I know up selling is a thing but when you give a person a price stay with that price. This lady seems very nice. But it's a face she probably puts on. Went in to buy a box. She told me that she'll cut it. So I paid $11 for the box. She hands me the box and said thank you. I said wait I thought you were going to cut the box. She says that's another charge and she would have to pack it. asked how much. She said $5. After she puts a bunch of tape on one end of the box she left one side open. Sealed it with one piece of tape. Than says it'll be another charge for me to put more tape. I said no. Take your box back. Now you are just trying to get money out of me. She than said ok $5. Don't bother coming to this location. Never have I had issues to return 2 things. 1 from Amazon and the other from shein. Shein explicitly states that I do not have to package the item, however, the person at the counter said that I needed to. Along with my amazon item she said she needed to see the item and then states that I have to purchase tape in order to enclose the package. I was at your store to drop off a return yesterday. I go to this location all the time. This by far is the worst experience. I don't want anyone getting in trouble or fired especially during the holiday season knowing New Year is around the corner. The lady assisting me was being rude, not helpful. Instead of explaining or clarifying herself. She proceed with belittling me by saying "I don't think you understand me" I told her I had never had the experience with the barcode scanner until today. She stated "you needed to turn to light mode" this is the first!!! I told her I never had to do this before. Instead of explaining she continues to type even after I asked her "what can I do?" Clearly show or explain it to me since obviously I never had to adjust my setting from dark mode to light mode. Customer service is important and not everyone is savvy in technology. It's not ok for her to treat people like they understand her, frustrating and bad vibe, she ruin my day. Besides her, an older lady also seems like she's always unhappy/not friendly nor helpful. Train your staff, it's the holiday I understand people don't want to work or stress out but treat people better. Lady with horrible customer service. Notes following from "multiple" experiences. - Think she's the boss and doesn't greet in a friendly way. - Expects us to package Amazon items which are QR code. Stated on the Amazon website that UPS will help package. Usually I package it anyways and sometimes can't. Charges $1 for a strip of packaging tape but says she'll give it free this one time. - If you have multiple packages expect to be lectured and rushed about preparing the amazon app and it to be screened shot on your phone. Love to say your wrong and she right. - Treats you like her employee which makes you carry envelope/package toward a far corner. I recommend she put it behind the counter. There was an experience I've had while returning an amazon package. Except this isn't about my package but the service I've witnessed and experienced. There was a couple of people in front for amazon returns. One person returning 4 items. The young woman behind the register did not even smile or greet the customers. Just "what are you returning." The issue was that the client made an error on showing the wrong QR code and apologized. The woman did not acknowledge the apology and I thought she was gonna help the person out. Nope, just left and attended the other customers with no smile and what are you here for. I practically felt uncomfortable and wanted to get out as soon as possible. It was so painfully forced and anyone with experience in customer service should know patience is key for a striving business. I agree with another review that they said package it yourself that my father told me for his experience but that's another issue. It was the first hour of opening as well and this is unacceptable. Do better at this location and hire people who have patience. We are not at fault for a persons bad day. We at times need help, whether it be our 1st or 100th day. read more

I had been going to this store quite some time to mail my packages but today was different. I had a return to Amazon which I normally return here. The product was sealed and the shipping box was open so when the QR code is scanned, the employee can check it. The employee which I never seen before told me to seal the package before handing to him. I told him it's an Amazon return. He stated it doesn't matter. He stated that he can sealed for me for $2 or buy a roll for $5. Really? The tape gun was behind him and told him to seal it for me after you check the Amazon product. He said he can't do that. UPDATE: The owner replied but doesn't seem to understand the packages WAS taped correctly and the UPS driver who picked up from my home after I called Amazon said this store is full of it and my package was taped fine. I stand by my review. They will tell you your perfectly wrapped package is not secure and proceed to try and charge you to use tape. This place is a scam for passport photos. Stolen $25 from me. - They claim to take photos that are approved for your US Passport but that is entirely incorrect. They take extremely dark photos because they have poor lighting and old digital camera. - They don't have a proper white background or proper lighting. One side of your face will be dark which is against the state's rules for passport photos. - Photos are $25, its $15 at the local Walgreens down the street and they take photos 1000% better. Manager and staff have been really unhelpful and refused to refund me. read more

I've frequented this store for Amazon returns and other shipping needs over the past 10 years or so; I'm not sure if ownership has changed or the owner has just decided to start putting the screws to customers. Went in for two Amazon returns; one was a quick scan QR code and the other was a UPS label that needed to be printed (not sure why Amazon only gave me this option); the QR scan code wasn't and issue, I was charged $4.04 to print a label; this stores policy is now that you must pay $3.50 for "computer time" in addition to .49 for the printout. I've used other UPS Stores where a label printout is on average around $1.50 The store owner's choice to squeeze customers that need a label printed is not OK IMO. Even through this is my closest and most convenient UPS store I will not be returning due to the owner's terrible policies. read more

I f* hate this place or rather the communication between them and the 1800 customer service number. I've been trying to return an amazon item that is suppose to be picked up. Will they came to pick up and missed me, so they left a note saying they would re attempt the next day. Well the next day, they deliver an item, but left and did not pick up anything. I called customer service to try to re schedule a pick up. They tell me now that I need to pay for it. But if I drop it off at a local UPS store it's free. I then ask if the UPS store will generate the label. They say that they will since it's pre paid for. So what I do? Apparently in order to leave a review you must award a star even though the woman who works here is perhaps the most rude woman I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Her name is Nancy. I would guess she either owns or manages this location because surely if she was just an employee she would have been fired for her attitude with customers. Please please stay away from here. They lost my package when I dropped it off with label. They did not give me any receipt and they blamed on me because I did not get the receipt. I have to opened the claims with UPS company. Luckily, the store I ordered willing to refund my money back. 3 months later the guy called and told me bring my ID and tracking number to pick up package. I came and spoke to Asian lady who supposed to be manager or owner store. She gave her a hard time because my first name not match the order, even my last name/ address and tracking number matching.
