Charged per packager over limit? People use this for that specific reason, now if I get more than 10 a moth I gee a fee? Married? Opp that's another fee, extra $5 a month for another person added on. Leave a package for an extra day? FEE. F-ING ridiculous. My wife and I will be changing mailbox services, FEDEX is literally in the same shopping center, and doesn't have all the extra fees, the owners of this location should be ashamed of their outright greed. read more

Hannah at this UPS store is amazing and has the patience of angel. I watched her deal with a difficult customer and she did it with grace. She used deescalation tactics to the best of her ability and remained calm which is hard to do when some people/ customers cannot be satisfied and get frustrated and take it out on the wrong person. Went to UPS store to drop off a very heavy box to return and went into store to try and find a trolley or find some way to get the box into the store! A man (who worked there) offered to help and brought a trolley and moved the box from my trunk to the UPS store- He said his name was Joseph and he was the manager and he was so amazing to help ( before being asked) I just wanted to say how nice it was to have someone be so efficient and hope his customer service skills are recognized - so rare to find those traits. If there is no grace period then it should be stated when you schedule. 5 minutes and we loose our 30 minute appointment that we both took off work for and recruited a witness for. I had a very complicated series of legal documents that I needed to make additional copies of for family members. As I was asking Joseph at the counter how to proceed with this he immediately said " I can help you with that if you would like me to do that". This required staples to be removed and replaced on many different sets of documents and attention to detail so that nothing got mixed up. This is a really convenient UPS location in PB. I often drop packages off here for work, on the way from one work location to the other. This is located in a busy shopping center, so parking can be difficult at times. But with the closing of Charlie's Best Bread next door, it is a little easier to find a spot now. It is just steps away from a Fedex location as well. Staff is always friendly, and my interaction is always brief because I'm dropping off prepaid packages. They have a bin located close to the door, where you can drop off prepaid packages if you don't need a receipt. This is great because you don't have to wait in line. read more

I have been coming here for a long time now and everytime I needed to print something I have NEVER been charged a $3 email fee just to print ONE piece of paper... thats crazy. The paper was 79 cents and just to email it is $3???? Never heard of that before. I also had to go and help the lady figure out how to print my paper lol. I should've at least been discounted for helping her do her job. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because the guy that works here has always been very fast, helpful and efficient with his job. read more

I have a post office box here and receive my packages. I picked up my package today, Sunday, and had exceptional service from Naja. I watched Naja manage three customers and no problems raised. Never fails.. they've lost drones that were held for pickup.. charged me for labels that are suppose to be free.. and asking why is pointless because sheep working have no clue about anything (or play dumb really well. I've been coming to this UPS Store for years (literally) and without fail, the Customer Service is wonderful. Malik is especially helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I went into the store with an oversized item hoping to return it but what I was given from the Seller was not a pre-paid label. He pointed that out and suggested I get the label from the Seller, instead of shipping and trying to get reimbursed to avoid a large out-of -pocket expense. Wow, I waited in line for 30 minutes to drop off a prepaid label. I wanted to make sure I got a receipt to return my router. They have a customer kiosk where I guess you can DIY, but a lady was over there with like 500 Amazon packages, she was still there when I left. She might still be over there... Parking lot is madness, people walk out in front of your car without even looking. On my way in and out. It was really nerve wracking. Chyaaaaahhhh, I would not come back. Ever. read more

My review is about the $2 rip off they charge to print a label when you can buy 100 sheets of paper for like $10. Also, this service should be free if you have a mailbox here. They already charge $90 to have a mailbox so why don't they not scam people out of more money who come here frequently. Enough with the greed. Most of the employees are nice although I've dealt with some rudeness here and there. I'm updating my review since they refunded me recognizing me as a mailbox holder. I moved from San Diego to Montana and stopped in here before picking up a U-Haul to make the drive. I had visited many times before, and while I had always had a pleasant experience, the last time really sealed the deal. Belen assisted me and, after understanding the reason for my visit (to drop off a Spectrum router because I was moving), offered personal expertise and the option to freight ship the items I had planned on driving up in a U-Haul. Her knowledge of the moving industry paired with her willingness to help made this an easy sell, especially because the total to freight ship my items was cheaper than the truck + gas + fees would have been anyways. The process was simple (we dropped my items off in the alley behind the store) and the UPS store team made moving pain-free. The items arrived about a week and a half later, carefully wrapped like Christmas Day. The one thing this did make me very aware of is the comparative environmental impact of to the semi, large number of packing supplies disposed of, etc. Regardless, I didn't even know this was possible before stopping in to my (previous) neighborhood's UPS store by chance, and I am so grateful I did! Imagine you have a very important document to print out. You are standing in front of your printer that has "low ink" warning and praying to all the gods that it would print those 14 pages just fine. But no. It only prints 13 and now it's 5pm and you have to get that one page printed before tomorrow. So that's how I ended up in a UPS store 3606 desperate to print that one page in the last hour of their operation. A very kind gentleman (unfortunately, I did not get his name) greeted me right away at the entrance and asked how he could help. I explained that I needed only one page to be printed and he walk me through how I could email the information to the store printer. Given that I needed only one page printed (and how stressed I looked) he did not charge me for it at all. It was truly a kind gesture and literally made my day. Great customer service is a massive perk to have that attracts more customers. By doing a small gesture for me, your store has earned a loyal customer for her shipping/printing needs. I live closer to another location but I drive out of my way to come here because it's always the quickest, easiest and hassle-free. Everyone seems real and down to earth, helpful and don't try to charge for every little tiny thing like the other ones. The Claremont location wanted to charge per minute for the computer so that I could email myself from my phone and then forward that email to them so they could charge me for the one printed page.
