I come to this store about once every month for Amazon returns and Jenny and Michael are fabulous! They are friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kind. I absolutely love Jenny's "Hallo queen" Jeep in the parking lot! They make my visit so much easier and kind of fun I'm a nurse and typically when I come by it's after I got off of work in the morning and they get me in and out very quickly and with a smile and a laugh. read more

Great UPS store. The folks here are really nice. It can get busy, but it's also slow at times. I suppose if there's a really long line, it may affect the service because the times I've been there, there was no line when I got there, but by the time I left, there was a line. read more

Seriously! This UPS store has the greatest employees. Jenny has helped me the last 5-6 times I have gone in. She sees me w my bags of Amazon returns & instead of dreading helping me, she smiles, welcomes this "tornado" back & helps me figure out all of my returns. She is patient & just an absolute breath of fresh air in this crazy world! Every time I need to take care of returns or any of my shipping needs, I already know where I'm going! I mainly use this store to drop off Amazon returns. It's usually pretty quick and and in there less than five minutes unless there's a lonely old timer in there talking it up with one of the clerks. The clerks are always friendly and looking to move the lines quickly. I wish they would stay open a bit longer on weekdays but it's not usually an issue. read more

The service I get here 99% of the time is on point. Friendly, attentive, and very helpful with any concerns. The only downside is they seem to be a bit under staffed, so there is usually a wait........at least every time I go, and that's about 2 to 4 days a week for my job. Prices are going up, but that's everywhere, and even then, it's still not bad for standard box shipping. read more

I have had the most BLESSED EXPERIENCE EVER. I have never been more grateful to have met the manager Jenny J . She assisted me with making sure my order was sent to the wright address and kept track even after it arrived, also called me back to reassure me that my order was delivered and OMGOSH even refunded me for shipping because of a mistake the driver made , but was professional done from A to C . I can't explain how blessed I have been to seriously have met this wonderful lady. She has a great personality and even after a good sense of humor as well. She handles everyone with care and even her staff are always smiling with her too . I've used this store for a very long time. I took two packages from Amazon packed but left for UPS to tape up. I usually do it all myself even though they say you don't need to, this time I was in a rush. Dropped them off and just received notice from Amazon that they never received either package and charged me for them. So I spent $132. I wouldn't accuse but when it's the very first time I've ever taken anything there to be sealed I think it would be an unusual coincidence. Very unhappy, so I'll take everything elsewhere going forward. read more

I came to this UPS store a while back in need of a notary. I walked in with my elderly grandfather and he was hoping to update his Will but in order to do so, it had to be notarized. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and organization of this location. It is easy for shipping stores to get cluttered and messy as the hubbub of the day comes their way. There was a line and at that point my grandpa could barely stand and they ushered out a chair to us without even having to be asked so we could wait out the line with as much ease for him as possible. That's worth a couple stars all on its own. When it was our turn, the notary came out to meet us rather than making him walk to her. She did her best to be thorough and checked all IDs and things necessary but did so with a patience that I really want to commend. It can be difficult to handle the time it takes an elderly man to get cards out of his wallet. He could barely see and seemingly menial tasks really took a lot longer that day for him. Despite the long line, she stuck with us and waited patiently and dealt with him with a sweetness that really made a difference. It was an emotional day as well and she just let him do what he needed to do. In this day and age I feel service like that is hard to come by but I can tell you to a family dealing with hard times those little touches mean so so very much. I had to write a Yelp review as a way to say thank you to this kind woman. The Will was notarized and taken care of and one of the men working that day swapped her places when it was time to leave and helped us out to the car. Again beyond the normal service necessary at a UPS store and it didn't go unnoticed by us. I would gladly drive out of my way to visit this store and give them my business again as a token of appreciation. If you're looking for a place that provides the highest amount of customer service and handles their crowds with ease and patience, this is your spot. They charge $2 just to email them the document you need to print. And apparently they can't print the whole page you send them because first they cut off the bottom of my document and when I asked them to fix it (all you have to do is fit it to the page) they cut off the side of the document and said that's all we can do. This is my go-to for shipping. Works especially well for Amazon returns - they just scan my phone and hand me a receipt. Easy! Place is always neat and orderly. It's very compact so there can be a line sometimes. But, it goes quick - they are friendly and professional there. They had a funny birthday card today of a cat vomiting a rainbow. This place is a scam. They charge double the rate then any other regular USPS store, cost me $10 to ship a bracelet in an envelope to another county in Texas. This place is WAY over priced. Would not recommend coming here. read more

We needed a notary quickly so we did a search for nearby. Ups has them and we were able to make an appointment online! Great! Except, when we arrived for our 9 am appointment, after patiently waiting, we were told the notary doesn't come in until 10:15. So we schedule to come back when the notary is back. It appeared when we walked in that there were two lines so we got into the line that had the notary. While waiting we were told to form everyone into one line, even if we did have an appointment. Once we saw the notary it was smooth. Be aware of actual availability times and if there's only supposed to be one line, keep it that way. read more

Delivers my mail properly ALL THE TIME! Been trading with them since 2000. On my 14th Year!!! Had a couple of issues with them holding packages for me. I have to remind them I don't live next door to them. Call in mail check and package check. Certified mail acceptance and refusals available.. And yes Krystal it is clean and organized.
