If you are not able to deliver packages then why are you in the business of package delivery? I just left this store at approximately 9:10AM on April 25, 2026 empty-handed despite my package being no more than a foot away from me. This package which I paid to pickup at an access point has been delayed MULTIPLE times for UNKNOWN reasons. Yesterday I was called by this access point at 11:00AM on Friday, April 24, 2026. So I checked to see if this package was there and oddly according to ups.com at 9:44AM the package was delivered to this access point and magically at 10:12AM the package was in their possession AND there was a request to change delivery (FYI: not by me). The person working there is beyond rude and condescending and for some reason was super suspicious of my picking up the package. Because the metropolitan area is full of Crystal Pendergrass-es out stealing other Crystal Pendergrass' jelly beans. After she deemed my driver's license to be real, she was unable to scan the package because despite it being there for LESS THAN 24 HOURS it was marked to be returned. So I am still package-less thanks to a perfect display of incompetence. read more

I have had my mailbox with these guys for 20 years. Nick is the owner and is nearly always there. He and his staff are the most helpful friendly group that I've dealt with as a whole at any business locally around the area. Whenever I need a birthday card I always know that I can find the funniest cards up on the rack. They help me with other services on the computer whether it be editing or printing something out for me when my printer was not working at home. For any of the services that they offer they are top notch! read more

I just had a horrible encounter with the "manager" of this store. He was very rude and disrespectful to me after inserting himself ina conversation between me and another employee. As a business owner, I will never come to this location again, and I would never advise anyone else to do so either. if you want someone to yell at you, curse and be disgusting....this would be the place. Normally this is an in and out experience with no frills or whistles, but this particular shipment was super valuable to me. Both ladies were super helpful and made sure everything was going to the correct places, and even replaced the box I wanted to use with one that was better quality and cheaper price. I have had a box here since 2018; Box#300; When I set up the account I told the older gentleman that once per month I will get 7 to 9 40lb packages; He said it was no problem as long as I picked it up within a few days.....That's how things have gone til this year......They refused delivery of my once per month packages without even a courtesy call. Find another franchise! I have the same arrangement in Humble Texas with UPS store and spend about $5K per month with UPS.......Rest assured I will inform the corporate of this particular franchise. Just AWFUL!!! Mailed a letter 2-day air. Took 7 days to arrive at destination. Politely went back and asked for refund. Manager of the store was SUPER rude! Told me there was nothing he could do. I explained that i paid $40 for the package to be delivered in 2 days. I could have put a 60 cent US postage stamp on it and had it delivered faster. He basically said "too bad, so sad" to me. No empathy, no apology, and no refund. Amazed that their doors are still open!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere (anywhere) else! read more

I returned a laptop computer to Amazon, and used this store to send it back. They asked me what was in the box...........guess what? According to the tracking number, the laptop did not leave this store until 30 days later when I contacted them looking for it. Then, it finally got to its general geographic destination, but never back to the original seller. They still cant find it. I insured the shipment for $500, but of course, UPS won't honor it, even though they have designated the shipment "lost'. Amazon wont give me a refund, because it wasn't their fault that the shipment got lost. I don't think it was a coincidence that the laptop didn't leave the UPS store until I started looking for it. For all I know, they may have removed the laptop and shipped an empty box. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at any UPS shipping store. The staff were profoundly unhelpful, and downright hostile, not just to me, but also to the recently widowed woman shipping her husband's possessions. They over charged my wife on some documents she needed to send to the Philippines by $53 via DHL Express. The same 2-day shipment on the UPS site was $120. We will find somewhere else to go after this. read more

Horrible!!!! If you ask UPS to have an item be picked up from this store, even though it should be free according to UPS, the guys here want to charge you a fee. They said they only do that for paying customer and told me to not do that again if I dont want to pay extra. This place is horrible, don't do your business here. Ever!!! Absolutely the worst store in the world for UPS. I'd rather go to the post office and wait in line for an hour than go here. 1-2 people working and it takes them 10 minutes or more per box to do an order. Actually a root canal would be less painful than waiting here. Slow is an understatement... is there a word that describes something slower than slow? My guess is the training is poor but if you just need some copies or to drop off a box already paid for, go for it. read more

Not all UPS stores practice public health recommendations to protect customers. However, this store enforces distancing and workers wear face coverings. Service is very good. I feel horrible even giving this 1 star! I mailed a package through USPS Friday morning to arrive the following Monday ($27). I had to mail another package (for Christmas) the same day, but noticed UPS on my way the post office. With my toddler in tow, I brought the package in and inquired about the cost to get it there before Christmas. The young boy told me that it would be $33 to get it there by Monday. Made sense. Box was a tad larger, hence $6 More than USPS. So, i proceeded to send the package. He had me verify the addresses and sign that they were correct. Done. Weight off my shoulders... or so i thought. I call my sister to confirm that she got the package (my brother had gotten his that was shipped through USPS). Nope. No package. I get my receipt and it says expected delivery date Monday DECEMBER 29TH!!! I am so upset at this point. There are baked goodies, Christmas presents for my nephew and a special ornament that will not make it on the tree. I call the store to have them right their wrong. But i was pretty much told that i paid for ground and so that's what i got. I told them, i had no idea what that means bc it was my first time shipping with them (and last) and that i specifically said it needed to be there before Christmas. And i was given that price based on my request.i Wasn't told that it would get there Monday the 29th, i was told Monday (following my request for BEFORE Christmas). I called corporate.... which is pointless. They said i should be refunded but that happens at the store level. I called the store again and asked to speak to the manager. The owner, Raghu got on the phone. If you are a woman, i recommend never dealing with this man. He is very condescending and verbally degrading to women. I feel horrible for his wife. He yelled at me telling me that i was lying and that this never happened in his store bc he had told his employees numerous times about the strict guidelines. I told him that with all due respect, he can't tell me that i didn't experience what i experienced bc he wasn't even there. Why would i lie anyway? I was in tears that all the money and thought that went into my gifts was ruined. He should have apologized and offered a refund, but instead, he called me a liar, verbally degraded me and told me too bad, bc i signed the contact. (Which was apparently where i overlooked the addresses and made sure they were correct). When he refused to rectify the situation, i told him that was fine bc i would make sure everyone knew of his poor business practices and lack of customer service. He did he didn't care bc he has had lots of complaints like this before and he still rubs his business. Wow! Really?! So, here i am hoping that nobody has to deal with this chauvinistic condescending man again.... and go through the emotional turmoil that his poor business practices have caused me. Zero stars. This store "claims" to offer Notary Services. Good luck letting THAT happen! The owner (who I assume has the notary stamp) is NEVER in...I got "oops, just missed him"....(and no one can ever tell you when he is coming back!) -7- times. I was given a phone #, that then rolled over to the fax machine... (maybe on the 8th try its free?) When disgusted I asked 'is there another UPS store around?' they sent me to a store that has closed in the past few years. I will never ever ever give this store my business again. Oh, and don't ask them to make copies- I went to use the machine and the very nice lady offered to help. If you do NOT know how to use the machine, please don't show me how. I think she made a dozen or so copies (mostly wrong (I had (gasp) a 2 sided copy! very tricky??) she was then kind enough to inform she was _not_ going to charge me for the wrong copies. Good experience. Went in on a Saturday afternoon to drop off a return for Amazon. I didn't even attach the amazon return postage to the box nor tape the actual box itself and she did both of those things without blinking and eye (i.e. showing me exactly how annoyed she rightfully could be, lol.) Only problem is there was only one employee in the store that day and with just three people in there it took longer to get service than it should have. read more

I had a really bad experience at this store. I will never return to this store and wouldn't recommend going there for anything. I went there to drop off some equipment that needed to be returned to Comcast. The UPS Store has partnered with Comcast to handle shipping of all equipment returns for them. When I walked in the two kids working there were A. the most unfriendly retail workers I have ever encountered and B. Completely clueless in all aspects of customer service. I told them what I was there for and it was clear they hadn't been trained on how to handle returns for Comcast equipment. I waited as they tried to hunt and peck through the computer to figure out how to process the order then after 25 minutes told them I would just got to another UPS Store. I ended up at the UPS Store on Old Alabama where I received excellent customer service and was in and out in under 3 minutes. Don't go to this store unless for anything it is a disgrace to the UPS brand which is a shame considering how close it is to the Corporate HQ. read more

Came at 9:30a on a Friday and it was closed. No explanation posted anywhere and per their hours they're supposed to be open?

Deceptive advertising computer usage cost. Needed to print ups return label, was told ( and saw printed statement) it would be $1.00 for up to 5 minutes plus 11 cents for copy and from 5 minutes up it will be $1.50. Timed myself, it took me exactly 2.5 minutes to make copy. When time to the pay the computer showed I owed $1.61 for using the computer for 5 minutes which In fact it only took me 2.5 minutes to print. After further discussion the owner has the computer set at 5 minutes computer usage therefore automatically charging a minimum of $1.50. Sure it is a small amount and it is my money and I do not like to be cheated. Rather than cheat your customers just charge $1.50 read more
