I had a very upsetting experience at this UPS location today. The employee who assisted me, an Asian woman (I am also Asian), was extremely rude and raised her voice at me. I came in with very heavy packages and was clearly struggling to lift them just to show her the label. She did not offer any help and instead stood there watching me struggle. She then told me my box was not taped enough, even though it was already taped exactly how it arrived at my home. I never even opened the box because it contained very heavy chairs that I was planning on returning. If one small corner needed additional tape, that could have been easily addressed, but she was unwilling to offer any solution and denied my return. I also showed her another Amazon return, and she said it was the wrong label with a lot of attitude. I double-checked, and it was the correct label that clearly stated no box and no label were needed. Because of how dismissive and unhelpful she was, I ended up having to take the 100 lb box back home. It was physically difficult for me to even bring the package into the store, and the lack of basic courtesy made the experience humiliating and stressful. I have never had an experience like this at any UPS before. Due to how I was treated, I left without completing any of my returns. This was extremely disappointing customer service, and the way this situation was handled was unprofessional. - update I want to clarify a few things because I was disappointed with the response from this business. I did not refuse help. She never offered help in the first place. She also never offered any options for tape or any solution. She simply kept saying the box was not taped enough with a rude and dismissive tone while watching me struggle with a very heavy package. At that point I gave the same energy back that I was being given. I think most people would react when they are spoken to rudely, denied service, and not offered any assistance at all. For additional context, I took this exact same sealed package to another UPS location the next day and they accepted it with no problem and even helped me. This clearly shows the issue was not the package but how this location handled the situation. The box was sealed exactly as it arrived from the vendor. Being spoken to rudely and having staff stand by while I struggled was my experience and that experience is valid. I'm going to update this review - I wish I could leave negative stars for this location. The response from the business owner was not objective and even try to clarify the details. The owner was not even there the day of my visit or even tried to reach out to discuss with me to understand my experience the day of the incident. Rather, they ASSUMED what happened. I was the ONLY customer in the store to drop off my package. Simply even asking the customer to do THEIR job is inappropriate. If a business asks a customer to do this, then they need to review their policies and Standard Operating Procedures because even this small ask would not pass in large corporations. By the way, when I was driving out, the front desk lady STROLLED to the UPS driver. She did NOT run, did not even walk fast and had NO PACKAGE IN HAND. Was around the area and needed to drop off a package and found this UPS. My husband was driving so he didn't think it was in the hotel. So I looked on yelp and let him know it's in deed attached to the hotel. Came in an hour before closing time. Super clean store. Two workers here that greeted me. Was a quick trip, no one else was here. I'm assuming cuz the time that is why. My time is valuable so the quick service is a must! read more

Asian lady owns this store and is very unprofessional. She was rude both times I came in to ship packages. Never greeted me. Today, I went in to return a phone. The box and shipping label was provided, however I needed to tape the box closed. She attempted to place the label over the ok being without taping it. When I insisted that she do it correctly, she charged me $3 for taping the box closed! Isn't this a standard that you make sure the package is secured prior to placing the shipping label on the box? I had no problems paying the fee but she was found to leave the gap with the box open and only place the label on top. Which means after being tossed around in transit it would have dropped out. Horrible service. We brought three Amazon returns and each return they had issues with and refused to label them. Will never be coming back. [Edit/Reply] Correction, we brought two larger Amazon returns and one small box (the box of a ring camera). On the app, both the larger Amazon returns stated that a UPS store would package the items. You blamed us and said we must be wrong, even though the barcode you scanned was for the correct item. We did not storm out. After you voided the barcode, when we were attempting to tell you that it was the accurate barcode, we left because you were not being reasonable. Please stop gaslighting customers online once they openly speak out about your rude treatment. read more

We needed to return something from Amazon and they made us pay for packaging when Amazon doesn't require us to provide any packaging. I've been to this location for returns several times, as it is located close to my workplace and residence. I've even gotten something notarized here. While the customer service is usually just average and they aren't very friendly or welcoming, that doesn't usually bother me since I'm typically in and out quickly, today was a bit of a different story. I had 3 returns for 3 orders that were placed separately, but it was a combined return for all 3 orders. Once I received the QR code for the return, the instructions stated to place items in original packaging with all of the labels and barcodes remaining. So, I taped them all back up as instructed. When I came in, the older man was working and he said there is only one label so they need to be in the same packaging....I did not realize that the 1 QR code would mean 1 label. So, yes, I was annoyed since I took the time to repack the items and followed the instructions provided. I asked why they wouldn't say that in the instructions and he said "I don't know. I don't work there." Ok, that's fair...I asked if they had a bag I can put them all in and there wasn't something that would work and I remembered I lucky had a box in my car. On my way out he said "you have to tape it too" to which I replied "I have tape". I managed to cram the items into the box, tape it back up and went back in. He was mumbling something under his breath when printing out the label and slapped it on the box. I said "thank you very much" and he ignored me. He then LAUNCHED the box into a pile of other boxes/returns. That was pretty shocking to me...I will still keep coming here since it is convenient, but overall, they could learn a thing or two about providing a more welcoming and warm environment. I don't know how this location stays in business. I'm guessing it's the convenience for the hotel guests. If you can go to literally any other UPS store I would highly recommend it. They seem fine if you need to ship something for UPS. Don't use them for Amazon returns (see many other reviews). I dropped off an Amazon return, got a receipt label, and then it just ... stayed there. I came a a few days later and they said that they'd "process it when they had enough of them". If i only knew this location has all these bad reviews I would have never do business with them. This is one of the worst location when it comes to Amazon return. I gave my package with the QR code that Amazon provider me on 9/6/2022. He printed out a label and and put it on the package and dropped it in the basket. He told me whenever the basket gets full UPS will pick it up. I tracked it after week all it shows the label was created no other information. I called UPS customer service on 9/21 -representative told me your package still at that UPS store.They created case number for me and send a message to facility and told me UPS driver will pick up my package from that store and and get it Amazon on 9/13. I stopped by 9/12/2022 to give the owner heads up that UPS driver will pick my package .His Associate told me rudely will not give my package to the UPS driver and will talk to the UPS driver when he arrives!!! She handed me a piece of paper to read which doesn't apply to my case. My receipt start with 1Z#. Amazon told me unless they receive my package by 10/4 they will not refund my money. This UPS store has a liability for my package since they have the package don't want to give it to UPS driver. If Amazon doesn't receive my package by the end of next week I will get the Media involve to investigate and also open up a dispute with my credit card company. Reply rudely to everybody's comments is an abuse!!! My same comment on yelp and Google isn't, and that is fact. Bottom line is the owner has responsibility for my package. I had a Live Scan fingerprinting completed at this location. The woman helping me was very kind, however, unbeknown to either of us at the time, she failed to enter the proper level of service, therefore the submission only went to the DOJ, it did not go to the FBI. When my future employer informed me of this, I contacted the location and spoke with Stephen. It took a while to sort it out, but he did respond with a very sincere call, with an apology for the error, and offered to redo the scan or refund my money. Apparently, the submission process had changed; in the future, I have full confidence they will provide a great service to anyone needing a Live Scan. Errors, happen... it's how a company resolves the mistake that is a true testimony of its character. read more

Stephen and his wife are the best shippers I have ever come across. They were very transparent in their business practices and even tried to steer me away from shipping something that would've made them a lot of money. I was quoted over 500 dollars on a shipment fee and instead of urging me to go on and ship it, they urged me to save my money even though they would've made money on their end. They could've been selfish and took my money then and there. Shows that they care about the customer. Because of that I shipped anyways lol. I think they deserve the business. An Asian staff's impolite and rude behavior made me mad~I returned my items that I purchased on Amazon, and Amazon do not need prime members packaging items by ourselves. The Asian old man said if he package the items for me, I must purchase a box in their store and should pay him extra fee for packaging!? My son did not insure the $2000 hearing aids he sent but, the package had a legible address and return address on it; he did not get a receipt and he did not make sure it had a tracking number on it so, when it was "lost", I received $100. Where are my $2000 hearing aids? read more

*This review is only for their drop off service* I've come to this location a handful of times. It's connected to the Double Tree hotel and parking is limited to a couple of spots outside the store front. It's never really busy when I'm here which is great for me. Directions to get here: You do NOT need to drive into the Doubletree Hotel paid parking section to get here. Drive into one of the driveways WITHOUT the parking arm that makes you take a ticket. The UPS store is to the right of the main entrance when you are looking at the hotel. Look for the brown UPS truck parked out front. Sometimes I drop off packages for my work. Truck seems to stay until at least 6:15pm, and I've been told sometimes until 6:30pm. The drivers so far have always been friendly with me and greet you with a smile, and it's nice to see them always chatting with the other UPS truck drivers. read more

As others have mentioned about the same particular guy. He has the worst attitude and ZERO customer service. I came in to drop off an AT&T equipment that was sent to me by mistake. This guy came in 10-15 minutes late to open the store and had the audacity to give me an attitude regarding my return. Again, the instructions was given to me by AT&T so don't come at me like I came in just to BS you. His excuse to his loud and rude voice was "this is just how I talk" no, that's not "just" how you talk. You're just mad that you had to open the store and there was already a few people waiting for you. You're lucky your store is even open for you to have a job at this time. I had uploaded a document for print out on the ups website and made a payment already. When I reached the store they said they haven't received anything and it would take several days for it. I told them I already got the status as its ready to be picked up.But they ended up giving shitty excuses. Moreover I had mailed the documents on the store's ups email address but dint get any retrieval code confirming that my documents are ready for pick up. I would definitely recommend fedex over ups. This review is way overdue! Everyone is so nice here. I had a mailbox for over a year so that was my primary experience with this location. Parking was scarce sometimes as hotel guests will park in the designated UPS parking spots but it always worked out. Just glad it was in the neighborhood. Always had good experiences! read more

I had to stop by to get something notarized for work. They are located where double tree hotel is. The employees were very friendly and greeted me as I came into the very small space. Even though there were 4 people ahead of me to get their documents notarized, the guy that does it was pretty fast and efficient. Notary fee is $15. read more

SATURDAY EXPRESS PICK UP TIME DEADLINE IS 4PM I ALWAYS GET THERE AT 4:10PM AND STILL ABLE TO CATCH THE UPS DRIVER AND SHIP IT OUT. EVEN I JUST DO DROP OFFS NEVER PAY THEM MONEY TO SHIP, THE OWNER ARE ALL VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. I always drive way further out of the way to come to this ups as there are always a lot of parking and even when there is a line it is always fast. Today the owners caught a problem with the return labels amazon provided, they saved me from a lot of hassle that would of occurred if I shipped it with the wrong label. They even explained it to Amazon customer service over the phone and went above and beyond to make sure my new shipping labels are correct. Thank you guys so much read more
