    We took seven pieces of IT gear (switches, Cisco phones, etc) to be packed and shipped today…read more9/12/22. We were helped by a very friendly and accommodating young person named Ervee, sorry if I spelled your name wrong! Ervee made suggestions regarding the size of the boxes to help consolidate and save on costs. Ervee has a lovely disposition, patient, kind and helpful. It made a chore feel less like a chore and more like an enjoyable stop during our day. Keep up the good work Ervee, you were a joy to work with!

    Brought a QR code that fedex emailed me saying that they will pack and ship and label my Google…read morefiber equipment for me. Get there and the lady tells me that I will have to pay for my packaging myself even though I had an email saying they would take care of it. The lady at FedEx tried to tell me we answered the wrong questions when submitting our equipment return request and we had the wrong QR code... it was the one that supposedly said we didn't need FedEx to pack it. there were no questions we had to answer when submitted the request to return equipment and told her as much. Clearly, she doesn't know what she's talking about. If the first thing she said was not a process we had to go through. Also, if a email from FedEx directly tells you you do not need to pack it and they will pack it for you and doesn't say there will be additional charges or anything Then that should be honored. Irritating

However, their website is terrible and their customer service is awful. I paid a lot for 3 huge canvases with the extra color correction. Two are perfect. The third- I like to do my own borders. It's very easy to last second knock it off center in illustrator. Since there's no way to zoom into their tiny mockup of your work without complete pixelation it's hard to see how your work is going to look. You'd think the person doing the color correction would have noticed it's not centered. Nope! There's no human to talk to- you are at the mercy of Angela who takes forever and a day to return an email. I was willing to take responsibility and needed to reprint. I had my canvases created two days before a 20% canvas sale, so I asked if I reprinted and did another huge one could I have the discount. That's fair, right? Angela couldn't even read the email correctly! Two days later (I'm on a time crunch) I get the answer "no refunds". I didn't ask for one! Still waiting on return email. For these prices there needs to be a human on a phone who can deal with artists' issues and a much better website. Moving on to another printer who has a human I can call and a much more professional website.

    1. Customer service is terrible. You can't reach them by phone even if messages are left multiple…read moretimes and IF they respond to emails they are unhelpful. Problems can't be resolved and one is left trying to figure it out alone. 2. Their Note Card feature does not work well. If trying to print Christmas cards or Artist cards to sell, attaching a front and back image/text works fine but the inside insert does not work at all. It's impossible to attach anything to the inside of the card despite what they say online. Their system is flawed. 3. The color on my proofs looked fine but because of these other issues, I have decided to pass in working with this company. And from the negative reviews about color irregularity, as an artist I'm not going to risk being further disappointed.
