There were over ten people in the store at that time and nobody supported me. Overall a good place where you can get all your postal needs fulfilled. I stopped in to drop off a few return packages since it was conveniently on my way home -- big mistake. Chuck (who I believe is the owner) didn't scan any of my packages, which was immediately suspicious. When I questioned it, he said they don't scan these kinds of packages... yet he ended up scanning the FedEx one but not the USPS one. When I asked for a receipt, he refused and said, "We don't do that here." I had never heard of a shipping place that didn't offer drop-off receipts. I was caught off guard and honestly should've asked for my packages back right then, but I was a bit shocked. I turned right back around and came back to retrieve them and he said no because once packages are "past the counter," he couldn't return them and they're already all mixed up. I pointed out that he didn't even scan my packages.. and I could clearly see one of my packages. I even offered to match my ID, but he refused and was incredibly rude about it. I should've read the reviews before stopping by this location.. that's on me. But now I'm so worried my packages will get lost or never make it to their destination.
