I've shipped things to my daughter from the Victoria location numerous times, so I know both myself and she are in the UPS database. I gave my daughter's address to the counter lady four times, plus my own phone number. When I had repeated "Portland, Oregon" four times, the counter lady then asked "what country?"... Sorry, but these people are too stupid to deserve anyone's trust, let alone anyone's business. I drove over to the store next to WinCo, where I'd never been before, and they found my info almost before I finished setting the package on the counter. Both this store and the Petit location are, you guessed it, "friendly, efficient, and professional", and have earned my business going forward. Which is great because it's hard to believe the Victoria store could be in business for long (P.S. I was VERY rude to them as I left...and I'm NOT sorry).
