This is probably the worst customer service experience I have had in a really long time. I drove all the way to this location to get a document notarized. I called a UPS store (on Blanco) and asked if there was a notary on staff. They said yes, I said, "And you close at 7?" And the guy said, yes. I accidentally drove to the San Pedro location. When I got there, the metal closing gate was already engaged. The "manager" was helping another person. He said, "We're closed." I said, "I called you and you said you open until 7." He said rudely, "No one called me." He was literally helping another customer. He could easily help me. Helping me would be helping the company as well. I was in shock. His register is obviously still open, just help the additional customer (me). It is an extra 30 seconds to help another customer. 60 seconds tops. He repeated that he was closed. I thought he would realize how insensitive he was to a customer that is literally inside the store already. I looked at my watch. It said 6:30. That means I walked in at 6:29 or 6:30. Wow, just wow. He cared so little about the customer. The pregnant lady employee escorted me out. I was in absolute shock. This isn't even extra customer service. This is basic human decency and compassion. One thing is for sure, these employees 100% hate their customers and they 100% hate the store and 100% hate their job. I own a small business, this is not the level of care we give our customers. If I had found out one of my employees treated a customer this way, they would be fired on the spot. Given that these 2 employees have zero empathy, they are in training to be future sociopaths or psychopaths. Word to upper, upper management, beware of these ppl. As a person that knows a lot about humans, these ppl are going to destroy your company. I told my husband what happened when he got home, he said it was appalling. SMH read more

Stopped by on a weekday afternoon to return a few items. There were three other people in line when I arrived, but the line went very fast, because there were three employees working. Service is excellent! The employees were super nice, and the store it was clean. There is also a lot of options to purchase gift and package wrapping materials. The parking lot is very easy and spacious; however, not the safest even in broad daylight. read more

My name is Marc Salas. I have been in the store a couple of times before. I'm always greeted, always helped. The last week I was helped by the manager Jesse for the first time. There was a guy in front of me being help by one of Jesse's employees. He was extremely rude, so Jesse stepped in to assist him. Jesse was very professional when trying to help. The guy was cussing Jesse out bad. how he already gave his info to the girl, but ofc Jesse had no knowledge of the man due to the fact he was assisting a lady at a different register. I can tell Jesse ain't the type to take any crap, and I can see the restraint. Jesse handled everything very well and professionally. No cussing, no shouting back. Jesse Just replied "honestly brother if this is how you are going to be acting, I'd suggest you take a step outside and come back in when you're ready to be civil, or you can take your business elsewhere because we are not having this today" of course i was next and i was wondering if i was going to get quality service, due to the fact you can tell he was a little flustered, And quality service is indeed what I got. Even though the altercation happened I was treated with respect, when I came to the counter his smile was back and I was greeted and he apologized for what I witnessed. I was thanked for coming in, and welcomed back. I had to ask why didn't he have an ounce of attitude with me. He said I will not give someone attitude when they have no fault. It was as if the altercation never happened. Pure professionism. All I can say is as an owner of a company myself. I would offer Jesse a job with no hesitation. Unfortunately I'm not a vulture, but I would love to have a manager like him to come work for me. To the corporate office of this store, you have a fine young man as your manager. I go here often to do my Amazon returns. Angelica ALWAYS greets me with a smile (even early on Monday mornings -Ha!) and completes my transaction with care. I never feel rushed. Out paces the USPS which loses my mail and pkgs. Bought a box here an mail box here and my mail is finally arriving on time.

I felt extremely unwelcome at 6 o'clock, when they were already closing the metal gate around their customer service area. The hours on the door clearly say they are open until 630. I got ugly looks from the customer service agents when I came in and was not greeted at all. It was apparent the most important thing was they get out of the door for their Friday night fun and did not care about making sure that their customers felt welcome. Even after she checked in my packages that needed to go to Amazon, once seeing that I might need a little extra help because I just had a separate package that needed to be calculated and paid for, she went back to closing and balancing her register drawer without giving me a clue as to how long it would be before she could help me.
