Horrible customer service. Amazon only sent me one return label for a set of three boxes, and I was told I needed to contact Amazon to get the other two labels. While I was on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue, the guy with the glasses told me I couldn't leave my boxes in the aisle -- even though I was specifically told to place them there when I first brought them in while waiting for the labels. On top of that, they've lost several of my return packages before. The whole place feels disorganized, and the service is terrible. read more

Likes: + Polite, efficient service. + They do free Amazon returns. - The parking here is almost a nightmare. As you can see in my screenshot, the parking lot is crowded and you may have to park far walk far. The last spot at the end of the alley is for their work vehicle only; we're not allowed to park there. I'd rather do my Amazon returns at other UPS Stores. Not worth the hassle here. read more

The customer service is bad. They blamed me for making the box leaked, even though I made the items safe and secured to prevent leakage. Then they asked me to bring it back. So disappointing. read more

Went in for a scanning then they proceeded to tell me they don't do it so I asked why they promoted it they don't do it so I then proceeded to ask where they know I can go do it and the sent me to another UPS I then ask why there not doing it but promoting it they tell me "it's too much responsibility for us we don't wanna do it" and they were so rude about it. read more

I drop large, heavy boxes at many UPS locations for my job. I have to give credit to this location for having their front door propped open! Almost every location is a pull door entry making bringing heavy, large boxes inside a challenge. The man and woman that were working today were both also incredibly friendly. I don't normally feel the need to review a UPS store but I felt the need to since this was actually a more pleasant experience than normal! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE When I came here, I only needed to print a total of 6 pages. While sending the files to be printed via their email, the first time the network was loading for too long, so I pressed cancel and sent it again. I did not know that the first email was still successfully sent, so they ended up receiving my email twice. As a result, they printed 8 pages instead of the 6 pages I requested. Even after I returned the 2 extra pages to them and clearly explained that it was due to a network lag and was not intentional, they still charged me for all 8 pages. There was a man working there, wearing glasses, who asked the cashier, "It's the customer's fault, right? Then the customer has to pay." He also said that "If the customer sends however many emails, we print them all, and we don't need to check whether they are duplicates or not." Honestly, I was shocked by this attitude. This was not intentional, and I already explained the situation hoping for some understanding. However, his attitude felt like, "I don't care what happened to you." I only want fairness , to pay for the service I actually received, which is the 6 PAGES that I physically took with me. UPS is a large company, and handling customers this way is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. read more

The clerk Daniel zhao upsell and charge my brother $120 to ship next day in California while he wanted it grounds next day. It would take the same to get there. Then they say it's not possible to cancel a shipment once it's shipped. This place is a scam don't ever go here He then inform my brother that he can't void the shipment and it was a done deal. MY TO-GO AMAZON refund/return DROP OFFF i love this place. I did not realize when it opened but I am so happy it did. I do not have to drive far to drop off my amazon returns and refunds no more. AMAZING workers and manager here. They're super helpful and sweet. I was carrying a mattress that weigh like 400 pounds. Man, I lift and bench press but that shiddd was heavy af. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Take money and guarantee that the item will get there in 3 days and no! My husband went to mail a package to an address we have sent items to many times from our local ups store without issue. Paid a lot more money to guarantee the package arrived before the holiday and the worker said it would get there the day before and it still has not arrived! Called the business and they are NO HELP! SHAME on you for guaranteeing something and taking peoples money and the poor kid still doesn't have the package, past the holiday! I am usually able to go in and out of the store because they have a few drop off parking spots right in the front. I like coming here because they're quick and everyone is so nice. I always come here for my Amazon returns, they take Happy Returns packages too, and did a few printing services here as well. The prices for tapes, boxes, and envelopes is not overpriced in case you need something last minute. I also have a personal mailbox here and I love it. I don't have to worry about pirate porches at all. The price for the annual fee is not bad at all (not all UPS stores the same, FYI). read more

This UPS store is located in Brookhurst Town Center. Yes, parking is always challenging because this plaza has a lot of coffee shops and restaurants, but at least we all have a UPS store that is closer to us than other locations! They usually reserve at least 2 parking spots up front for their customers. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner and am helped right away. I love that they are open on Sundays. Every time I come in to drop off packages, I'm lucky to get a parking upfront, I'm greeted with a smile, theres no lines, in and out within a few minutes.
