I use this UPS STORE for all my poshmark shipping's and I always buy my package to ship from here, this is the first time I was charged to print out a shipping label. The person who helped me name was Nick & he was quite the smart-ass when i advised him that I always come here to partronize their establishment. $2 to print a label is ridiculous when Im buying product & paying for shipping. I live right around the block from this UPS which would be super convenient. Yet, every single time I come here the printers are always either out of order or they don't have the "correct software for printing" for what I need. I would think nothing of it but I've had the same projects printed at a ton of other UPS locations without any issues. On top of that the staff is extremely rude. Whenever you ask to use the printer or get help printing they always act like it's the biggest inconvenience in the world! Even when the store is completely empty! Needless to say I'll be going out of my way to another location. read more

It would be cheaper and faster through USPS-i mailed a light box from SLC to Florida, and it took a solid week to get there.And don't believe it's because of covid... I feel that UPS will never be the same solid company as it used to be. The regular post office is usually my go to, but I didn't have time to pack it myself- and I thought by paying $40 it would get there in time. Sadly not only did the package arrive super late, the homemade candy inside was not as fresh and pretty as it could have been. I will not use this service again. read more

I am constantly returning items I purchase on the internet. This is my shopping in lieu of fashionable men's stores in SLC. I will literally buy 20 pairs of shoes on the internet and return 19 of them. These guys at this UPS store are always accommodating and provide me with receipts for my "pre packaged" returns. I must applaud them for their customer service, especially compared to the Fed Ex store nearby, who refuses to provide receipts and always acts as if you are putting him out. read more

Poor customer service primarily because the counter people don't have an idea of how to help someone who wants to pick up a package. These places are primarily for mailing but they represent UPS and should know how a customer can get their package even if they do not provide the service. They were not helpful in tracking my pkg even though I had the number. They suggested renting a UPS box but this is not practical for a one time pickup. If these UPS storefronts are going to last they need to provide a more well-informed service. They did not even know that a $5.50 fee was charged for pickup at a UPS access point, which they are -the charge is another aggravation. In contrast my wife picked up her package from Amazon at a locker at Whole Foods easily. read more

I have been a customer of this UPS Store since 2010. I use their mailing services and have a mail box here for my business. I really enjoy the personal and friendly service they provide. The faces have been fairly consistent over the years, not a change-over in employees which can be uncomfortable. What I like best is their friendly attitude while maintaining a level of professionalism and security that I want for someone assisting with the management of my mail and other personal & business matters. read more

This is my favorite UPS store. They help me with literally everything related to shipping. They even helped me get a full refund after a package I mailed got damaged. I find the employees kind and helpful. In my experience if you are nice to people they will most likely be nice back. The reviews that have comments about how rude the employees are are based off of 1 time experiences that went poorly overall, take it from a customer that has been there dozens of times...they are consistently great. read more

So I'm about to move out of the neighborhood I've been in for nine years (to one that's a ten minute drive away, but you know) and I was thinking about the little things I'm going to miss. Oddly enough, I think one of them is going to be this UPS Store. It's not like I'm here regularly or anything, but sometimes I need to send things and want a tracking number. Or maybe I'm too lazy to appropriately pack something fragile. Or maybe I need something notarized. I come here and the vaguely stoner looking guys with the shaggy hair and tattoos will nicely and professionally do it for me. No fake niceness, no trying to upsell me on stuff, just exactly what I need in a pleasant fashion. And they'll also comment on the fact that I'm wearing a shirt of the band Pelican and seem overly impressed, and I'll be happy because I don't know that many people that also like Pelican. I hope there's someone at the UPS Store in my new neighborhood that likes Pelican. Or at least Explosions in the Sky. read more

I had already contacted a Fex Ex store who gave me a crazy quote to pack a digital piano I was selling on Ebay. Their estimate was $200 to create a custom box - that was just for packaging. Preston was able to combine all the pieces into one box, carefully packed, for $50. He called me as soon as it was done. I was really impressed with the customer service and the follow through. This is a review for the UPS shipping service. I had a package (rain cover for my infant's stroller) that was on track to arrive in time for my departure for a trip abroad. It arrived in SLC on Friday, early afternoon. It sat there all day Saturday without even attempt to deliver it (see photo). UPS isn't open on Sunday. There is no customer service available outside of the standard work hours M-F. I leave for my trip before they open again on Tuesday, and long before they'll deliver it. The arrival window given at the time of purchase as 8/30 to 9/6; it was on track for 9/2, but won't be here until 9/5. Because that's just how this company works I guess. read more

Good service, quick, friendly. I got passport photos taken and they did a good job. They have good materials for purchase in the store.

I was charged a $5 fee to pickup an overnight package. The cashiers explanation was "because my manager said so". Find another store!

Whoever hired these guys knows how to pick workers who are amazing. I really like how no one is ever complaining. I have brought many packages to other ups shops and even had a manger tell me there were to many packages. This is a small shop so I don't normally bring to many boxes. They are very accommodating. Came there 6:29. they don't close till 6:30. guy behind the counters waiting on somebody when I walk in and he tells me they're closed. Another customer comes up just as I'm walking out and tries to open the door after the other customer walks out and the guy locks the door, and says I was here before you guys closed and he's ignored so far as I can tell. That's when I drove away. When he walked up my watch still said 6:29 pm. Yes, this all all happened in that one minute. Seconds matter. read more

These guys are either: A. Rip off artists B. Incompetent Just brought in a package to send to Europe that was less than 2 pounds & was quoted over $400!! When I explained that I sent a larger package from a different UPS store 2 weeks ago to the same address For around $60 the guy told me that I didn't do it through UPS or a UPS store. What is amazing to me is that the guy didn't even think that the price was odd or off. Such prices would kill international commerce. Simply incredible. If I could, I would give them zero stars. Went to STAPLES & shipped it UPS for less than 1/4 of the price. read more

I've been to at least 25 UPS stores in the country receiving and shipping packages. This is one of those bleed you for every nickel stores. Specifically, I received one delivery that came in 2 bundles. Instead of $5 they charged $10 charge when I went to pick it up. Good luck with future business because I'm not going back. Overall the UPS service is good, but there is a woman who picked up my phone. Her attitude was extremely terrible. She didn't want to answer any of my questions over the phone and asked me to go there directly if I wanna ask a question. Then I asked her to let other staff answer my phone. This woman said Hold On and failed to ask anyone to answer me but holded on my call for 3 minutes. I'm very disappointed about UPS, I strong believe clients should be the top priority for any company in the service industry. I will not use UPS service any more since the woman did not treat her clients seriously and nicely. read more

Even though I don't use UPS much for all my shipping needs. I still go to the UPS store for all my packing needs. They are great with packing things in the smallest yet most secure way. I also think their service is great and their delivery times are more reliable than others. Love the fact that they are also worldwide. Makes it easier to shop to loved ones who are overseas. read more
