I saw the "UPS" sign in the window and assumed that they would be able to take care of a simple scan and hand off. But apparently, this location does not take "Amazon" returns. Well, not every package handling service can do it all. The staff seemed to only be one person, and her name is "Valory". She was very polite and friendly. Though she said she couldn't help, but she was able to direct me to the nearest UPS which was near by. So thank you very much, Valory.

It is a really small UPS Store being 'inside' a small pharmacy. They only had one employee working the counter and since it is so small it may never have more than one, even on a very busy day like the day after Christmas. Even with only one person things weren't slow if all you have is an Amazon return. They had a ton of boxes for return and were running out of room. So if you go be prepared to wait a little due to staffing. I can't speak for the shipping costs as all we had was a return. Glad to have this little store in the neighborhood for our Amazon returns.
