The only reason I give it one star is because there are no options for zero stars. Quite frankly, this is the worst finger printing experience I ever had. They are unprofessional & their software as well as equipment is of the poorest quality. It doesn't get the fingerprinting with ease as the usual profesional outcome. I was there for half an hour & had to leave to request a refund so that I could go to a more reliable place. Charging clients so much for your services - that is, as pricey as any other fingerprinting location yet there is no quality or reliability in the services offered. Who ever has something so serious as fingerprinting at the UPS store & the people assisting you with no experience whatsoever. I advise everyone to stay away from them & choose a better company out there - plenty of them. Clean Biometrics LLC was the company I picked at last. Since their services were so profesional, accurate, and they were very kind throughout the whole process, I think is worth the recomendation. My employer got the fingerprinting results in no time. This was one of the most horrible experiences of my life! The young girl employee insulted me and called me names and my review was removed because I wrote the exact words she screamed at me. She insulted me in front of my child while yelling and Created a big scene in front of all the other customers because she simply didn't like me and didn't like that a wore a sports bra to the store. I will write a more tamed review instead of what actually happened so it stays on here because their staff needs to be trained on how to treat people with respect. read more

This UPS store needs to better train the staff on how to intake Amazon return packages, the return process has become a issue that has now gotten the attention of Amazon & are now being investigated for several lost packages, on different times, especially from a certain male employee that get packages "lost" after submitting them to his own inconsistent interpretation of the rules of accepting & process of returns. read more

If I'm frank, I don't particularly have loyalty to UPS, but it seems lately I'm developing it out of convenience. This location is super close to me and they're open every day of the week. They take Amazon returns, which is mainly why I go, although this past weekend I went for something else. Turns out that it was Sunday and USPS was closed. I went to FedEx and they didn't open until way later. I was heading home, and well, this was on the way and open. So blatantly open. At this point, I've had this package for a friend of mine waiting to be sent for over a month, so I bit the bullet and went to UPS. Why? Because it was either going to be sent on Sunday or God knows when. I have procrastinated to a T, and well, price be forgotten. This package needed to be sent. Anyway, Michael, the manager, is very nice and efficient. He's usually who has attended me. Again, I go there often enough that I recognize the employees, even if they don't recognize me. I appreciated him taking the time with me to explain sending options, especially considering that the lady who was before me was extremely difficult. Alas, onto the next time I go, which will once again probably be for an Amazon return. Haha. read more

It's literally the end of work day on a Friday on our printer goes down so I run over to a nearby UPS STORE to simply print one shipping label. To my great dismay, I was informed that I would have to email it to them and it would cost me $3 for them to open/read/accept the email and about $1 to print. I was in disbelief. So in essence I would be paying double the shipping. Just ridiculous. Who ever are the business analysts for these companies have to clowns to even make such recommendations and then actual enforce them. The people that work here are super friendly but if you plan to take your passport photo here call first to make sure their equipment works even if you have an appointment. I went there to take a photo for a passport after waiting to get attended for quite awhile. The lady got to me, took the photo, and just to find out their photo printer was broken. Sadly on the 21st century this business is charging almost 4 dollars for one copy. This price is outrageous, because on the same plaza you can get a copy for one dollar. They are a shipping business and as part of their service they should consider lowering their rate, when sometimes you need to reprint a label that's not scanning or can't get a QR code or don't have the return label. read more

I arrived at the store and the employee was cursing out a lady who was calmly asking her not to touch her things. the employee proceeded to scream at the rest of us in line "we are closed, because this lady is rude" when we had nothing to do with the issue she was dealing with. I don't know what happened prior with the lady but employees need to be better trained and respectful to clients no matter the circumstance. screaming and cursing in front of other clients is not ok. employee also threw a few packages located in front of the register that didn't belong to that lady, at that point I walked out with my packages, the rest of us aren't at fault for whatever she was dealing with. costumer is always right! remember that! read more

Stopped in to have something notarized and the staff was friendly and quick. Easy to find and plenty of parking. The notary cost 10.00 Watch their hours because they do close a bit earlier on Saturdays than I expected. I think 4pm. So plan accordingly :) read more

Lately the new hires are terrible. Employees look like they are hanging out vs working and come to work wearing slides. UPS guy picking up the packages is just slinging boxes into the truck. Lately the lines have been long and employees appear to care less. read more

Because of COVID-19 I had to finish my first year of law school in south Florida. I came into UPS ill prepared to mail in my textbooks because I assumed Harvard Law would pay for all components, including the boxes. Steve was so patient and helpful, and helped me find a solution with the cash I had on hand by suggesting envelopes instead of boxes. Companies say Black Lives Matter, but it matters so much more when their employees treat their black customers with the same kindness and compassion as everyone else. Thanks so much UPS! I started using this Ups Store when I needed fast color copies for my college architecture corses. The staff, especially the manager, where all helpful and ready to help. I've never had to wait over 4 minutes for any service! If you need packaging services and live in the University-Pines area look no further. read more

Super friendly and fast service! I had a package from Amazon that I needed to return, and it was my first doing the thing where you print a label from home and drop it off. I wasn't sure how it worked, and truthfully, I got a little lazy and didn't even close the box. No problem! The guy there was really cool about it and we had a laugh. He had it taped, labeled, and a receipt printed out in less than a minute. Great location! read more

The correct address was written on the box, your employee admitted to making a mistake and was kind enough to take back the box and TRY to ship it out a second time. Someone in your store decided they would not resend the box and called me 4 days later to tell me this.. That is not the correct way to conduct business. I did not receive a refund nor did my box get sent out. I gave away $33 to UPS. read more

Every time I go in the staff is helpful and makes returns easy! Never any lines and everyone is polite and professional.

My mom returned a package at this store to returned to sprint and they said they never got it.. So I am hoping they will be able to get help when I call tomorrow. I found out that that sprint did get the package and UPS did everything they were supposed to including helping my 80 yr old mom. read more
