been a customer here for years and recently returned some items to be shipped back to Amazon, when I arranged for the return on amazons web site it clearly states that no box is needed, I can just drop the items off and they'll ship them back at no charge to me. I've filed a complaint with Amazon. WRONG! They said that I'd have to charge me between $10-$20ea to box up each of my items. Dishonest people, I'll never go here again. read more

I still think Bethany gives amazing customer service, but after meeting her boss (one of the owners) I've got to downgrade this place to one star. Snover is unpleasant, argumentative, rude, and aggressive. What she does in lieu of customer service is totally unacceptable. This all came about simply because I asked why the markup on their stamps is so high - they charge $72.95 for a roll that you can get at USPS for $55!! I wish there was another similar store in this area, but as there isn't I'm going to stop coming here and make a point of going to USPS from now on. Snover's combination of price-gouging and sub-par customer service is just too over-the-top for me. =============================== Note: When I posted my initial review on 07/28/2020, Snover (aka "Local") posted a glowing comment, thanking me for my business and saying they were glad to help. A few days after I met Snover and downgraded my review, the original comment was removed and replaced. The new comment accused me of being "fraudulent" and states that I have never visited this store. It's a sad state of affairs when a business owner treats customers so poorly that they're willing to take the time to post negative Yelp reviews. It's even sadder when the business owner never admits fault and attacks her reviewers instead of fixing the root problem, which in this case is poor customer service and unfairly high prices. "Local" (the name Snover uses to post comments on Yelp reviews) uses a picture that isn't of a real person that's associated with this business. While many non-Elite Yelpers don't have real pictures of themselves in their profiles, this is the only business I've run across that uses a "fraudulent" (Snover's word) photo to post review comments. This local UPS store is so friendly! I love coming in because the staff always greet me and pay attentive care to their customers even if they get busy. I usually tape up my boxes that I am shipping out and use their UPS label sticker to attach my shipping label onto the box. This location also has a USPS drop off box for you to leave to get sent out to save an extra stop for your convenience. Overall, this local UPS deserves a 5 star for their customer service and wonderful job at keeping things efficient! read more

I've never felt less welcome at any other UPS store :-( The owner of this shop, Snover, claims to have security cameras running inside and outside of the shop at all times. If there really are cameras here, their most important purpose seems to be providing Snover with "evidence" that reviewers who post negative Yelp reviews for this place never did business here - isn't that special?! ;-) No doubt Snover's cameras within won't have any flattering footage of me either because I'm decidedly NOT happy with the way this place operates. Why? Over the course of several months, I've stopped in a few times, and the wait was never shorter than 20 minutes. Without fail, when there are multiple customers waiting in line, there might be three or four people behind the counter, but there's only one waiting on customers while the others all gather around Snover. The times I was actually waited on by Snover, she was brusque, rude, and unpleasant, with a serious attitude problem. Did I forget to mention their prices? The markups for shipping and US postage are usurious, and what they charge for scans and faxes is nothing short of highway robbery! NOTE: I read about the security cameras in Snover's response to another reviewer's recent one star review. I also noticed that after that review was posted there were then no less than TEN five-star reviews posted in the space of three weeks! Do I smell someone trying to do damage control? Given that this place has had less than 40 reviews between 2007 and March of 2019, I can't imagine any other explanation. The damage control attempts have continued - Between March and June of 2019 there were more than TWENTY additional five-star reviews posted!! Don't you think all that furious effort recently would be have been more productive if instead of trying to bury an honest Yelp review under a mountain of manufactured praise, they simply focus their efforts on keeping their customers satisfied and happy? If the did that, this store wouldn't have any problems with negative reviews. read more

Went in for a custom print job and walked out feeling like family. As I was waiting for my print job customers were greeted by first names and new customers were made to feel welcome as did I. They took time to make sure they used the stock paper I needed for a presentation carefully and delivered a finished product I will be proud to present. This place has a really great location; there are no other places that make copies or rent mailboxes for miles. If the owners were honest, ethical business people I'd almost certainly become a regular. Unfortunately, the owners of this shop are a lot more interested in price gouging than anything else. They're aware of how good their location is, and their markups are so outrageously inflated that they actually refused to give me price quotes for scanning, copies, and faxing when I asked them via the Yelp app. Instead, they responded by making vague noises and suggesting that I come in to find out what their prices were. When I eventually did visit their store, I found that their prices were nothing short of highway robbery! They markups they charge on postage stamps is obscene, and they have the worst prices for scanning and faxes I've seen anywhere in OC. As if they're outrageous prices aren't bad enough, one of the owners, Snover, was both rude and insulting to me when I asked her why their markups are so high. No amount of convenience is worth dealing with customer service this bad and prices this high; I'll never come to this place again unless I read on Yelp that the store has new owners. Note: From reading other one-star reviews, I have no doubt that the owners will deny that I've ever been a customer. Don't they think that people will realize that's their standard response to any negative reviews? read more

THIS PLACE & THE COUPLE THAT OWN IT ARE HORRIBLE!!! If you need postage or a mailbox go to the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE!!! This place is WAY over priced!! They nickel and dime you here to no end!!!! All other UPS Stores are cheaper than all of Snover's rates here.....and the USPS is even more affordable. The USPS even scan's your mail & will email you a photo of it. There is a pretty high turnover rate here. As of right now, Bethenny and Trevor are the only people currently employed at this UPS that know what they are doing and understand customer service. I dont know what they are getting paid.....but they deseve way more than what Snover is paying them. I've had a box here for 21 years....and I've seen alot. The current owners are nothing like the original owners or George the previous owner....THAT IS NOT A COMPLIMENT SNOVER!!! Maybe you need to go sell tea and focus on that!! More to come..... This is the most helpful, efficient and comprehensive ups store that I have ever patronized! This is my new go-to mail center!! Bethany and Snover were super friendly, helpful, and patient. Everything I was looking into was explained well and thoroughly. The services i purchase today were a post office box and some greeting cards. They have an excellent selection of cards, and decorative boxes/envelopes for mailing. This is a busy place, and yet they kept everyone happy, and we were all well taken care of for whatever our needs were today. I am looking forward to a very long relationship with this center and the people who run it!! It has plenty of parking and has a nice coffee place two doors down. Instead of me having to find a smaller box and then come back, the owner of the store basically helped me repack with the smaller box on the spot, which ended up saving me quite a bit of money. Located inside of a shopping center with. Albertsons, excellent cleaners next door. I had rushed in there couple days back to make some copies before a court hearing I was a witness for. Pressed for time, the UPS store had a computer set up for me. I made my copies, organized the couple folders in hand and placed my bag and my fairly new MacBook computer in the bag, at least I thought I did... WRONG I was impressed with each staff members professionalism, level of expertise, as to how to log in, problem solve not having a specific. Program the file was created in, how to convert, and finally how to print double sided. To my surprise the whole experience including the approx 15 color print job cost less than $10. I think any other place would have charged much more and it would have been a do-it-yourself experience. Today, I got a call by my company receptionist saying a UPS store from city of Orange called asking for you. The owner, Mikki has your MacBook you left back. I didn't even know I was missing my MacBook... I quickly called him and took a drive to the store. Once I got there, he was kind and very professional. I am so disappointed in the level of customer service received at this location. I go to this UPS store several times a month to ship all of my work packages. A package I recently shipped to one of my clients was sent to the wrong address and returned as "non-deliverable". After talking with the location for over 30 minutes, it was determined that the error was on there end; however, the store clerk informed me that I would need to pay to have the package redelivered and that it was also my fault for not noticing the address on my receipt was wrong. I usually do check the addresses, but for some reason this time I did not. The clerk did not apologize for the mistake and said, "these things just happen sometimes". I am beside myself at the poor level of customer service I received and frankly, I can't believe that a store would forego all future business with me over a $13.34 delivery charge. I will be taking all future business elsewhere. read more
