Do. Not. Come. Here. They almost always open late, closer to 9:20 when it's supposed to be 9:00. The owners here are incredibly rude. When I was dropping off a package, another customer was complaining about a package THEY (UPS) lost, and all the owner said to them was "it happens...nothing we can do about it." Came here often to mail my stuff. They take care of usps mails to but they charge a fee for it. Quick service. They do fingerprint too. There was one time I didnot tape the box right and they put more tapes on the box, that was nice. read more

I just stopped in at this store during rush hour and there was no parking at all outside. I decided to just park in a red zone and run inside to grab a package I had held here. There were multiple people in line in front of me, so I thought I would have to leave so that I wouldn't get a ticket. The nice woman behind the counter saw my concern as I kept checking my car and she decided to grab my package for me while helping the other customers. It's really great getting customer service where someone is able to multitask and help out several people at a time. I appreciate the quick service! read more

Beware. If you're here for printing and need to use the computer, it's a $3.00 minimum charge or for the first ten minutes. If your visit is anything like mine, they'll neglect to tell you until you pay for your prints. I'll be visiting Kinkos for my printing needs from now on. read more

Very unhelpful clerk. I had to drop off a box to send for repair. I had the box all ready, but the prepaid label was not taped on. The clerk told me I would need to pay $2 for him to tape the label on. I went home, taped the label on, and took the box down the road to the Millbrae UPS Store instead. First experience..no problem. I didn't know how to scan and email my doc ( yea, I know-everyone knows how to do that) and the lady there was so helpful and made sure everything I did was correct and received. Yes, I would go there for all my stuff. 1st impressions are important to me :) read more

They charge too much!!! Print a shipping label at home then just drop it off there or anywhere else!!! The first time I went to drop off a package with a prepaid shipping label, the guy was friendly. He asked me to put the box down where the others were but when he saw that I was pregnant, he assisted me. When I went back again, I felt like I was charged so much! The girl was trying to tell me that UPS does not guarantee ground shipping anymore because of the holidays and that I should use their Air services - which were $200+! When I firmly said I wanted ground shipping, she had no choice. Prior to going, I thought of printing a shipping label ($16 - max dimensions and weight already) but when I got there she was charging me double. When I talked to UPS Customer Service online (via chat and Twitter), they said retail locations are apparently allowed to do this! I was short on time so I had to pay the full amount but NEVER AGAIN. What a waste! One star for the lady that called because she couldn't understand my email (even though we went through the spelling together) so she told me my tracking number. This store is ridiculous. They charged us $150 for packing my monitor and CPU to ship to Canada. We were short on time and hungry so had no choice but to go with them. They didn't explain the pricing and we didn't know that UPS stores are independently owned - they can charge whatever they want. After we learned that it cost so much, we decided not to ship our other package. The Indian lady kept telling us if we change our minds, come back and ship it as if the pricing is negotiable. Yeah, right. These guys are vampires. They will never get my business again. read more

Great service and fast! I came here to ship a package. They offered to pack my box more safely with an additional cost. They also offered me a range of shipping options as well. In understanding the prices, I realized that this is a small business that pays commission to UPS and does not dictate the prices. The prices are preset by UPS not the small business (the UPS store). All UPS stores work this way. They are at the mercy of corporate UPS, so people need to get over the prices. The store was clean and the owner was pleasant. I will be returning here again for shipping. read more

I have been here 3-4 times in the last few months. I have always had a hassle free experience. Have been in and out of the store in 5mins every time. The couple handling the store is very easy going, and let's you know all the options that you have while sending a letter or package. Transparency at it's best with great response times! read more

Dishonest business. I went in with a usb thumb drive to print out one page of black and white copy. They charged me $3 to use the computer (just putting my usb in and print). Such a scam. We are here to share our experience good or bad. Some businesses are there to provide services and make money; some just take money as this one. The man notarized a form for me to send overseas. He did it his notary school way? The form was returned, instruction was to just sign, date, and stamp, took less than a minute. They charged me again, claiming it is not their fault! Do we get paid to get the job done? I repeated the process at my expense. I have given them packing material that they can sell, instead of me throwing away. If I could give 0 star, i would! Just horrible! I walked in on a rainy day to drop of prepaid packages. There was no customer and this old worker who was talking on the phone loudly and put the call on SPEAKER!!! Doesn't acknowledge me or greet. I went up to counter and drop off the packages. He walked to the count while still TALKING ON THE PHONE. Definitely not business related. He doesn't say anything to me and started to scan my packages and gave me the receipt. Throughout this whole time his call was on speaker and he talks loudly on the phone and doesn't say a word to me. Just wow.. No greeting. No thank you. So unprofessional and rude. I could understand the day might be boring and he wants to talk on the phone and brags about how his son own this location blah.blah..blah... but good God.. would it kill the old man to put that call on hold for a minute and provide some customer service!!! This UPS Store seems to be following a trend of terrible service (delivery service/commitment to the service of delivery) of products. I was charged over $50 to package and ship a gift to my sister - only to have it returned to me. Although a delivery glitch, this store, another one (not "affiliated" with the original store) and the general Customer Service department did nothing to help get this problem reconciled. In addition, another family member in FL had a similar shipping issue. I recommend the good 'ole US Postal Office in the future. If nothing else, it's much cheaper!! read more

The two people running his ups store were helpful when I needed a couple color prints done, but they were having difficulty getting them to print properly on the page, and eventually figured out how to get the sizing right. I was happy until they tried to charge me for all of the prints they messed up. The man tried to charge me more than $10. I told him that seemed unfair because I was only getting two prints. He lowered the price to $8.64 and I paid it just to get on with my day. I just looked at the receipt and saw that I was charged for 8 prints. I am an immigration attorney and sent a few clients here, after first checking with the guy to verify that they could do FBI fingerprint checks. My clients arrived and they were treated rudely and disrespectfully. The guy looked over their passports and told them they didn't have the right border stamp so he wouldn't take their fingerprints. His job is not Border Control--it's fingerprinting. If he wants to work for ICE, then he should apply there. I won't send people here again, and if you're an immigrant, you won't feel welcome here. read more

Dropped off my package with a label and the girl scanned it. a week went by and UPS tracking showed no movement. Tracking said the package was still at the UPS store. Called the store and they said UPS picked up all the packages. Called UPS again and they said they dont have the package. Called the store again and they said they didnt have my package and they dont track it how many packages UPS picked up, couldnt even tell me when UPS last came to pick up packages. Asked me to go to the store and try to find it myself. Are you kidding me? I've dropped off my package with them and even got a receipt and they refused to do anything, and asked me to call UPS to call them? what kind of business is this? I've dropped off my package there and therefore they should be responsible for it. I've dropped off packages with other UPS stores before and never had a problem. Will not use this store again.
