When I did Amazon returns at this location there was one employee who would refuse the return unless we purchased packaging from them. Amazon advised that these items could be returned in original packaging. This usually cost around $4 for each return. I stopped using this location for returns. This has never happened at any other UPS Store I've used for Amazon returns. read more

The staff is always friendly and helpful!! I no longer need a printer, I just email my stuff to them. When I arrive, they have the pages waiting for me. I rented a mailbox there a few months ago. When I walk in to retrieve a package, they have it waiting for me before I get to the desk. They even offer to help me get heavy boxes to the car. Very helpful and patient staff at this store. I came to mail several packages. Some were returns going back to Amazon and some were packages I was mailing to other people. I was having difficulty bring up the Amazon info on my phone (building structural issues?) and delaying the initial person helping me, so a second person took my other packages and started putting them in the system with my phone number as an identifier. Even though I used their WiFi, I still was having problems connecting to Amazon on my phone. I ended up having to step outside the building to get the information I needed, take pictures and then continue on. The cashiers were patient and took their time. The remaining transaction flowed quickly after that. This business also accepts alternative pay (Apple Pay/ google pay) if that is a concern for you. So I paid $32 dollars to have a package two day shipping. It didn't get the for over nine days so I called the store to figure out what was wrong and get a refund. The person that answered put the phone down while I could hear they were taking other customers which is fine i get it with the holidays and short staffing more then likely. When I spoke to her she told me there's a lot going on with this package, delays, wrong address that was fixed a number of issues. i asked for a refund she said "There's no way they are giving you a refund for this" I asked why and she said " we don't guarantee two day air". I then asked why wouldn't that be mentioned when purchasing two day air... like why would you pay 30 plus bucks with out any guarantee that didn't make much sense to me so she tells me I have no clue what was said during this transaction but I have other customers I need to take care of right now. i said am i not a customer and she said I mean ones in the store... so I asked if I could get someone's number like a supervisor that had more time and she responded with i am the owner... she gave me corporates number who informed me that she 100 percent was in charge of refunds so not sure who "they" is when she said they wouldn't give me a refund. They directed me to make a formal complaint but after reading her reviews and the responses she gives those reviews i felt it wouldn't do any good. I am going to assume she's in business because of location and convenience. It isn't the policies I have a problem with it's lack of training, professionalism and manners quite frankly she's an adult and still speaks to people in a very trashy manner... I would avoid using this store if possible. read more

I shipped something overnight (next morning delivery) from her and it disappeared. When the owner called me back I received a bunch of attitude. Spent $60 the have a envelope shipped and was told we are not UPS you need to call them. I don't know about you but when I see the brown UPS sign out front I believe it to be UPS. Do go here if you need to ship go somewhere else. read more

They lose packages. I have a mailbox there and have had parcels shipped there. On two occasions they have lost the parcels. I am not shipping there anymore and would not suggest anyone else ship there either. You are better chancing the porch pirates. read more

Paid $250 to ship a package, they called me the next day and said it was actually going to be $450. I said no thanks and took the item to usps and shipped it for $18. Manager was an asshole to me!!! read more

This store is awful and UPS itself isn't much help since it isn't directly them. Sad part it is their name. The Holiday Inn in Port Wentworth was shipping a package of an item my son left behind Easter Weekend. The receipt they were given did not match the charges charged to my card. (2 charges for 1 package!) When I try to call they will not return a call. When Holiday Inn GM goes back they give her a different receipt and said she was given the wrong one. Neither was for me. One shipped to Fairburn Georgia and other to Virginia. Still not the same amount I was charged. Someone needs to do an investigation of this store. Maybe the police in the area needs to investigate their poor practices and fact that people are being charged for items they didn't use! Do not use this facility to ship packages. I see from previous reviews I am not the only one! They need to be shut down. If I could of given 0 stars I would have. read more
