This used to be a good store but it is obviously under new ownership. Mohammad first ignored me. Then stared at me while I tried to retrieve my Amazon Return Code from my phone. He yelled at me to go outside if I wanted phone reception. So I did and I came back in the store with my return codes ready to go. He skipped me and helped the lady who came in behind me even though she insisted that I was next and I told him that I was ready. Then he argued with me about which code was for which return even though I told him that they were the exact same item. Next he told me that I would be charged a dollar per item because he did not approve of my Amazon packaging that the items were delivered to me in. I told him that I had never been treated this way at a UPS Store in the past. He told me to leave and Never Come Back. So I did and I wont be back. read more

Love doing business in this store. The owners and their employees are always friendly and very helpful. With some of my long printing jobs and trying to figure out how to send attachments to their store email, they have always taken the time to show me and help! While this store itself has no control over the fact that my shipments are always on time ( thank you drivers) they are the local face of UPS and show it well! Spouse and I will not be using this store any longer. Went in on May 1st to do an Amazon Return, even though the item stated on paperwork no packaging, he (Mohamad) charged me 6.46 for a box!!! Then on May 21st we went back to return several items (redoing our house in Plymouth) the lady there (unknown name) scanned items and gave us two print outs. We left thinking they knew what they are doing there (mistake number two), went online with Amazon seeing what the status is/was on said returned items, showed all but three not sent, looked at the print outs she (UPS) gave us and it showed returns dated 4 May, not, we sent out on 21 May, went back to UPS Store on 23 May, got the "not our problem, you should have looked at the print outs before you left the store", and the "I don't remember you". All in all, dont use this store, call UPS and have them come to your house for pick up is possible or go to another city to do the returns, this place needs to be shut down ASAP. read more

Do NOT take your Amazon returns to this store. They will give you a tracking number, but it is apparently meaningless. I took an item to this store on 10/14/21. I have been checking the tracking information for 5 days and it still does not show that the item has been shipped from the store. When I called the store, they claimed that they "bundle" Amazon returns and ship them with a new tracking number, but they cannot (or will not) give me the new tracking number. I have no way to determine whether the item I took to this store was actually shipped to Amazon or simply disappeared. When I asked how I am supposed to know that the item was shipped, not stolen, they claimed that everyone who works at this store is trustworthy. What else would they say? When I attempt to press the issue, they hung up on me. Update #1: I reported this incident to UPS. They asked for details and contact info, and said they will report the incident to their "local team", If their "local team" is the same person I spoke to on the phone, I don't expect to get any satisfaction, though I might get retaliation. Update #2: Response from UPS: "I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with the store, unfortunately since they are privately owned and operated you will need to request them to provide you the correct tracking number used to return your package in order to check on this on the system." In other words, go f**k yourself, we're too big to give a s**t about your petty problems. read more

My husband and I just moved out this way in December, so I have used this UPS store in Plymouth a handful of times. Every time I go in, I get the same girl waiting on me, and I wish I knew her name. She is the most polite,sweetest girl. Very respectful to me and all the customers while I was there. So I was surprised when I went in Friday March 5th about a half hour after the store opened in the morning and it was a different girl and she was horribly rude. Like shockingly so. I haven't been back since. I just go to the UPS Store in Schererville IN during my work day so I don't have to deal with that nasty behavior. Do companies not train employees on proper customer service?? A kind greeting goes a very long way when working with the public. This girl would be more useful in the backroom away from the public. read more
