Friday 7/2 I dropped a packaged to be sent out, and Thank God, they were closed along with USPS yesterday 7/5. I realized I packed up the wrong item I sold, and noticed the mistake 7/4. So I called up first thing today, and talked to the nicest woman Skylar! She was able to immediately pull and hold my package until I could arrive and fix the mistake. She opened my box and shipped the rest of my packages while I repackaged the correct item. She was so nice and friendly to not just me, after a long weekend and TS Elsa, but everyone that came in while I worked. I will just start going here and avoiding the long ridiculous line at out USPS store. So many people are there at all hours, but Goin'Postal works so fast there's hardly a wait. I'm so great full for their service! She helped me with my problems that I created, and she did it with humor and a wonderful disposition! It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

We talked tats & everything random. Of course I was the only customer in this adorable tiny post office. There are two service registers, but I'm unsure if there were two employees on the clock. I noticed the newer (& larger) available PO Boxes outside for those wanting to pick up their mail after hours. If only all postal experiences could go this smoothly:) Here's to the benefits of small town, old fashioned service! UPDATE: A Hong Kong Amazon contractor ("Betty" from Tennessee-- lol) would not refund me the $40 I spent on a counterfeit fabric shower curtain. I stupidly had not insured the return package, but I did lose the receipt. Catherine, head postal worker here, went through 3 days of receipts to locate my initial transaction, & (without me asking) gave me a printed copy of it & proof my package was received two days after I mailed it. She was happy to help. What other post office will do that for a customer? Yes, I am impressed w/ this small town service center!
