I've come to this ups location because it is convenient and located close to my mom's house. 4/5 stars because they are generally consistent. I have come in and done an amazon return, however, and made the mistake of not getting the receipt from them. Turns out they left my item on the counter and I got charged for the full price since it never made it back to the warehouse. As long as you get your receipt you should be OK! Kind of hard when it's a busy location but worth it in the long run! Parking is plentiful in the foothill village shopping center and it's usually not too long of a line. read more

Been going to this store for 15 years and it has been great with polite calm older male employees. I've now had three negative experiences here with young female employees being snotty and cutting you off and major attitude. I always give people second chances because we all have bad days when we're cranky. And who knows I might have been giving off negative energy. But once again I went back today and I will now be using another service that's close by. These girls need to be taught that they are there to help the customer and by semi friendly. Everyone deserved more respect. Both used a much nicer tone with their male coworker. read more

My package that I shipped out to a customer never had any tracking data to support that it left the store. A young brunette scanned the QR code and it printed out. I guess I have to stand there now and make sure she is capable of putting the sticker label on the box before leaving. She admitted over the phone that she forgets to put labels on right away ( I am assuming she gets overwhelmed if there is another customer in line.) She just needs to take the time complete the full transaction, that includes putting the label on. read more

I have had two bad experiences here this week, the worst one being today when an employee named Mia was super rude flustered when I brought in my Amazon return of three pairs of shoes a few other items. When I processed the return on Amazon, they put all the items under one return code and didn't have a "box it and drop it off yourself" option. It also explicitly says you don't need to box the items or print a label, just show the code. She tried to charge me for a box to fit the items or told me I would have to go home and find one to avoid the additional charge. I called Amazon customer service and they said that is not their policy or contract with ups. I spent more time and effort to go home and hunt down a box, all because this ups store does not know their client contracts or value customer service. Some additional training needed here for sure. At the very least, a pleasant or neutral attitude would go a long way. read more

Could not be happier with the UPS Store in Foothill Village (and Sugarhouse for that matter). I have been using them since they were Mailboxes, Etc and they haven't missed a beat in friendly service and recognition of my loyalty. Scott runs a great store! I agree with Jason, that perhaps Jusin T. had a very bad experience with UPS and is not particular to a given location. read more

Terrible. I have tried for weeks to get a claim since my camera was broken and they continually gave me the run around. I bought insurance for my gear, it was destroyed in shipping and they will not cover. I will never use this UPS store again and frankly it is my last time using UPS in my life. A customer that was taken advantage of AGAIN by UPS. read more

Not helpful and terrible service. I need help printing a UPS shipping label sent to me by UPS. The store clerk told me they are not allowed to use store equipment to print out personal items. I guess helping clients with UPS matters are considered personal matters. I guess I won't go here again for UPS services. read more

Wow...this place changed my order address and delivered a very expensive item to someone in another state!!! Luckily, the merchant is replacing it and sending it to my UPS box in MY state but really??? Why would you intentionally change someones address and ship an item to someone else??? read more
