I recently ordered something and it turned out not being what I needed. I had to return it and I was told to come to a UPS Store to do said return. I have to say that they made everything really smooth and easy for me to make my return. I received an email with a QR code and instructions to just show up here with my package and they would do the rest. They didn't lie. Showed up, showed my QR code, handed over the small package and basically walked out the door. They take care of everything for you. Make sure the box is secure, print out the label and ship it out for you. Absolutely the worst ..... The owner is self centered and money hungry. He doesn't care about employees or customers just the almighty dollar in his pocket. Id go anywhere miles and miles away before id ever go there again. Some of his staff are grumpy and rude but thats probably because they work for him. And while there i overhead a man say he shopped something of over 10,000 value from there and it never arrived. The staff didnt even try and help him. I fact they found it humorous in thos man's loss. Sad place , sad people. UPS driver never knocked on the door for a package that needed a signature. 5 people were home in a room right next to the front door. Car in the driveway with two cars out front. I called UPS and customer service said I could pick up at local UPS for a $8 fee- I asked to waive the fee since I was home and would have to travel to the local store. I was told they could not do that and the local UPS store would call me about the situation - no one ever called. read more

Had difficulty getting the shipping label from eBay on my smart phone. Only Rainy offered help. Much appreciated! The other employees made no effort. Tried to give compliment to person who would pass on the great help offered by Rainy. Person was dismissive and really showed no interested. But Rainy's help was most appreciated. There's the most rude employee at this location. I gave her the benefit of a doubt last time I was in, everyone is allowed a bad day. I gently called her out for treating me poorly, she apologized and changed her tone. Now a month later still nasty, like horrible. Called her out again and she just scoffed. Super quick and excellent service! Printing was straightforward - it was a $2 flat rate to print our shipping labels. They taped up our packages and everything took under five minutes. Also, you can ship items from USPS too which I didn't know. They just won't give you a receipt like USPS does. read more

I was in the area and had a package with me that I had to ship via UPS. Generally I go to the store on Mcknight rd. The stores are all basically the same other than the customer service help. I brought my package in and the person behind the counter was very friendly and was very quick. I was in and out in maybe 3 minutes. If I was in the area again I would use this UPS location. read more

1 star is the lowest I could give on this rating. I sent overnight medicine for a family member. It is seriously needed. I paid an outrageous amount to get it there the next day. Two days later and it is still not there. I understand the delay was due to weather, but not one person helped in any way. The medicine is now "in the area" and they still will not get it there for up to 8 hours. They would not let me speak to dispatch or the driver and would make no promises other than end of day, even though I called at 7 AM. Secondarily I asked for a refund. When I was directed to the owner of the store, I was met not with sympathy but with "you signed a contract". No Refund. I was offered 25% of future orders until I made up the money. I don't ship often and that would take years. Plus I will not go in this store again. read more

I walk in and ask to have something printed. The old lady who obviously knows nothing about technology says, "We don't do printing here, only copies." as I'm standing there surrounded by printers. She said they don't print pictures as well even though they have a huge sign that says PASSPORT ID PHOTOS. False Advertising or just an EXTREMELY lazy under qualified employee as usual. If you have stocks in UPS, I suggest you sell that ASAP. read more

We decided to trust the UPS Store to package 6 jars of canned goods to be shipped to our daughter. It cost over $250 but since we thought the homemade items were important we gladly paid it. Then when 2 of the six showed up damaged and unusable we complained to the manager and were give the major -- major run around. We were even asked to provide a itemized list of what everything costs. Really how is that even relevant. What the manager should have done was just refunded the money we'd paid for the shipping. We would have even accepted a refund of 1/3rds of the price we paid. But I hate to say this but the manager beat us and waited us out, we gave up trying to get any satisfaction. Now that's what I call great customer service! read more

I am a huge fan of both UPS and FedEx. They are efficient, cost effective and way more together than the US Postal Service. This visit I had two boxes that came with return labels. The instructions were to affix the label, remove any previous labels and drop it at the local UPS store. And it was exactly that fast. Apparently the counter person recognized the label format because she scanned it and handed me a tracking receipt. No line wait. Love that. read more
