    Horribly slow every time we come here. Also, there is a $6 printing fee for labels which is 6 to 12 times more expensive than any other UPS we go to. Absolute garbage location. Go somewhere else and save your time and sanity.

    Offensive pricing. I've honestly had enough. This package: $200 overnight. $170 by next week. Minimum $100 to go to Georgia. At this point you guys have lost your marbles. You need to be publicly shamed and bullied. Enough is enough.

    Total rip off! I went in to ship something with a printed label. The employee working at this UPS store charged me $6 to put a single piece of tape on my box!! Didn't tell me that him "taking care of" closing the box for me was gonna be $6!!! I used the smallest box which was almost $8!! Then also charged $2.50 for a 6" bubble wrap. Total rip off! Never going to this location again. Have never had such an experience at any other UPS stores.

    I just had a horrendous experience at this location. I brought in an Amazon package that clearly states UPS Store will pack and ship for free in the instructions. But as a courtesy, I packed the return anyways. The manager of the store, I believe Suzan, stated she wont accept it because of a sticker in the box. No problem, as I removed the sticker she says YOU CANT DO THAT. Why not? Who knows. Ok, as I mentioned earlier, I just packed it as a courtesy. This paper from Amazon specifies you will pack and ship for free. Manager: 'NO, THATS NOT TRUE.' I had it on my phone and as a print out and she was like NO, Call UPS corporate thats not true... All of this in front of 10 other people in line. So embarrassing. I am still trying to keep my cool and since today is the last day for the return I ask for how much is the charge for them to pack it, she says $25 dollars... for a small box? What?? Bad service AND overpriced. I've never encountered any issues processing Amazon returns with UPS store except at this location. So I went to the store down the street and guess what? NO PROBLEM. Avoid a headache, drive a few more minutes and stay far away from this store.

    I went here originally to get fingerprinted. The owner provided the service and was very reasonably…read morepriced. He was also quite personable and friendly. I then had to send out 3 mailings of various types on a different day and decided to go back. The staff (a gentleman) was very kind and helpful.     If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.
