I've shipped things to my daughter from the Victoria location numerous times, so I know both myself and she are in the UPS database. I gave my daughter's address to the counter lady four times, plus my own phone number. When I had repeated "Portland, Oregon" four times, the counter lady then asked "what country?"... Sorry, but these people are too stupid to deserve anyone's trust, let alone anyone's business. I drove over to the store next to WinCo, where I'd never been before, and they found my info almost before I finished setting the package on the counter. Both this store and the Petit location are, you guessed it, "friendly, efficient, and professional", and have earned my business going forward.
