The answer I got was their normal 7-10 business. There was no effort to try and help us there at all. Additionally I have been getting a certain price for years, and it randomly went up, and I asked about it, and they asked if I could increase my quantity. If I increased my quantity then usually I get an even better price, but this was not the case unfortunately. I needed to increase from 10K to 15K, just to get close to what I use to get for the 10K pricing. Her responses were very robotic and did not seem helpful or wanting to work with us in anyway, which I was very surprised, being that we have been a customer for so long. To top it off, I sent an email well ahead of time to ship to the manufacturing facility, and instead they shipped it direct to us on the other side of the country. I asked them about it, and got the silent treatment. Very confused as to why they handled it this way.
