We recently had a large last-minute shipment (11 huge and heavy boxes) that had to be delivered asap and they got our boxes to their final destination, which was Indianapolis, Indiana right on time (3 days). We love that there is never a line, they are very organized and fast. They also have a lot of the supplies you may need that is not available at the post office. I really like coming to this postal service. I am horrible with knowing what the best most cost efficient way to ship is and when I come here I know that they will help me make the best choice. I had to ship some Christmas presents to orphans in Pakistan and the shipping was so expensive that the owner not only helped me pack a box tight but also gave me a discount. Zero stars! The worst! Absolutely terrible! The positive reviews must be fake. I signed up for a business post box, paid for a year in advance, filled out tons of forms and even got a document notarized, which cost me $15, and they won't let me receive business mail in that box!? What the hell!? Whoever heard of a business mailbox that won't accept business mail? These guys are total losers and their office is very hard to drive to just to make matters worse. The clerks are uniformly unhelpful and brain dead, the owner is worse. I hope they go out of business and stop inflicting themselves on people who just want to get some mail. PS: I went to a competitor of theirs and got what I wanted, no problem. read more

This place came through in a pinch. I needed to use the computer rental services and the staff was so helpful. I was able to get done what I needed to get done working off my thumb drive. The FedEx Store near me couldn't offer a working external usb port. I highly recommend this shop. read more

This place is amazing. I sell a lot of stuff on Poshmark and don't always have the proper boxes or envelopes but the employees are always friendly and helpful. They make my shipping experience easy and effortless. I love supporting small family-owned businesses! So much easier to come here than other places to mail packages. They are so nice and provide great service. I love that they have all of my addresses saved in their computer and it all prints neatly onto the shipping label. It saves me time since I don't have to address my packages. And typically I send care packages to the same family & friends so that makes it really easy. As another Yelper mentioned, there is a 30% off FexEx offer for checking in on Yelp and I forgot to check in until afterwards, so I missed out... D'oh! NOTE: they moved locations on Sept 2, 2014. Instead of being in the same building with Starbucks on Clairemont Drive, they are now in the same small center below next to Mandarin Wok. It's a bigger space and they are getting settled. read more

This mailbox store is reasonably priced, staffed by friendly people, and organized well. Fantastic experience. I stopped into Postal Connections to print, scan, copy, fax, and mail. First of all, remember to check in! There's a check in offer that gives you a certain percentage off (I think it's 30%) of shipping with FedEx. I forgot to check in until after I left and then noticed the deal. So, always look to Yelp.... The store is clean and the computer was quick. I've used at mailbox stores that must have really old processors, because they are very slow. No issues with this computer. Also, the prices for scanning and faxing were downright cheap compared to some I've seen in San Diego. The employee was super friendly and got me out of there very quickly. Very pleased and would absolutely return if I need similar services in the future. read more

Very slow and then once I got up to front of line they did not have the required overnight packaging for UPS

went to UPS to get an estimate for packing and shipping a box with loose items inside. They told me it'd be $54 including everything. i left and went to postal connections instead and they did it for $32. the woman was very helpful and friendly. she seemed to genuinely want to help me and was brainstorming ideas of how she could pack the items to best insure that nothing would break. quick and efficient service! my advice would be to avoid shipping anything entirely because it's damn expensive. but if you must, postal connections is the way to go. read more

I live right down the street from Postal Connections, right off Clairemont Dr. In the opposite direction of my house, there's a UPS store, which I went to previously to mail my packages to my best friend and her daughter who live on the east coast. Today I decided to try Postal Connections for the first time, especially considering their great Yelp reviews. I went inside, and found a box to mail my items, brought it to the counter and the owner of the store was extremely kind. She commented on how cute the stuffed elephant was that I got for my niece and said she'd love it. Then she waited patiently as I rummaged through my purse to find the yellow piece of paper I'd written the address on. She continued to wait patiently and make small talk as I called my roommate and had them find that paper that I left at home and read me the address. She gave me paper to write it down on, and she shipped it all off for 10 bucks. She removed the packing peanuts from my charge and they give you a free tracking number to track your package. She was welcomming and kind and I can see why she has so many return customers. I'll definitely be going here to ship any and all packages in the future. read more

Ann Marie helped me launch my first batch of mailers and completely failed at informing me on how to best utilize my advertising space, and afterwards was totally irrational in making up for her mistake and rectifying the situation. My advise is find another postal service and save your money read more
