The one star isn't for shipping or staff issues. It has to do with the grossly overpriced xerox copies. While every other store in town charges around .40 cents for a bw 11x17, this store now charges $2.25 !!!! For a single copy. Other stores charge $1.00 for a scan. This store charges $5 !!!! For a single scan. I called stores in Manhattan, San Francisco, Beverly hills and ask their prices... they were all less than half of what this pirate UPS store charges. Someone with UPS corporate needs to look into this robbery in broad daylight. read more

Unfortunately Alice consistently gives me a difficult time when trying to do returns for Amazon. I'm not sure why she has such a negative attitude about Amazon Returns. I've given her a lot of grace as perhaps she was having bad days on the times I've come but today she responded with " if it gets there it gets there". When I'm coming to UPS for delivery I would expect more of a professional answer and more confidence in the delivery of my return. read more

This is my local UPS store and where I have a business account. I am always greeted by the staff and they make time to ask about my day or what's been going on in my life. I've never had an issue with receiving packages and they're always prompt on notifying me when a package has arrived for me. This is extremely helpful as most of my shipments are food products that are perishable. I've been a customer with them for going on 3 years and have no complaints. read more

I was returning 3 very large boxes (dog beds) to Amazon. and needed to email the labels from my phone to UPS. So they could print them and tape to the boxes. I stood off to the side to do this. Therr was a steady flow of customers. I was having difficulty and getting really frustrated. My phone has been "out of memory" and running slow. Devon (UPS rep) came around and asked if I needed help. I was soooo relieved. I told him how I was doing the label. He showed me a quickier, much easier way and proceeded to do all 3 labels for me. He was so kind and helpful. Had he not helped me, I would have left and asked my daughter to take them. A huge Thank You to Devon. read more

Boy, where do I start? I came to have a package sent, by air, to a location in Ohio, as it had to arrive by the following Monday. I was at first assisted by a young man, very pleasant. He proceeded to tell me they could not guarantee delivery to that address. After trying different ways for the address (it was a Township, not a city), an older woman came over and said to him, "that can't be right." So, she plunked around on the keyboard for several minutes and then said to me, "well, we can't guarantee delivery to that address" (this is not a NEW address, the development is over a year old, but OK, your database is not updated I guess-my conclusion). So, since she offered no options, I asked if we could have the package delivered to the closest UPS store, and it could be picked up. She replied, you could do that, but YOU have to call them and ask if the package can be picked up. WE don't do that (What?). So, I asked, nicely, if she could at least look up the store closest to the address, so she got on the computer, looked it up and gave me a # to call. So, I called the number and was on hold for 10 minutes (during this time the store was moderately busy but there were times when neither of the clerks had customers). After finally getting an answer and asking if this store allowed customers to pick up packages, I was told I needed to call a local store, as this is a DISTRIBUTION CENTER. As both clerks were with customers at this point, I ended up calling the person who is expecting the package to let him know what was going on - he looked up the store in less than 1 minute, called the store (who had never heard of having to be called first to pick up a package), gave me the store info, which I wrote on a card. When the woman came back over, I gave her the card & said here is the store info, which she looked at and set aside. She starts typing into the computer and asks for the address. WHAT? "It is on the card I just handed you." So types in the address and says this is in Fairfield Township. I shrugged my shoulders like well if that is what it says. Her response, "well I'm just telling you what it says I don't live there." My response was I don't live there either, if that is what your directory says, then that is it." She made some comment back to me and I told her I was really upset with this whole situation and she said "well, I'm upset too." Really? That was the WRONG response. I told her to just do the transaction and get it over with. At NO TIME during the 45 minutes I was in the store did she ever offer any assistance, she ony did something after I asked, nor did she offer any type of an apology. And to tell me SHE was upset - at what? Customer Service is apparently something she never heard of. I will go out of my way to avoid this location. Sad, truly sad. read more

I never leave reviews, but after what I witnessed as a customer here, I had to! I was dropping off packages and another customer came in wanting papers shredded. She was the most rude woman I have ever heard! She spoke to Ronda H. and Caleb S. as if they were incompetent. She had her finger in the air to them telling them she would "speak slower" so they could understand. It was disgusting to witness. They fully understood what she was wanting and asking to do, and they were literally doing just that. I don't know what more she expected from them, but I just have to say they handled themselves and the situation SO WELL! They were calm, patient, and so poised. I use this location about once a week to drop off packages, and I'm so happy these two are here! read more

Horrible. Came today 7/17/2024 at 4;55 . Clerk ( long hair with a lots of tattoos in arms) was very disrespectful and call me an "ass)$&le". I don't know how someone like that can be working there. This Ups facility is the best place for all your shipping needs. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. During the busy times, they really help each other and get you in and out. If I could give this place a zero stars I would. The older women who work in the store are extremely rude, impatient, and the worst of the worst when it comes to customer service. Dorcas acted like an absolute old , bitter b*tch and treated me like garbage when I came in to do a simple Amazon return and ship an item. She had a terrible attitude, was not even giving me enough time to put down my packages when there was no traffic in the store. She rolled her eyes at me, had a horrible attitude because of my returns and truly deserves to be fired. When I complained to Alice, she acted like she didn't care. These people need to learn how to treat others with dignity and respect especially veterans. Better off going elsewhere instead of dealing with these old, haggard unprofessionals who act upset just because customers come in to get help and they actually have to work. read more

This location deserves 0 stars. BOTH of the older women who work there are extremely rude. THERE IS A FEDEX TWO DOORS DOWN FROM THIS LOCATION WHICH HAS THE SAME SERVICES--- I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I walked in was not greeted and was told to "come over here". I needed to print a document. As I was waiting for the email to arrive, and after no direction on the next step in their process I approached the computer on my side of the counter where I found my email and printed the document. The other woman who works there told me to get of the computer bc it was theirs, scoffed, audibly sighed, and then disinfected the entire station as if I had just sneezed all over it. I applied hand sanitizer when I walked in and had a mask on. These women need to have basic human decency and treat people with respect and kindness as I had treated them. read more

I really am glad this UPS store is so close to us. Everytime I go there, they take care me. They just grab the things that need shipping and tell me that they'll take care of the rest for me. The last few days I have had to return some Amazon items and these good people, with a smile, took my stuff and got it ready to ship. It's all very effortless. Today, Malik & Adrian helped me out and again, just scanned the QR Code did everything else. I'm very impressed by this service. These two guys were awesome. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY! I sent Football tickets to a client on Wednesday through the UPS at The RIM. I paid around $25 to have them arrived 'GUARANTEED' by Friday to Dallas. They arrived in Dallas Friday night to the UPS hub due to the snow. I called UPS on Saturday to see if they could deliver them a day late and they said 'no'. Even though I paid for Friday delivery!! Then I asked for my $25 back since they did not live up to there GUARANTEED arrival. NOT TO MENTION I HAD TO PAY FOR NEW FOOTBALL TICKETS! The General Manger at the UPS store at The RIM said she could not refund my money. WHAT!!! All she wanted to do was to blame it on the snow even though on Saturday the tickets were 30 minutes away from my clients house and it was NOT SNOWING or ICY! If I could give this store a ZERO I would as the General Manager was one of the rudest persons I have ever met. I told her I would never use her services again. After that she started screaming at me to never come into her store again and she was kicking me out. How can you be kicked out of a place you don t want do business with anyways?? I will now speak with CORP UPS to try to resolve this matter. FED Ex here I come! By the way they are right next door and everyone I dealt with at Fed Ex today was pleasant and helpful. read more

The staff normally is 50/50 there is one woman (always wears a skirt) who is always there and doesn't acknowledge you and walks to the back. She makes herself seem too busy to "help". Well she must have hired a good friend because now the other woman with gray short hair is also rude. The only time I'm helped is if there is a newer younger person who hasn't become jaded. Service was horrible with a couple Amazon returns. Lady was rude and was not helpful with questions. This was today at the Rim at 2:00 pm. But if anyone other than a Hispanic came in, she welcomed them and was smiling and polite. I asked for assistance in envelop and was struggling trying to use the right words on envelop size and she just stood there looking at me. Another customer came in that they knew as DR. A, and she went off to look at the phone video he was showing the other employee. Rudest older lady that I felt was a bit racist and will share my story. Unfortunate, I have always had good service. Somehow I offended her and all I was asking for was assistance. The other lady was able to explain and was very helpful. It seems prior customers have referenced the same rudeness with the same older lady and nothing is done about it. Sad that UPS supports this behavior. read more

Thieves. Every time I go to return an Amazon package, this specific location charges for a "box" even though Amazon specifically states that we don't need one. They refuse to take the items regardless. I started driving further to the 1604/NW Military location and they do not charge one extra penny for anything! I called in an order recently to have some resumes printed. When I arrived at the location to pick up my print order I was greeted by both employees each wearing a warming smile. I had stressed that I would be in somewhat of a hurry because I had an interview immediately after. The prints were ready to go when I got there and the service was great. The associate, who was busy with a customer, did a great job multitasking helping me at the same time as processing another customers order. I came to send two packages back. I carried the first one in and the white haired, older woman just said put it on the scale. I was not greeted. I said I had another box in my car and she became annoyed and walked away. I asked if that was ok I grabbed it and she said yes that's fine as she was walking away. I stood there for a moment thinking if she was upset or what. Then another short Hispanic woman with glasses laughed it off like she knew she was irritated. Not in a bad way but in a way that she was trying to be nice to offset the rudeness. Anyway, I see I'm not the only one who didn't deserve to be treated like I bothered her and your business by the other reviews. Hopefully some coaching and feedback will help. I regularly ship things out and the staff here has been very kind and helpful except for today. I came in and both cashiers were busy but the gentleman stated I could put my packages on his scale and he would assist me in a just a moment. Then Rhonda offered to assist me by stating " I can help you over here" and when I brought her my packages she asked "Are these Amazon returns or what?" I informed her that no they were not returns and I was mailing things out and already had the labels. She scanned them all very quickly after that and refused to weigh them until I insisted. I advised her I had bought prepaid labels so it is important for me to get the weight of each item to avoid any issues later if the weight comes back incorrect and she very loudly told me to "calm down" and stated I didn't need the weight of the packages since I "bought the prepaid labels with the predetermined weights" and slammed my packages on the scale and asked me if "does it even show anything" about if the scale showed the weight. I advised her it did and I needed the weight for all my packages and she huffed and then got me the weight for some but not all of my packages and I insisted she weigh the last one as well and she loudly put my box on the scale and printed out the last receipt and gave them to me and said "is that good enough??" She was also short and curt with the previous customer before and I understand everyone is entitled to a bad day but all I asked is that my packages be weighed and scanned and that I receive a a receipt like I do every other time I drop off. I've dropped off here over 20 times and never had this issue, I always come in with my packages ready to go and labels attached I don't know why this time was different or what the issue Rhonda had with me. Everyone else who has assisted me here has been kind and efficient. read more

I came to the UPS Store at LaCantera to open a mail box for my business. This was my first time at this location and Alice was extremely helpful for the process of getting the mail box. The location is very convenient and well-maintained. Another customer came in while I was there and Alice greeted him by name. I frequent this location a lot - I live and work nearby. The owner is very friendly and is there almost as much (if not more) than this employees. The guy is extra friendly and truly loves what he does and it really shows in the positive atmosphere and attitudes in his store. Ok, so I am calmed down. I think. I needed to have a document notarized with both mine and my wifes signature on it, which means coordination with time, the boys, her work. We finally found ourselves with 25 minutes extra before dropping her at work, kids are behaving themselves in the back seat, I already printed out the form, the wife has filled it out while we drove. IDs in hand, I go to The UPS STORE 5218 on La Cantera, right across the street from her work--everything is ready--a ll we need to do is each sign the form in front of the notary, and mail it off, grab a quick coffee for her and drop her at work. Finely Tuned Machine. Que the UPS store employee. dear God. I stand in line behind one person, and notice, this guy seems extraordinarily slow. But, we still have 20 minutes. I finally get my chance, I show him the document, explain i need him to notarize myself, and my wife, who is in the car with the kids, and then i will return to settle up. I ask if he is the notary, as there is no one else there. he looks at me oddly, I ask again, are you a notary? He looks at me and says......yes, I am a notary. My god, I explained the entire need and task in less time for him to answer that question. He takes the document, and begins to read it, its a simple form amending something the hospital messed yup on one of the kids birth certificates. SIMPLE task. he reads it, and reads it, Im starting to simmer. He says, ok, do you have your ID, well yes, its on the counter next to the form you've been reading like its a Tale Of Two Cities. I ask him if I can sign the form now so i can change places with my wife, who is in the car with the twins. He looks at me again....I say, Can I sign the form now? So, I sign and send in the wife. I wait in the car with the kids, now its 10 minutes to spare. So much for her coffee. But, at least this will finally be done, the state actually had another amendment for 6 months already, and had just told us we needed this additional. So close. 5 minutes pass and im thinking why is a signature taking so long. She finally comes out and she looks pissed. She says the guy won't notarize it. What? Huh? we have 3 minutes left. I run in and ask what is the problem, he says my signature on the form (which I signed in front of him) doesn't match the signature on my Drivers license, signed 5 years ago as Russ, not Russell--are you kidding me? The form is filled out as my full name, and I signed my full name. So, he wont sign it, he says she doesn't have to sign it because he wont notarize it. WTF? I am now done, I grab everything away from him, and tell him I cannot believe what is going on, and get the wife to work across the street 5 minutes late. Guys name is Santiago Guerra--apparently not only the Notary but assistant manager as well, must have been all of 20 years old--and I have seen boxes of rocks with more sense. I knew it the second i saw him that this was not going to go quickly, I had no idea i was dealing with a complete and utter moron as well. Nothing was accomplished, kids are crying, no coffee for Jerusel, she is late for work, no form for the state, and this guy just stands there smiling and waving have a nice day. read more
