I'll try to keep this short and sweet as possible. I've had two wonderful back-to-back experiences at this UPS location, and both truly meant more to me than the staff probably realized. My first visit was on 11/08 with Christina or Christine, I wish I remembered her name perfectly because she was incredible. I live with severe agoraphobia, and that day I was also mailing something very emotional. I was overwhelmed, anxious, and apologized for being a little scattered. She showed nothing but patience and kindness. We ended up having the loveliest conversation while she helped me through the process, and she genuinely calmed me down. My second visit was today, 12/1, with Samantha, and once again I was met with the same warmth and compassion. Lines are very hard for me, especially knowing people are waiting behind me, but she made the whole experience feel easy with simple conversation and kindness. Not many people truly understand agoraphobia, but both of these women treated me with such grace and zero judgment. Their kindness mattered more than they'll ever know. I am incredibly grateful for them and for the care they showed during moments that were very hard for me. read more

I'm writing this review immediately after leaving the store. I arrived at 5:58 PM and found the front door already locked, even though the posted closing time is 6:00 PM. The young man working -- wearing a face mask -- saw me point to the time on my phone but simply walked to the back instead of assisting. I've been going to my local UPS Store for over 10 years without a single issue -- until today. I waited in line for 25 minutes behind a customer who couldn't decide how she wanted her packages shipped. The delay wasn't about volume; it was indecision. Everyone in line was frustrated. When I finally spoke up, an employee named Samantha said: "At least she's paying." I was there with an Amazon return. I walk with a cane. I'm a double transplant patient with a foot amputation. Standing for long periods is painful. That comment was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely out of line -- especially toward a disabled customer. UPS, your employees represent your brand. Disabled customers are still customers. We deserve respect too. read more

The sister store accepted and shipped my package with no issues....People need to learn and adapt to their policies and stop giving people the run around. read more

I come here often and the customer service has gone down hill. There's usually always 1 person up front and then staff in the back doing God knows what. And when it's busy with a line, the workers are super slow and continue to talk and complain about how busy it is. Ugh hello?! What did they expect with this type of business? I have been going to this store for 7 years. The staff is great. The problem is they are severely understaffed. They used to have 3 to 4 employees working. For the past few months, there has only been one employee at a time. This makes the wait in line at least 30 minutes each visit which is unacceptable. read more

So I usually come here to do returns for Amazon which is usually very quick. On Saturday and Sundays they do get busy. Today I wanted to go get some papers printed and they said it's $4.99 for service fee and 0.30 each copy I'm like that's insane! What is the service fee for? I'm just trying to print papers. It's not hard to print a paper. My printer isn't working so I thought hey go to local ups to support the business especially since it's a franchise. I'm good, thank you. Absolutely horrendous customer service. The guys who work here are nice but don't know anything about good customer service. We came in to open a mailbox. The gentleman behind the counter said we needed registration and ID. Cool. We'll be back. We come back later and Second Gentleman asked, is this personal or for business? Ok, that's a new question. For business. Oh then you also need your articles of organization. Fine. We'll be back. Not sure why the first guy didn't ask if it was personal or for business. Before leaving we asked if we needed anything else. They said no. We come back later and after 20-25 minutes of photocopying my paperwork and making me sign papers, they tell me they don't have any medium size mailboxes available at this time. 3 total trips just to find out we can't even get a mailbox. The very first guy could have asked all these questions and check for availability. Please put these guys through training again! Pitiful! read more

Why is it everywhere you go nowadays, you hear workers complaining about their job. It is literally a job, if you don't like it, find something in it that is good and worth your time. But seriously, walking in as a customer and all you hear are the workers complaint about how much returns they're trying to process or how busy it was on a Monday, like yeah, it is expected to be busiest on Monday's and at that a Monday after a holiday weekend. I guess, be thankful you have a job and treat customers with respect. Maybe a greeting or asking if they're making a return or dropping off a package would be a nice way to break the ice. This lady literally didn't say a word and I had to ask what it is she was waiting on and she responds with "I'm just waiting for you to scan" Like was I suppose to read her mind? Do not use this store to ship imported items !! Employee at store stole my package and preceded to use my cell phone I was shipping. THEY NEVER SENT MY PACKAGE OUT!! It was verified thru UPS customer service. This store is a franchise. I was prompted to file investigation. I have proof from AT&T when my phone was used while in possession at this store. Ive been coming here for years. Sometimes its so crowded that the line goes out the door, but don't fear the workers get you in and out in the line moves so quickly. Every employee that I have encountered working there has always been helpful nice and efficient. I purchased a lot from Amazon on constantly have Amazon returns this is the easiest and quickest location to do my returns at. And if you ever have outgoing mail you can just set it on the side counter they will take care of it for you no need to wait in line. And a weird flex but i have to mention about the store is whatever air freshener they use smells so darn good. Never been in the store one time even full of people on a hot summer day and had it not smell good. read more

Not sure if he was having a bad day, but Francisco was definitely rude and could use some work on his customer service skills. I was returning a SHEIN package (for the first time, I usually like what I order) and waited in line for a few minutes before he came from the back to assist with the line and called me to the front. I had 2 visible shein bags and as I approached him, he annoyedly said "That needs to be packaged." I told him the shein instructions said just to show the barcode and he said "check them again." So I did and I didn't see anywhere where it says to package them yourself. Maybe I'm used to Amazon returns, because they don't make you package most of the time, but I showed him the instructions and he said "it says PACK-AGE, not I-TEMS". He pointed out their packing items for sale in the back but I didn't want to buy them or even deal with him anymore so I just left. Maybe I should've checked with the reviews first because they're not good but Francisco's attitude definitely wont help bring them up if he continues speaking to people like that. read more

Today I witnessed the young woman behind the counter telling a disabled man that the price for 1 copy went up from .25 cents to .30 cents. The man politely told her he only had a quarter. She toyed with him about the price and finally told him she would accept the quarter. He offered to get more money or bring it back later. THIS IS NOT THE ISSUE. The man left the counter and as he was walking out the woman went in the back and started joking with other employees about the man that obviously comes frequently for copies and pays with nickels and dimes. The man was still in the store and heard the laughter and the conversation. He paused at the door and looked back at the other customers in the store and was truly embarrassed. This type of behavior is unacceptable. There should be HR oversight to help mean people learn we are all the same and deserve respect. read more

I needed help yesterday returning a package to Amazon and the young guy behind the counter offered no help. Absolute lack of customer service. It was like trying to talk to a wall or a person who is dead inside. He stood there silent when I asked for help. I usually get good service when the manager is here which is why I keep coming back. I was thinking of mailing Christmas gifts from this location, but I will use the post office and the UPS store in Loma Linda. UPDATE: I got great help when I went to the UPS store in Loma Linda. They helped me figure out the return issue with Amazon. They are so well organized and their customer service was great! There was a line but I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes! We received a notary and although the person that does the notary was very nice, he forgot the seal. A few days later, as I was preparing my documents I noticed the missing seal, I called them and made them aware of the situation and asked for a refund since I would have to return for a second time and there would be a delay on sending my documents. I was denied the refund and I asked to speak with the Manager, a woman named Holly picked up the phone. She was very rude to me; raising her voice and hanging up on me. I called back and spoke with a third person and although he repeated the unfair policies, he was professional. Holly is very unprofessional and in my opinion should not be the manager as she lowers the standard of the UPS brand. read more

Wow!!!! What a SCAM this place is!!!! Whats funny is I even gave them a 2nd chance and they still schisted me!!! I own an online store whereby I ship items. .. The first encounter I needed to pack and mail 3 small glass jars...like boot-box size. They gave me a reasonable quote. ..then proceeded afterward to pack in a box wayyyy bigger than necessary. ...after it was packed by them they tell me its not gonna be $30 to ship, its gonna be $80!!!!! Because they had already packed it I felt I had no choice but to pay...I did...left in tears. Stupidly I returned with a mirror I needed to have packed and shipped. This time I asked for a close estimate. I had weighed and measured myself. Lady quoted $30 to pack and $45 to ship....it took them over 45min to pack it. When I went to pay they said it would now suddenly be $40 for packing and $120 to ship!!! W......t....f?????? How do u F-up a quote THAT BAD????? SHE SNOTTILY SAYS "I TOLD U IT WAS AN ESTIMATE!!" Im like dude an estimate is meant to be close...not 1/3 of actual cost! It was then I knew their scam....pack it...then hike price bc the customer will have no choice! !! Not this time UPS Highland!!! I grabbed it and threw it in my suburban and bailed!!! Absolutely WRETCHED business. ....rude, trashy...especially that older lady!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REDLANDS USPS however! I took box there...they said that the ginormous box ups highland packed it in was unecessary and that they clearly did it to push the size into the "oversized" shipping category thereby tripling the price...redlands usps helped me repack and cut box down FREE and ship for a reasonable price. I asked the clerk how much stamps were since the price increase. He said he didn't know. How much for 20 stamps? $16.40! That's a bit high, I said. Well we have charges from the Post Office that we add on-- this is a franchise. I hesitated but was in a hurry so I gave him $20.40. Not paying attention, he didn't give me my $4.00 back in change. I went back in and told him "you didn't give me my change," so then he asked for my receipt, I said, " you threw it away." He retrieved it out of the trash bin, looked it over and said, "oh, yeah, I didn't." Next day I called a few stores to get their price on stamps, $13.50! Went back to the store to get a refund and the manager rudely said, "we don't give refunds on stamps and you don't have a receipt, so I cannot give you a refund." So if I had my receipt I would've gotten a refund. I told her the man that waited on me is down at the end of the counter, he can tell you. She said that I had to have a receipt and walked away while I was still talking. Highland store is a rip-off!! read more

This store is a mess. Dropped off packages and the tracking never shows updated. The manager, Heidi, blames the pick up guy not scanning the items and says she can't help. She then refers to "the hub" for help cuz it left her store and she has no responsibility over it. It's been over a week now with my package sent nowhere to be found. I went to redlands ups store where the tracking was updated over night, and shows it would be delivered next day. Avoid this location at all costs. It's trash with trash service. read more
