BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I hired this company to ship my furniture. They did a fair job most of…read morethe time but one of my items was broken not once but twice in shipping. Apparently it was not being packaged properly in the first place. I could not file the claim myself because they shipped the package under there account. They filed two claims with FedEx which FedEx denied twice. This tells me both times the item was NOT PACKAGED PROPERLY which was there responsibility to do correctly in the first place. They are refusing to stand behind there improper packaging. I am now out over $700.00 because they failed to do the job I hired them to do. I do not and would not ever recommend this FedEx location to ever ship anything. This is not the way to do business. I paid twice for there mistake to my customer because it was the right thing to do. Twin Branch was also paid twice by me to do the job and did not do it correctly. They are refusing to compensate me for any of there wrong doing. I have reported them to the BBB and FedEx for this wrong doing. And will be reporting them to the Consumer Protection Agency also.
